The Kitchen @Blackstairs Lounge in Highland

This is a hidden gem of a place. Nothing to look at from the outside but inside it's great. You can eat in the bar or there is a separate eating area. Menu maybe a little limited but if you are a curry lover there's plenty of choice. Friendly staff, great food and reasonable prices.

Amazing pub that you absolutely must visit!! Guaranteed local atmosphere, excellent food and beers, and adorable managers!

The foods good. Don't go past the Nanza, kopperberg on draft! And a pool table. What else do you need!

What an amazing experience! We all had curry's and shared a side of salt and chilli chips with curry sauce. The Madras was great, so tasty and perfectly spiced. My wee girl loved the chicken tikka massalla. I've eaten here a few times recently and the food is always fresh and tasty. The chinese salt and chilli dishes are great, even better than the chinese! Sit in and takeaway are both excellent. I can't recommend this place highly enough, top service and top grub!

We had friends visiting so the Friday they arrived we had a meal that evening, what can I say apart from the best place in Wick for a curry then retreat to the bar for a few drinks so great food and excellent staff will be back soon cheers
