The Langport Arms Hotel in South Somerset

Great atmosphere & very friendly

Whilst the hotel itself is good for a stay, the real highlight was the staff. My car broke down during my stay and their help was paramount in helping me find a solution and getting my car recovered to my home over two hours away. Their help and service was really appreciated and i would definitely stay here again

Parking used to be difficult, but I’m glad they opened up a new parking space in the porch. Very convenient, but make sure your car has a strong roof

Business breakfast meeting. Cooked breakfast was good.

Had Sunday lunch here. Very nice and very good quality. The range of meats was good but horror gasp - pork and no apple sauce! I didn't hear the last of it hence only 4 stars. Shame!

Great afternoon spent on new year's day. Very friendly staff, good beer, great locals. Loved it!

Free nearby parking. Friendly pub with nice atmosphere. Whilst never esten here food always smells good. Great function room upstairs with lovely wooden floor.

Myself & two friends attended the steak night - the worst meal we’ve all experienced. The steak was swimming in blood & not cooked as requested, the gammon had a strong gone off taste and smell. The egg was so over cooked it had shrivelled up & the onion rings were soaked in oil. There was 12 people in the restaurant and we had to wait over an hour for our food. Will not be returning.
