Lovely fresh Sunday lunch by Rach and her team... I've said it before and I say yet again you can't beat good home cooked food... And that's what you get at the IOG...

Amazing meal for the price variety of all meats and you get your own bowl of veg plenty gravy witch is lush staff and staff are amazing def booking again

When we arrived, it seemed that all the tables were reserved. However, when we asked if there was a table free, we were accommodated straight away as one of the tables was reserved for a later time. We ordered cod and chips and drinks. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the chips, possibly the best I've tasted, crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Could not fault the serving staff. Thank you.

I had an amazing steak here great value for money and the steak was cooked to perfection, this pub is so lovely and the bar staff are great. We will definitely be returning for more fun and incredible food along with the great selection of gins!

We go to The Inn on the Green with family , always a great atmosphere, brought friends in for a meal and they were blown away with the Sunday roast ,quality outstanding and such a reasonable price.The staff are always friendly and very helpful, also the pub is spotless ,thoroughly recommend.

Made numerous attempts to view menu on their website as we have allergies but keep getting "Page not found". Found a menu on FB but posted 2019! So won't be driving there to be disappointed. Come on Marsdon get your act together.

I like to take my Mum for Sunday lunch when able and try different places. Decided on The Inn on the Green for the first time. Pre-booked, Rachel was very helpful. All I can say is WOW the best Sunday lunch we have ever had (childs and adults portions). PROPER meat gravy in our own little boats - fab! and a great selection of vegetables (a dish each) along with Yorkie, stuffing, parsnip, roasts and condiments. Other places we've tried are half the portions but double the price. Here it's double the portions and half the price (excellent value). Cannot rate it highly enough. Staff were extremely accomodating and helpful and the pub had a lovely atmosphere. This is definitely our top place for Sunday lunch from now on!

Been a couple of times now , great atmosphere bar staff friendly and live entertainment both times , Mark Neil music absolutely fantastic. Only thing that let it down was they had no tequila.😔 but the resident dog is an absolute delight

Residents of Radbrook Nursing Home always enjoy having lunch here. Rachel and her team are very efficient at serving us all as soon as we are all settled in our seats. They always enjoy the meals, tasty, good sized portions, and look forward to the next time we go!

Went for a meal and for what it was, I really couldn't fault it. Really hot, plenty on the plate. Checked on through the meal by a member of staff. Good beer choice!

I have been around and every time I ask for a well done steak I get over cooked steak, sometimes when you turn it over it’s burned and I always just stand up and leave it untouched but this time around I got perfection. Was here for the wake of a relative. They looked after us very well with a very nice buffet. Large place that shows sports. Will drop in again if I'm in Shrewsbury.

Food is lovely and loads of space for bigger companies.

Drink and eat here regularly, warm and welcoming, gammon steak was delicious and serves a great pint of ale (I had the Wainwright) highly recommend worth a visit if you are in and around Shrewsbury

We thank Tom for his 'delayed' response. We have returned for drinks and the atmosphere has been good. OK selection of 'hand pull' ales and other drinks However, albeit we had a very average meal a number of years ago it sadly doesn't give the impression of offering good restaurant style food. In my opinion it has to make-up it's mind as to whether it is drink driven with snacks or does a makeover to become more of a quality foody driven business - something needed in the Radbrook area. When visiting we are more than happy to have drinks but there are some real opportunities to make it a thriving business with little competition

A fantastic Christmas lunch at the Inn on the Green. Great value and super food with excellent service.

I had a very tasty large prawn cocktail with bread and butter to start followed by loads of turkey with all the trimmings and Yorkshire pudding, the ample serving of vegetables is in individual dishes, all cooked extremely well. Far too full for one of the delicious desserts. The tastiest Christmas lunch I've had this season. It's a very friendly and cosy pub to spend time eating good food.

Excellent Xmas food. Plenty of it, served hot with a smile and very reasonable priced. Would recommend this pub.

Nice little boozer, the ale sold is at the best condition possible, no guest ale pump unfortunately. Staff wonderful, will be visiting again. Hobgoblin gold is pretty damn good.

The standard of food is extremely poor cook cannot cook. Presentation doses not happen here eggs over cooked meat precooked and dry in out of kitchen smoking do not eat here beer very good.

Booked for 6.30pm, with wife our boy and in laws, made us feel at home and waiter and barmaid very friendly and also gave us fresh water for babys bottle, food very nice, our boy loved the garden peas!

Sitting outside side in the cold isn't the best but meeting friends made it worthwhile. Very welcoming staff. And it won't be long and we can go inside.

My wife and I visited this Inn on our arrival following a 5 hour drive from the North East. When we requested a table for 2 we were asked if we had booked. When we said we had not , the lady informed us that they were fully booked and that we should phone in advance to make a reservation. We explained that we had just arrived after a long journey, at which point she said she would have a word with the manager. On her return with the manager we were offered a table for 2, in a very acceptable area. A delightful young lady took our food and drinks order, which was delivered without too much delay. The food was excellent, so much so that we reserved a table for the following 2 nights, the duration of our stay. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming, including the 2 young men behind the bar, The lady we met first, Jane , and the manageress, Rachel, were very efficient, but special praise must be given to our waitress, Simona, who made our visits so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return to the Inn on the Green if ever we are in the area again. Thanks to you all.

We had our golfing group Christmas dinner at the Inn on the Green today. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They couldn’t have looked after us any better. All our group thoroughly enjoyed the occasion and would strongly recommend the venue to any clubs or groups considering holding their Christmas or New Year function. Lastly not only was the food cooked to perfection and was extremely plentiful, it was extremely good value for money. Well done Rachel and her fantastic staff and keep up the good work.

Great food, fantastic entertainment, just an all round great night

Had an evening meal there and couldn't fault the food. Generous portions and well prepared. If anything, under priced. Service was good and there was no 'everything alright?' interruption just as you're chomping on a mouthful. The odd thing was that dogs are allowed in and there were people sat at a table vaping. It reminded me of pubs years ago, before everything got banned. I'd certainly eat there again.

Can't fault the Sunday lunch for the price. Very quick service too.

Found hair in food, staff member tried to tell me it was off her jumper. Got refunded for my meal. Think theres a dog in the pub

Its 1130 pm and yet again the residents of radbrook have to suffer the swearing drunken screams load badly sung noise from the pub. We are trying to sleep.and live here. .. I thought 11pm was the cutoff point for noise. I have to be up at 6am . we can't go on like this. I will check with the noise agency.see what can be done.
