Food arrived piping hot, good portions and really tasty. The driver was friendly and the food arrived early. I don’t order takeaways too often but when I do this place is my go to takeaway! Would recommend and will order again soon. Thank you!

was good, the food was hot, but my chocolate fudge cake was missing, so i am not going to give a 5 star review at this time, but a solid 4 stars.

Kebab was okay, nothing different from other places but it was absolutely Drowned in chilli sauce. Fries were stone cold and mushy. No crispyness to them at all and sadly threw them away after a taste. 1.05L coke bottle turned into a standard Pepsi can somehow. Overall a regrettable order.

Love this place! best kebab I've found around. Best lots of things actually. Even the pasta is proper nice. And very nice pricing. My whole house orders regularly.

Update: It's still great. The food is still great for its price point and type. The staff are great. Kebabs are the best, burgers are standard and lovely, pizzas are good, chicken is ok, better batter would be better. Should be 9/10 but stupid Google make us rate out of 5 instead of 10. This place is great. The food is great, the staff are great, the prices are great, the quality is great. There's nothing else to say apart from try it... It's great.

I love the food from here but the delivery driver just went to the wrong house and then told me I'd put in the wrong delivery address. Never had such a rude driver before.

The chicken in the kebabs wasn't too bad and the doner meat was fine BUT they got the wrong sauce on one of the kebabs, sent the wrong drink (Pepsi instead of a Rio; not worth complaining to them about), the mint yoghurt was way too strong of mint, and the naan bread they used was more of a thick wrap than an actual naan/Arabic bread I was expecting (like from other kebab places in the city) which was disappointing. I thought I would try, and they did deliver on time, but won't again.

Wrong pizza, cold chips. Flatbread was rock hard.

Driver was late and unable to deliver. Also rude to us. Claimed they called us when the driver arrived but didn't get a single call. Everyone we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Drink was spilled in the back too so didn't even receive it.

Staying in a hotel at Albert Docks so just ordered off Just eat was nervous they’d either not turn up or it wouldn’t be that nice. How wrong was I? ETA was 23.55-00.15. They arrived at 23.48. Driver rang to say he was outside of reception. Lovely man very polite & well mannered. Food was absolutely lovely. Boys had Donner kebab & chips. Niece had the dinner wrap and I had the mixed kebab. Everything was really nice. Best dinner meat I’ve had to be fair. 5* from us if we ever stay here again will defo order from here.

Last night I should have had a discount of £5.75 automatically applied to this order by The Kebab Shop but was not. How do I go about getting it? I will most likely use other delivery methods in future should I not receive my contracted retrospective discount as advertised.

Kebab was unfortunately missing the sweet chilli sauce. Previously its been great, but on this occasion a disappointment.

I literally just called to ask if it’s halal. The guy was slow or something I couldn’t figure it out I asked him multiple times if it’s halal or not. Simple yes or no. He asked me if I can look online. You got to be kidding me why can’t he answer the question. Pathetic excuse of a little man, bad customer service already from the get go.

Chips whwre undercooked and pizza was soggy hardly any taste to it. Chicken nuggets where undercooked as well.

I usually order from here all the time and this is usually my favouite place, although the kebab meat I got on the two kebabs was horrible, cheap meat that has an awful smell to it. I called up to complain that the meat was different than usual, cheap. with no taste. the guy who answered told me to get a refund from just eat , I contacted just eat and was unable to get a refund. very dissapointing as I am a very frequent customer, Unforunately I will not be ordering from here again.

The chicken pieces were a bit burned and we never got the two cans of Pepsi that were supposed to be with the meals.

Food was early, hot and lovely. Not from the local area but glad we went here to fuel our late night movie. 10/10 would order again and price is really worth it on the pizza deals.

The kebab was too dry and called the shop and they didn’t respond properly. After 10 mins got a call from them and they apologised and told that I can get a free kebab for the next order but when I called them later after a week they refused to give. Worst customer service. Doesn’t recommend to anyone.

My order was missing my chips it's expensive anyways and to not add the chips into the meal very disappointing

The worst kebab I've ever had, everything was soggy and wet, even the chips, best thing about the meal was the bottle of coke, and even that was warm

The worst kebab I have ever had I ordered a 10 pound mixed kebab with red onion an lettuce to find out my kebab didn’t have Donna meat on or no red onion an all the meat was burnt I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I had ordered mix kebab and lamb shish, the mix kebab had a good portion whereas the lamb shish kebab had less portion. overall I think its good because I had mainly requested for fresh salad and there was a good portion of the salad too which I was pleased. however, when the food had arrive it wasn't at a warm temperature.

DISGUSTING!!! Got order completely wrong&was feeezing !! Then when ringing back their blanking . Do NOT order from here EVER!! I ordered special wrap which is lamb and donner and fresh chicken and received chicken strips with hash browns??? Welll na🤣 !!! Also with sweet chilli and received SPICY CHILLI also wouldn’t even this monstrosity a wrap? AVOId!!! Also won’t let me add a photo ahhahahahhahahahhahahah

I love the pizza and the all staff are so friendly, they made a great pizza for me with few dips of sauce for free. I recommend that, try their food because it was absolutely fine 🙂

Absolutly the worst a terrible experience! Never go to this shop! Chicken smelt very bad and I got food poisioning. Very unhygenic .... If you want days off work due to food poisioning look no further. I had to go to the walk- Old Swan centre. Even though they are only doing appointments only at the moment they booked me in because I felt so ill. Never go here! Its not safe!!

this shop is just a rubbish. The staff were underpaid (illegally) and couldn’t rest for one minute. Food is not hygeian at all. What I said is all true. Please don’t buy from this shop.
