The variety of international street food options creates a delightful blend, set within a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. It's great value for the quality offered. Don't miss out on the must-try Malaysia laksa and tantalizing Thai dishes!

The Junction Market is a small market located in North London near to the Holloway Road. There are around 10 different round outlets with a large choice of different cuisines. Prices are relatively expensive for the food on offer, however this a good choice if you are in group with differing taste preferences.

You can't beat this place for great food at great prices. As a local I would be lost without it! It is totally unpretentious and exceedingly good value. A wide range of food from across the world to suit all palettes. I'm particularly fond of the hand pulled noodle shop, but all of the outlets are deserving of business. This isn't a sit down dinner environment, so please don't go there expecting that. It is a street food hall where you can enjoy many delicacies in one sitting. Great vibe in there and I really hope they do well!

Nan Thai food place makes a gorgeous flavoured green curry especially with tofu. They offer student discount and their chicken is halal too. The coffee place on the left as you walk in? £2.50 for an English Breakfast tea with a bit of milk. Absolute rip off!! I also sampled their banana chocolate slice and it was basically just banana. Get your hot drink from Costa down the road, I say! Four stars are basically for the Thai place as they could give you a bigger portion but it tastes really nice.

The coffee stall is excellent serving great coffee with home-made cakes, Other stalls offer a wide selection of mostly Asian food, simple dishes and good value. Noodles and padthai recommended.

I've tried food from each of the stalls, and each one of them shines in their own way! Nan (Thai place) does the best Pad Thai I've ever had and the Chinese stall makes a beautiful noodle soup with their own hand-pulled noodles! There is also a juice stall that makes milkshakes/juices from scratch - the staff there are especially friendly and so welcoming! They went that extra mile for me and my two friends which made us feel like we were getting restaurant quality table service, which was really sweet. The place itself was clean, authentic and really homely, and I would highly recommend anyone to go. Plus it's super affordable! I would choose this place over any restaurant any day!

I live nearby and had walked past it a couple of times and a glance on their website suggested that the Junction market was meant to be the kind of place where you spent a couple of hours with friends. I took my laptop and decided to do some work there but was pretty shocked to find that the wifi is limited to an hour - for somewhere that is trying to sell itself as modern and aimed at young people and students this is a real problem. I happily spend hours working in cafés, buying coffee and food every hour or so - there's absolutely zero chance I could do this here. I had a tea and cake from the coffee shop inside and I have no complaints, but the entire 'ambience' that the junction says it aims for on its website was completely missing. Whilst I was there the table I was originally sitting at was taken down and re-erected at a different height, it was clear that the building was completely unfinished. The food stall idea is nice and the quality of the food looked excellent, but there didn't seem to be enough seating space for the food court concept and it was entirely unclear who was working there. Staff don't seem to have any uniforms or there be any sense of formality. In order to attract the kind of clientele the junction speak about on their website the whole operation will need to come infinitely more slick, the seating more comfy so people can actually relax and the concept a little bit clearer.

There are a number of restaurants here at The Junction Market. My favourite is the Hand-Pull Noodles and Dumpling restaurant, where you can get a meal for £6.50! But there's also yummy Nepalese fare, and the sushi is very very good. The whole place has yummy food. It's laid out like a food court so everyone in your party can have something different. It's still under development so the toilet is a bit tricky to get to and very basic and there's still building work here and there so don't expect the nicest of surroundings. Hope it gets to the point where it's fully open and the food places currently here stay.

A friend who lives nearby took me here for lunch. It is a mini market with half a dozen concessions, most of them serving food. We tried the chinese food and had smacked cucumber (Delicious cucumber in sesame oil and other things), Beef noodle soup and chicken dumplings. The food sounds like typical chinese fare, but the seasoning was amazing, tasty, fragrant almost floral. A real treat.
