Family friendly traditional pub, friendly and warming staff, great selection of beers, would definitely recommend.

First time ever visit, nice friendly place, ok pool table, drinks average priced. Not rated food as didn't have any.

Visited for the first time in a few years after a bike ride. Great traditional pub with a good selection of ales, lager and cider (Veltins, Kirkstall Bitter and a Tropical Cider in the photo. Nice outside space for the summer. Fairly busy for a Thursday, good music helps! Will definitely be visiting again in the very near future.

Fantastic family pub! Great atmosphere and great people. The pub is immaculately clean in all areas which is great especially when you have children. I regularly go down with my children and grandchildren and we are always welcomed in with a big smile. They’ve board games available to help keep the children entertained. The bar is well stocked with a fantastic range or hand pulls and their crisp selection definitely keeps the children happy. Definitely our local going forward. Well done Nathan and Beth

Myself and my husband really like this traditional and cosy little pub. A friendly welcome from the owners, reasonably priced, clean and can't wait to visit on a more regular basis. Has a nice beer garden too for the summer, warmer weather days. Rack up the Veltins Beth and Nathan me and Chris are thirsty 🤣

Superb pub! Excellent and rapidly-changing beer selection along with some familiar choices. Friendly bar staff who have a long and proven record in the beer and hospitality industries. Unmissable if you are in the area.

The pub is back on top form with new managers who have worked extremely hard to bring the pub back to life again. A superb set of beers are on offer, the lace is now immaculately kept, the managers are a really nice couple; thoroughly recommend to visit if you are looking for a traditional pub with great beers on offer.

Without a doubt one of my favourite watering holes ! Just an ordinary pub serving good cheap ale to ordinary folk, can't beat it !

Used to com in a lot but not so much nw. Went to beer festival and my glass has some make up on it. I had to wait 4 tthem to finish their conversation before being served. Not much choice of ale. This pub used to be a gem. What happened? Even sun is better than this pub now.

I am a bit biased here, I used to own this pub. Paid a visit for the Beer Festival and expected lots of Real Ales on sale, not the case just the usual Handpumps being used,

What an excellent local boozer. Great beers, fantastic atmosphere and free food on when we were in. Pool room at the back and a lovely beer garden/yard. Definitely had the feeling of a great community hub.

Best pint of ESB ever with wonderful comfy atmosphere - a perfect place to drink beer with taxis next door! A good range of other beers but we tend to go only for ESB.

What the hell has happened to this once great boozer??? Beer wasn’t up to usual high standard (Oakham) little head retention which may be a one off? Holes in the seating and carpets dirty, worst of all, just 1 person behind the bar trying to cope with a busy Friday night, dirty glasses on every table, felt embarrassed for my friends who were visiting for the first time, this place lacks leadership...back street boozer!

Cozy pub with a pool room, piano room, bar area, sports on TV and a fabulous covered patio area. Clean and well decorated, staff are friendly and there is a good selection of tap beers. Special beer festival events are held here periodically. Great place to go to pub if it's raining for smokers. Recommended.

A real gem. Good selection of beers, friendly atmosphere, and dog friendly which is important to me. I am only semi regular because of where I live, but should I move to the local area, it would become my second home. Mixed crowd, but never unfriendly. If you are in the area, I would heartily recommend !!!

Great local pub. Good selection of beer at reasonable prices and they even put a bit of free food on on a Sunday afternoon. It's a little rough around the edges but that only adds to the charm.

In the late 50's and early 60's my dad's firm Hirst and Son worked on the modernisation of this pub. My brother David and I loved to accompany him and used to go up to the Dell to play. I called in for a meal recently and it was beautiful. Thankyou

I used to be a regular at the Junction that was until i was assaulted by the landlord TOM BROWN he asked me for a game of pool when i 7 balled him he sneaked up behind me and punched me without no warning (good looser) then a couple of regulars who did everything to calm the situation down and i thank them for their help escorted me out of the premises .The next day i informed the police they interviewed him at keighley police station he of course denied everything and the police were unable to find any witnesses who were prepared to testify against him .The sad irony is i liked Tommy i thought he was a decent bloke and a good landlord i regarded him as a friend the physical pain of a black eye and bust nose soon passed but the feeling of why a friend would assault me for no reason lingered on for some time i don't hold anything against him i just feel if anything sorry for him.

Not a bad no frills pub but Im afraid that 'tommys tipple' is pretty dire..

Easily one of the best no frills beer pubs in Yorkshire .Go and enjoy.
