The Jade in Leeds

Always welcome in the shop and the staff are polite and very happy to see you. Don't leave you sat there in silence they have a fun conversation with you. The food is very nice indeed and cooked perfectly. They do nice little touches like writing the number of the dish on the box so you don't get the wrong meal with your rice or chips. The only thing I wish they would change (along with most Chinese Takeaway) is to allow you to use card as not always have cash or a working bank machine nearby but it's a small niggle and I now make sure I always have cash in my wallet 😎

Ordered a chicken curry with boiled rice. The rice was fine but the 'chicken' was inedible. No idea what kind of meat it was, it had the consistency of bacon rind and looked like opaque rubber. I specifically googled for the best Chinese takeaway in the area and got this so I have positively no idea why there are so many good reviews. It was by far and away the worst Chinese chicken curry I have ever purchased.

Tried for the first time. Ordered Fu Yung, Salt and Pepper prawns and sweet and sour pork, rice and curry sauce. All beautiful. Rice cooked perfectly. Curry sauce tasted like the old style from the 90s. Glad I was recommended this place. Delivery man extremely polite and helpful. He delivered to the door in a block of flats. I will deffo be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking food 3/4 went in the bin ordered chowmein that looked like came with gravy wouldn't order from here again I'm shocked too see so many good reviews wouldn't refer this food too my worst enemy 👍

I thought the food was really poor. Never order chicken and water chestnuts. Utterly unedible.

Wanted a munch box which you always get a pizza box filled right up for 12 - 15 pound.....tried the jade and I got small box filled with about 12 chips, ribs unlike ribs iv ever seen before in my life (i didnt even know they were ribs at first) and the tiniest tub of curry....customer service was nice but as for the food, I won't be ordering that again xx

I have been a customer for many years 12+ years i will never order from any other chinese but here its been a childhood favourite and still my favourite to this day always yummy food never been let down ever i love this place and always have great food great people food always hot and fresh

A complete disgrace, the chicken in our dishes( Kung Po, Chicken & Mushroom, Chicken Fried Rice) was basically fried fat!! worse meal I have ever paid for! Never again....Avoid at all costs.

Our go to Chinese takeaway, we love this place! The food is always delicious, hot (we do a collection order) smells amazing, and the portion sizes are very generous. The staff are so friendly and greet you with a smile on arrival everytime. Really good selection on the menu and the prices are very reasonable.

We've gotten food from here twice in the past 2 weeks and it was excellent both times. Fast, hot, kind, decent prices, and just overall a good experience. It is cash only but otherwise would recommend.

Honestly cannot recommend enough! The food is amazing, delicious flavours and amazing selection, the tofu was fab, we didn’t even manage to take a picture before tucking in as it was that good!!

i have been twice first time the chicken curry was very watery and tastless, ok that should of put me off going again but went this time for chicken egg fu young with fried rice and a few other things, my main meal was just a egg and onion omelet with no chicken, and did not get the fried rice i paid for. so will not be returning.

Always cater for my allergies and friendly. Food is delicious and staff are friendly

Another great meal again today. All fresh tasty and hot. They even separated the cold cans of pop from the hot food with cardboard. Brilliant. Loads of fortune cookies and chips etc. Highly recommended.

Absolute quality everytime. Amazing service on the phone, super tasty food Everytime and always fast delivery. I can tell you how lovely this place is. Usually order special value meal. Crispy salt and pepper chicken bites, Special sweet and sour Cantonese with fried rice coke and chips... Yum!
