Picture below is supposed to be a chicken curry! More like a rice box😳 Upon opening my takeaway at home I was stumped to see only one item. I was missing the rice so I call and say there’s no rice. The young boy on the phone who served me originally said yes come back we will give you one ( no apology!) I returned to the shop to him say he put the rice and the sauce together to which I was confused as they never do this normally.. so he walks off and I can hear laughter from the kitchen as he’s gone to talk to them about my extra rice which I can only presume was about my confusion as to where the rice was… not very professional. I return home to see my curry had been squashed down on a box filled to the brim of rice! There was about 3 pieces of chicken and no sauce! Just shocking. Lastly, I later on see in my change I was given amungst £6 worth of 50p! I was given €1! Never used to be like this so not sure if they’ve changed hands but I definitely won’t be returning. Very disappointing

Shocking.. after a great Saturday out and about, this company decided to cancel my order for no reason what’s ever pure laziness in my opinion.. never using them again.. SHOCKING

Really impressed with the quality of the food and the options to add extras to the curry was a lovely addition I think more places need to do. The prices were very reasonable as well and they gave us a free side dish! Very happy and we will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered Chicken tika and Bombay Potatoes and Poppadoms. Quick service and very nice, very tasty food. Very affordable price aswell !

Prices charged compared to menu prices in premises and on printed menu are not correct. When challenged they tell you that it is correct on their system. However, the public do not see 'their system' so it is misleading. Have ordered here for many years. The food quality and freshness is inconsistent depending on chef/staff.

Great takeaway, lots of pieces of good quality meat in the curries and the garlic naan was one of the best I’ve had. Delivered promptly and was very hot on arrival.

They have no drinks, I ordered chicken Briani with rice, they have no spoons no tissues. The food wasn’t nice too.

Place has gone downhill , hour and a half to arrive and the blandest curry’s I’ve Ever had and I used to be a regular here.don’t know if they have changed the chef or not but should be ashamed serving curry like that

Ordered a couple of curry last night at 7:30. Told it would be 30-40 minutes. My wife was still waiting at 8:30. They only seem interested in fulfilling their online orders (ubereats etc). Don’t order a takeaway to collect. No apology, no sorry for wasting your time. Curry not bad but I’ve tasted better. Definitely won’t use again

This is now my number 1 indian it is juat amazing taste and a very large selection.

Such a shame the quality/taste of food hasn’t stayed after the restaurant changed hands. We used to order from imrans all the time and the flavours never disappointed. I made curries for my family recently but ran out of time to make a keema curry. We ordered one from imrans along with a number of naan breads. The naans were decent (albeit a bit skimpy on the cheese) but the keema was bland, flavourless and with too much oil. Didn’t even taste like lamb, just bland mush. Really gutted as we could always rely on imrans before but it looks like we’ll need to find a new local unless the quality and flavour is improved.

This was our local take away for many years. Ever since it changed hands we have ordered from there twice. First time we ordered they got our order wrong and was told they did not charge for the item so in their minds that makes it right. Even though we went in to order it. They said they will rectify the problem by sending out a free curry because of the mess up only to find out when the delivery driver turned up it was not in fact free and after calling them while the driver was outside they then said it was not free. So we paid and called it as one of them. The second and last time we tried them we had a chicken tikka with another curry but I couldn’t even eat the tikka as the sweetness was like it had been laced with nothing but sugar. It’s not like me to not finish of a dish but that was the last straw for me and will not be returning. I will note the best curry I have had from them was a chicken naga. The chicken was moist which I even complemented them on and said it was spot on. Shame the rest was a forgettable experience. From now on I shall only be ordering from Sonargaon.

I am a Indian , the food here is bad , they dint even wait for the chicken to be cooked properly and it was pre cooked.All my housemates were disappointed eating from this Restaurant... despite the cost is also on the higher side.Needs lot of improvement.

Visited this place since the new owner took over in May, with my good friends Dowloth and Jewel. The food and service were amazing especially the naans and tandoori meat. Congratulations to the owner. Sarah Go.

Murgi masala is very nice. Generally lamb is not tender. overall nice.

Our second order from here. Now, I do I have a couple of slight negatives, they seem to deliver late, I'd rather they just said at point of order how long it'll really be. Also this time they forgot one starter, but I called and they brought it the following night as requested. The food is excellent. Really really good. The vegetarian thali for £10 is easily enough for for two. Will not hesitate to order again.

Don't bother. Always food we've paid for missing from the order, and food arrives to the house tepid, even though not even half a mile away. Food sub-par anyway.

Used this place before and previously left 5 stars, not now food was cold and over an hour late how they think that is acceptable is beyond me.

Just ordered from here, I have ordered in the past before and the meat Madras was lovely, big portions. Chicken rice was lovely, everything was good. Can't complain. There is just one thing I wished they did was meat samosas but I couldn't see on the menu. Please add this to the menu. Thanks again for a lovely curry.

Mixture of food for the family tonight - birthday treat. Absolutely wonderful food. Tasty, spicy, hot, fruity, we had the works. The chicken tikka is good quality meat and proper tasty, lamb good quality, nan breads fresh etc. All I can do is recommend this as perhaps the best takeaway food I've had in years. I wanted more, but was beaten to the second helpings.

One of the worst places in Coventry for a curry & there's a lot of them. Delivery service is a joke, stay away, it's awful food.

Tandoori dishes/Platter - too much food colour.

My favourite place for a curry take out - not just because it’s closest, as the food finds a nice balance between tasty and not too Desi.

Good tasty curry and good size portions good value.

Got back from a football match yesterday with my son. Decided to order an indian takeaway for us both. Ordered chicken balti with naan bread. The chicken balti was very poor! The chicken was hard and not edible and the curry was very bland. Utterly disappointed as I'd heard some reasonably good reviews. Mr Gill.
