Good old fashioned cooking is hard to find but this place ticks all the boxes for us. My parents like simple food cooked well and they love this place. We love it too . Great service and although been months since we have been cause of COVID-19 we were glad to be back . They remembered us . 30% off for pensioners and that’s amazing. This place suits all ages and the food and staff are FIRST Class. Can’t wait to go back .

I got a cheese & onion panini and my Mum got a cheese & onion toastie. Both of these came with coleslaw and a side salad with some dressing. We also got a portion of skin-on fries to share. This was my first visit to this café but I would most definitely return! The food was very reasonably priced, staff were friendly and there was a wide variety to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant visit.

13 Barn Street, Strathaven ML10 6LU ScotlandFabulous authentic food We visited this for a Saturday evening opening. We both enjoyed our food, sharing the kottu and rice platter . Both were delicious, freshly prepared & cooked . The service was genuinely friendly and helpful . If , like us , you enjoy real food prepared when ordered , you can't fail to enjoy the food at Barn Street .
