Domino's Pizza - Crewkerne in South Somerset

Possibly the cleanest brightest toilets I've ever been in. Wow !

They do a good vegan pizza and are always really fast with delivery. The app is annoying as hell though

Ordered for delivery over a week ago, I was waiting over an hour for my food, to then get a text stating that my food had been delivered, despite having not received anything! I rang the store to be told they couldn't get to me due to roadworks where the store was located and that I had been refunded. I was very dubious about this as I was given zero confirmation of this refund, other than someone saying over the phone, I had no email or anything to say I am being refunded. I had to just hope they were being honest on the other end of the phone, but yet I am still awaiting my refund, which I fear I am not going to receive. Quite despicable behaviour, the food order cost me £25 and that is not something I can just afford to throw away. I will never, ever order from this takeaway again!

We are on holiday in the area and couldn’t find our exact address the girl who answered the phone was so helpful, she got the delivery drivers to speak to us and he sorted it for us, really lovely and helpful staff, Thank You both

Can't fault them, they only take card since Covid but are super swift and polite. Never had a bad pizza from them.

Refused to deliver. They said road was closed, but alternative route on A30 was open. Very low effort from them tbh.

Great pizza and great deal. Saved alot of money on what we wanted by getting the feed 4 for £5 offer! Great. The cheeseburger pizza was yum.

What can you say we got what we ordered, it was nice. Low score for atmosphere as I only collected our pizza's.

I ordered three pizza's from Crewkerne but only two was delivered and they refused to sort the problem out because it had gone past 11 pm which meant my daughter went hungry so I then had to drive yeovil and get her McDonald's. Won't be using them again

Great pizza’s and super efficient services. Pick up or have delivered, treat yourself and make sure you tell the staff, that they are doing a great job. Thank you, you save me from doing the washing up regularly

This a great Domino's. Its still a collection only in the store. So you can't eat your pizza in there at the moment.

Dont bother cold food and unhelpful staff Domino's!!Domino's don't deliver to our area so since we were in Crewkerne we decided to order one. We ordered via the website and sat outside and waited as we would do a collection. The website clearly states leave a phone number and they will ring when your order us nearly ready. I know its Friday night so we thought they might be busy as we saw driver coming and going. We sat there for gone 30 minutes and no phone call. In the end we phoned and they said oh its ready. We picked it up and checked it - it was stone cold. God knows how long it had been sat there. We had been waiting that long and the staff were so unhelpful that we couldn't be bothered to go in and complain . I won't be going back there. A waste of my time waiting and a waste of money as the order was a disaster.

Lovely pizzas as always, lost a star because the combo didn't have much in it, luckily I had 50% off, but wouldn't of paid full price though...

Always cold and greasy. Not even worth the money, can't get a single thing right.

Pre-ordered but still had to wait 10mins even though the app said the pizza was ready.

I had to pickup my order from Crewckerne Dominos store at 5pm on 8 of Aug. A min after I stepped in to collect my pizza, I was rudely served by this unpleasant looking fellow mid age with one rotten tooth in front of his mouth who sort of argued why I didn’t press the bell. I explain to him that I didn’t see the bell an I suggested to have it placed by the counter but he obviously was up for a low level irrational argument. Appalling attitude from someone employed to serve customers at Domino’s.

Food was only warm an they missed a pizza off the delivery, phoned up to be offered a £10 voucher or send pizza out for delivery. Chose to have the pizza an it arrived 25 minutes later and was actually hot this time. Very disappointed by the service

The whole family enjoys Domino's and the bonus of Crewkerne is you can eat in whilst it us still very hot.

Pizza not cooked enough, second try here so we will not bother again.

Ordered thin and crispy Marguerita. It was so over cooked there was no topping, it was like a large dry water biscuit. Customer in front of me was waiting for his order to be redone, now I know why...

We went for the combo deal. Excellent pizza. The young girl serving was a but non plus though. Didnt smile. Not the best customet service

Actually the nicest Dominos I've been to, ever. Really clean and tidy, helpful staff and decent seating area. Food was served quickly and without error, so good vibes all round.

We came across this branch by accident, popped into to get a pizza for lunch and were very pleased with the service and pizza... It was very good value for money (lunch time deal) and good to see it freshly made... Would definitely recommend....

My first take away thought I'd try them out as I live in crewkerne very disappointed. Extra thick pizza crust an as for the wedges think he left a trail of them on the road behind his bike only half a box . Won't b ordering again
