My friend and I are absolute foodies and we love trying new spots for lunch. I was absolutely blown away with the lunch here. We attended the 12pm sitting and it was full, busy and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was a choice of meats to go with your roast and plenty of options for starters and desserts - something for everyone! The food came out hot and tasty with plenty of potatoes, gravy and veg for us to share. I can honestly say, it's a definite recommendation for you Sunday lunch lovers!

What a delightful place,food is outstanding, plenty to choose from,as their are special boards everywhere. Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you,atmosphere is relaxing,and welcoming and we will definitely be paying another visit. Prices are very reasonable too 😊

Amazing. Food is always spot on. Venue great. Menu doesn’t alter but it’s good quality. Been going here YEARS and never had a bad meal. You can’t fault it. Prices good wine great lovely atmosphere. Best pub for miles. Occasionally call into bar for a drink and it’s great.

What an amazing place. I have lived in loughor for 28 years and never been here until now. The food was absolutely amazing, I had lasagne, it was the best lasagne I ever tasted. Lovely friendly staff, the service was impeccable. I came with a party of 6 and everyone said how delicious the food was. Until the next time. Thank you

We visited last night for a family birthday. Been before, but not for a while. Four adults and one pre-teen with very specific likes and dislikes! The choice of food was amazing. Specials boards, saver menu, fish, steak, pasta...... It's all there. I had the mushrooms with a cheesy tomato sauce to start, which was gorgeous, and then the fish curry half and half. The chips were gorgeous, and the curry was out of this, world! My husband couldn't make it, so I asked if I could order a takeaway for him. The waitress said that most things could be packed to take away, so I ordered him a chicken curry half and half. Everyone's meals arrived together, and our waitress was attentive but not overly so. We were allowed to eat our meals at our own pace without feeling rushed. My stepdad has dementia, so can take ages to choose and then to eat, but again, we weren't rushed. All agreed the meals were lovely. Nobody could manage dessert, although there were, again, many choices. Our waitress brought out my husband's curry when we asked for the bill, and it was piping hot and well packed. All in all, a hugely enjoyable evening was had by all xx

I had high expectations of this place as I had eaten here before from the lunch menu. This time I ordered from the specials board, I was really looking forward to the Malay fish curry. I was a bit put off when asked if I wanted chips with it, I thought thats not very traditional. When food arrived it looked awful, my friend ordered the mixed grill which is not cheap at £27, again his looked awful and no care was put into presentation. I tasted my food and it was dreadful it tasted like someone had mixed curry powder and water and that was it. I immediately complained, the server took my food away, about five minutes passed and the chef came out saying he just tasted it and "it does taste like sh!t" he also stated the it was the other chef that made it and a big batch of it, and that he would never have served it if he'd known, so the fact he hadn't tasted it before serving shows they don't taste anything before serving. I wont be going back there again.

This place is unrivalled for excellent pub grub in terms of quality of food,quality of surroundings and quality of staff with value for money across the menu. The specials menu inparticular are a great option for those on a budget without feeling youre on a budget! The desserts are superb and not just an afterthought like lots of places and theyre ALWAYS open,none of this "sorry the kitchens closed til tonight" nonsense.

We booked for a bunch of friends for Christmas dinner well what a lovely afternoon from start to finish the staff couldn’t do enough for us the Christmas dinner was delicious with lashing of scrummy gravy Plenty of turkey and veg and delicious pudding s the staff was on hand to take photographs of us. We were not disappointment I would recommend this place to everybody home cooking all the way leave the chain restaurant behind and taste real home cooking in a lovely atmosphere Thank you so much Kingsbridge staff.

We booked a table for twenty people, the food came out very close together. A big feet for any restaurant. A small hiccup with one dish that was dealt with amazingly. I would definitely recommend it.

Food was very good. Service was good. Staff were friendly but some staff were scruffily dressed. Not a good look for an otherwise well kept pub and restaurant.

Went here with my son lunchtime. He had steak and I had curry. Don't think the same chef is here since I came here two years ago. My curry was very bland with frozen chips and my rice hadn't been drained of water . Popadom was dripping in oil so only ate about four mouthfuls. Don't thin we'll go here again not what it used to be.

Food was outstanding. Service was very good. There was a large birthday party while we there and they were very loud which was a shame.

We came here for a last minute meal on a cancellation as they were fully booked. It was a large group of us the service and food was absolutely amazing. Staff pleasant and very punctual place was spotlessly clean table laid out perfect. Very warming and inviting. It had a large stunning beer garden also. First time visiting and definitely will be returning. The food was so full of flavour massive choice and very nice to see a dessert board with more than 3 items it was more like 33. Beautiful place and each and everyone of us enjoyed our meals. Big fur getting a huge drinks selection. Thank you all had a great night 🥰

Went on a recommendation. Spent lots of time in beer garden late taking seat in restaurant but did ensure no one was eating after us. Local brewer on tap and huge choice of food on menu.We ate midweek and will return.

Everything about this place is superb!! The food was fantastic with a great choice to choose from including a daily specials board. The staff are very friendly and efficient and we didn't have to wait long for food and drinks to be served. A must visit!!

Steak and Ale pie and chips simple food but very tasty, washed down with a Gower Gold pint. Always a satisfying meal at the Kingsbridge.

We were a table of 11 tonight and I must say everything was spot on.. Compliments to the chef.. Lovely atmosphere.. Service was great food top notch.. All food was Brought out together... Deserts were lush. First time and definitely will return again..

Was here on 21st August for my sons 30th birthday, lovely staff, great service food all came out at the same time, there was 18 of us and the food was delicious, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Early evening dinner with friends. Our second visit, the first for lunch some time ago. Varied menu with specials blackboards dotted around. We were seated to our booked table promptly. Orders given for main courses. Arrived swiftly and hot but some items missing. Disappointed in the fresh hake (specials board)on bed of samphire and a prawn chowder sauce. The fish was not fresh and had poor flavour. Hardly any samphire and what there was was not cooked properly, the chowder sauce was gloopy and lacking flavour. The chips were good. Rump steak inedible and chewy . Overall very disappointing and not to standard of previous visit. Desserts were fine. Service lacking on this occasion and we were interrupted several times by the waitress who was intent on clearing unused glasses and vinegar bottles towards end of evening even though we were still eating.Bill did not arrive when requested and after waiting 30 mins we had to ask another waitress for it. Disappointing visit.

We travelled up to Gowerton, near Swansea from our home in Leicester to visit a cousin of my wife's. She suggested we went to Kingsbridge Inn in Gorseinon for Sunday lunch and it did not dissapoint. The food was delicious and portions generous and price-wise very reasonable. We chose the lamb roast which was excellent and tender to a fault. While we selected from the Sunday roast menu we noticed very wide choice options on the menus. Do book in advance. On the Sunday we went it was fully booked which says alot how well thought of this restaurant is. Finally we must compliment the staff for their friendliness and first class service. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Wales.

The food was very tasty, everyone enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately, there are no vegetarian options on their set menu and only 3 on their main menu. They had lasagne on the set menu, I asked if the veggie one was included to be told no as the vegetarian one is more expensive to make (however on the main menu, the vegetarian one is actually cheaper), so this appeared a flimsy reason. The vegetarian lasagna looks like it's been dropped onto the plate; It is delicious. They brought my partner the wrong curry but quickly rectified this. Serving staff and man behind the bar was very friendly.

What a beautiful dinner just like mam used to make . Seven of us ate here plenty of veg for us all and more if we wanted it and the staff were very very helpful and couldn't do enough for you 11 out of ten I would recommend this place to everyone 👍

I was here Feb 16th 2023 and had a lovely meal, I enjoyed the food and ate it all and more, service was great, and didn't wait too long for the food.

Lovely food and service. I had the pork chop with apple sauce and cheese then the sicilian lemon and orange Charlotte for dessert. Only moan was my pork was slightly over cooked but everything else was lovely from start to finish
