The Imperial Hotel in North Devon

An Imperial visit for a wonderful lunch presented in comfortable surroundings and friendly staff. Plenty of smiles and helping hands made our visit a will come back again. Thoroughly recommend that you visit the Imperial hotel.

Sunday lunch amazing 22.50 for 2 courses a pub is about 18 for 2 courses excellent food and service!

I often meet up with a friend at The Imperial for lunch . The service and meals have always been of a good standard. The atmosphere is very relaxed

Nice enough hotel, a lick of paint needed on parts of the outside but it is exposed to the weather. Inside very tidy with good rooms.

Did not stay myself but took my elderly Mum. She had a beautiful room, adapted for disabilities with rails pull cords and a wet room. We had coffee in the lounge and cannot fault the service and attentivness of staff. Beautiful location and plenty to see and do.

Lovely hotel unfortunately Barnstaple is not like it used to be to many Dr's and scientists now

Dined at Saturday lunch. Service impeccable, food was very tasty.

We celebrated two family birthdays at the Imperial on March 17th, my wife's 89th and our granddaughters 21st. The staff went out of their to make it an occasion that will be recalled with fondness for many years. The service was wonderful, nothing was too much and the food delicious. My warmest thanks to all the team involved. 👍

A real joy to stay here. Staff attitude throughout was brilliant and added to the elegant ambience of the hotel itself. Food was outstanding; can wholly recommend this hotel.
