Kebab meat is 2nd grade meat this is no authentic kebab shop, the only good side was the chips were actually decent for the establishment. Get some good meat and would be great

EL KEBAB SHOP NORWICH! ! ! ! Hoy pedimos para nuestra familia solo comer y la comida estaba fría como una piedra y tenía un sabor horrible. Contactamos a Just Eat, quien nos dijo que nos pusiéramos en contacto con el restaurante ya que el pedido no estaba confirmado, por lo que no pudieron ayudarnos. Llamamos a la tienda y explicamos el problema. Nos dijeron que podían reemplazar las papas fritas o que si devolvíamos toda la comida, reemplazarían el pedido. Después de explicar que no queríamos que lo reemplazaran debido a la falta de sabor en toda la comida, dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Dije que todo lo que tenían que hacer era confirmar el pedido en su dispositivo de solo comer y que el servicio de atención al cliente podría ayudarnos. Se negaron a hacer esto y nos dijeron que no querían que obtuviéramos un reembolso. Volví a comer y les expliqué que todavía me dijeron que no podían ayudarme a menos que el pedido estuviera marcado como completo. Así que llamé a la tienda y les pedí cortésmente que solo marcaran el pedido como completo en el dispositivo de solo comer y ellos pueden resolverlo desde allí. Luego comenzaron a decir que no tenían tiempo para hacer esto ni hablar conmigo por teléfono para resolverlo porque estaban muy ocupados. Dijeron que no deberíamos tirar la comida no comestible a la basura y que la reemplazarían. Dije que no quería que lo reemplazaran porque no sabía bien y me colgaron. Después de volver a llamar y pedirles que marquen el pedido como completo una vez más, se negaron y me colgaron de nuevo. Estoy absolutamente consternado por la falta de servicio al cliente que este supuesto negocio tiene para sus clientes cuando todo lo que tenían que hacer para resolverlo era marcar el pedido. No volveremos a hacer pedidos desde este lugar e instaremos a otros a hacer lo mismo para que no terminen decepcionados también.

Recibimos nuestro pollo para encontrar TODO el pollo mal cocido, nos quejamos y nos dieron pollo nuevo para descubrir que todavía estaba poco cocido y rosado. Esto fue principalmente en las alas, sin embargo, ¡el pollo frito sureño todavía estaba poco cocido! Cuando el conductor regresó, afirmó que el pollo estaba cocinado congelado. No volveré a hacer pedidos desde aquí.

Tuve un kebab de pollo el viernes 26 de julio de 2019. Estaba a la vuelta de la esquina de mi Travelodge. Llegué a las 8 pm. En realidad lo disfruté muchísimo. Estaba totalmente sobrio ya que me operaron al día siguiente en Norfolk y Norwich el sábado a las 7 de la mañana. Precio razonable y chico había mucho. . .

We always call here for a late something to eat when we stay in Norwich. Food is always really good. You can get quite small portions too if you just fancy a nibble.

Pedimos una orden simple de dos kebabs y dos quesos con patatas fritas.En vez de eso, nos dieron trozos de papa fría con queso cheddar.Los llamé educadamente y les informé que la orden era incorrecta, suponiendo que se disculparían por su error y nos devolvieran el dinero o llevaran el orden correcto.En lugar. Primero me dijeron que iban a cerrar pronto y que no les quedaban suficientes fichas. La historia de repente cambia y me acusaron de pedir cuñas, no fichas, aunque el pedido estaba en mi teléfono como prueba.Luego trató de convencerme de que las cuñas son chips y que estaba confundido y no sabía qué chips eran. Fue grosero y agresivo en el teléfono tratando de convencerme de que estaba confundido, probablemente con la esperanza de estar borracho.Finalmente dijo que bien, traeremos algunas fichas, pero queremos que las cuñas vuelvan. - ¿Qué podría hacer para recalentarlos y dárselos a otra persona?Mi esposo luego les habló y los escuchó decir que esperaban que estuviéramos ebrios y que no se daría cuenta de que el orden era incorrecto, también dijo que 'su esposa no me dejó hablar'. Es una lástima que solo escucharan a mi marido y no creyeran que una mujer pudiera saber la diferencia entre las cuñas y las papas fritas.Rechazamos sus fichas y nunca usaremos el servicio nuevamente.Demasiadas complicaciones para un kebab simple después de un largo día de trabajo. No permita que estas personas se aprovechen de usted cuando está borracho porque esa es la única forma en que su negocio prosperará ya que su comida es horrible.

Food was cold. 1 hour late on delivery Half the order was missing, they didn’t fancy delivering the rest either.

Food took nearly 3 hours to arrive, was stone cold and half the order was missing. When I called to enquire I was told I was wrong and hadn't ordered it, when they eventually admitted fault they told me it would be over an hour for the rest... So overall, 4 hours for food the kids wouldn't even eat.

Wrong order was delivered. I called the restaurant to tell them so, the person who answered assured me he'd call me back once the driver had returned. Instead of that, the driver knocked on my door 30 minutes after my call, asked for the food back, returned 15 minutes later with an extremely cold right order. a) they should have called first as promised; we'd have asked for a refund instead. b) they should have re-cooked the right order - at least the chips, that's basic common sense. COLD CHIPS ARE INEDIBLE. I would have explained this to the driver but he obviously didn't speak enough English to understand (I tried). We paid 13 quid for a coldish burger, cold wrap and inedible chips, plus we had to run to the door on three separate occasions because of all this. Terrible service.

Wrong order, was sent a meat filled pizza after asking for Cheese and Tomato. Food luke warm as 30 mins late.

The donner meat was hard and tasted as if it had been sat out for days, the garlic mayo i ordered tasted more like herb dip than any garlic. The chicken wings were foul. They had no taste and were 90% fat. I paid £2 extra for halloumi in my kebab and i received two small pieces. Overall, this is probably the worst kebab shop i have been to in Norwich

I’m a massive fan of halloumi annd their halloumi wrap are the best. wouldn’t buy them from anyone else 😁

Got my order wrong,call them to change, after an hour called them back they forgot to do it. Pretend didn’t know my address hang up on me, overall abysmal experience. Avoid at all costs.

so annoying because the food is always amazing but it’s no surprise that it came late again, and when I tried to phone the restaurant the phones were off too so weren’t much help there and my drink was no where to be seen either but the stuff that did make it was good

first time ordering from here and found the customer service shocking. order placed at half 7 and arrived at half 9 cold. the driver did say sorry however ringing shop was different matter i was accused of lying. was given an explanation to the problems they had concerning my order and told they couldnt do anything more tonight as far to busy. eventually agreed on picking my order up myself free of charge which was than disputed on collection. will never order from here again

I ordered the halloumi special pitta, which according to the menu you pay extra for grilled peppers, mushrooms and onions. When the order arrived all of the above extras were burnt to a crisp, I tried one bit and it was like ash in my mouth. Horrible. You should not be sending out food in that totally inedible state. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to the extras that I payed more for!

usually these guys are awesome, but today the order was late, the kebab shop said he’d just left, then the delivery driver called about ten minutes later and couldn’t find me. was sure he was in the right place and totally wasn’t, didn’t believe the red brick flat I live in existed despite me standing in it. he asked if I’d go outside and find him. eventually directed him to the flat only for my pizza to be cold thanks to being walked around in the rain. the oven is now on to heat it up, my other half is eating his lukewarm kebab because he’s starving! please return to your normal fantastic standard!

Absolutely awful. Ordered food to be delivered for 8pm driver attempts delivery at 7 told him unable to accept until 8pm. The driver understood this and left, however upon return delivered the exact same food as to what he tried delivering a hour earlier!! They forgot a part of my order also. The chicken was extremely burnt too! And yes you guessed it STONE COLD!! Never ordering again.

Used to be perfect, however.... Last 3 orders were nothing but bad experiences. My latest order (today) was 1 hour and 5 minutes late. I phoned them up after my food was being half an hour late and I was lied to saying that it was on its way. Another half an hour later phoned again and different chap said that he had given my food to the driver 5 minutes ago. The food was cold and soggy and probably was sitting on their shelf for a while as it took them more than 2 hours to deliver it to me. The order before, was 30 minutes late and even though I paid extra for something, it was not with the order. Lost a quid on that. The order before that had a missing side salad which took me 3 phone calls and a chat to JustEat to get it 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the man on the phone was rude. After the first mistake I thought never mind, we all make mistakes. After the second one I thought I'd give them another chance. Their last chance was today. Will never ever order from them again and would suggest to everyone else not to bother. You will get your food very late and cold and you will get no apologies or help through the phone either.

absolutely terrible, not only was it late there was cold food and orders missing and when I called they told me they didn’t even have any of the specific order in the restaurant but charged me anyway. was rude on phone. will never be using this restaurant again!!!!!

Tasted like all the food had come straight from the Freezer into a deep fryer. Undercooked chips, burger sloppy.

I ordered a vegetarian burger and when I got it, it was a meat burger! When I called them, the man said he would send me the correct order, to which I tried to explain that I didn’t want it anymore as receiving a meat burger, as a vegetarian, had completely put me off, I wanted a refund. However, he refused to give me a refund, he was very rude and too busy to care. In the end I told him to send me the vegetarian burger as not to waste money. When it finally arrived (40 minutes later) they wanted me to pay again for the vegetarian burger. So I Didn’t accept it and didn’t get my money back! The delivery man was very nice about it and I know it wasn’t his fault. Overall it was an awful experience, complete waste of money and in the end I had to cook at home at 9:30 at night. A very unhappy customer, would not recommend to anyone, especially vegetarians.

Cuando los llamé, el hombre dijo que me enviaría el pedido correcto, a lo que traté de explicarle que ya no lo quería porque recibir una hamburguesa de carne, como vegetariano, me había desanimado, quería un reembolso. . Sin embargo, se negó a darme un reembolso, era muy grosero y estaba demasiado ocupado como para preocuparse. Al final le dije que me enviara la hamburguesa vegetariana para no gastar dinero. Cuando finalmente llegó (40 minutos después) querían que pagara nuevamente por la hamburguesa vegetariana. Asique¡No lo acepté y no recuperé mi dinero!El repartidor fue muy amable y sé que no fue su culpa.En general, fue una experiencia horrible, pérdida total de dinero y al final tuve que cocinar en casa a las 9:30 de la noche. Un cliente muy infeliz no lo recomendaría a nadie, especialmente a los vegetarianos.

Loads of tasty food delivered piping hot earlier than expected which was great as I was starving!

was early, chips were soggy, pretty annoyed as it said it was a bucket of 12 pieces of chicken, got 6 bits of chicken and some chicken nuggets, so was not what was advertised, the chicken was dry the chicken nuggets were nice though

Visitamos aquí a mediados de semana y fue muy tranquilo. Guy en el mostrador era agradable, pero su inglés no era brillante, así que puedo ver cómo las órdenes pueden salir mal. Tuve un kebab de pollo y no me puedo quejar, la ensalada era fresca y la carne era hermosa. Le faltaba un poco de salsa de chile si tenía que encontrar un resultado negativo. No puedo decir cómo sería un sábado por la noche, pero ciertamente no puedo criticar mi experiencia. Gracias

Polystyrene containers melted together The food must’ve been that hot when they chucked in the box, food looked like it been refried and was not edible delivery guy was nice to us, The guy on the phone on the other hand was not, Took our address, asked us what happened, muttered something under his breath, then hung up on me! we assumed after taking our address we would have replacement food coming but to our disappointment nothing turned up we waited over an hour and a half, got in contact with just eat, they rang the kebab shop and the kebab shop refused to give a refund on any of the food purchased, thankfully just eat refunded us half the money, i used to love going there for my halloumi rap and other food but this time round very disappointed not sure if I will be ordering from there again!

I ordered this evening for collection and ended up parking right out front pretty much as soon as I ordered. The staff quickly cooked the food for me so I didn't have to wait too long and it was so much appreciated! The chicken kebabs had loads of chicken and were really tasty.

The chicken meat was ok in one meal, but my meal had large fatty floppy bits of something in? Really put me off. The doner meat was also a little odd, not as tasty as usual doner meat. Overall really dissatisfied as we paid £25.50 for 3 kebabs.. expecting an amazing meal, we were sorely disappointed

The food is incredible, really good value to have 6 wings for £3. I was so surprised by how lovely the food was. The staff are really pleasant.

Didn't eat mine as i have coeliac disease and i stated no pita bread with one kebab but they both came in pitta bread so mine went in the bin,what a waste because it looked and smelt lovely,the wife enjoyed hers,won't stop me ordering from here,will ring my order through next time,I guess they were extra busy.
