I’m one of those people who just can’t find the time to meal prep and when I do they are quite tragic and make me not want to do it again. I mentioned to a work colleague I had just signed up to a week of a major online provider of prepped pots. They recommended HealthHut, I checked the location and called in. I tasted the chicken carbonara on site then ordered 10 prepped pots for the following week. I cancelled the online provider and chose these as I have the flexibility to check the menu and drop their instagram a dm. From chicken tikka, nude burgers with sweet potato, pulled jerk chicken and more. i’ve been very impressed with the food and it’s also meant a haven’t been loading up on JustEat orders when i get home from work. Working full time and doing OU, my fridge monday to friday has allowed me to be so clean. I jumped on the scales last weekend and in a month without any exercise I had lost 6Ib. I re-signed up to the gym after seeing that. motivation levels are so high now, knowing i can lose weight , still eating my treats. so the gym will only add to the solid foundation of a sensible diet that health hut has provided.

Discovered this place today and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Would be even better if they could add calorie information so as to help when making healthy food choices. Will be back.

Working in the area ended up ordering a chicken tikka masala wrap with salad. Was one of the nicest wrap/sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Fresh and delicious. Also very reasonable price. 👌🏼👌🏼

Clean restaurant, friendly service, superb air conditioning during a hot Saturday also. The food was wonderful, I had the chicken tikka and rice which was very tasty and yet felt really healthy to eat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Popped in on impulse whilst waiting for the passport office and had an amazing chicken katsu curry. Huge bits of chicken and lovely rice as well as a great salad. Also had a lovely protein shake with some mixed berries which was really good.

Overpriced, tasteless food, grumpy staff, not informed hot drinks free with meal. Greggs next door, much nicer and can be equally as healthy.

Myself and partner had chicken tikka wraps, they were absolutely amazing, very tasty, the lady Gemma served me she was very helpful and happy, 100% be back

How Gregg's next-door manages to stay open when these guys are putting on top food every single day of the week is beyond me. Amazing every time eat in or takeout.

Went with girlfriend today no meat substitute was offered extra sauce from cauliflower cheese put on wrong meal charged £10 for a bowl of vegetables food was cold and forgot gravy table was dirty from previous customer had to move to one side would not recommend, If there was a zero rating I’d give it

The food tasted fantastic and portion size was incredible. You get a full hot meal of your choice and drink for about £6 or so. I've seen some reviews complain about the food options changing every day but I personally like that. The choices are very varied and you'd have to be a very fussy eater to not want at least two or three different options of the daily selection. I have lived right next door for two years and mistakenly thought it would be over priced and instead chose Gregg's which is next door. Won't be making that mistake any more! The staff were lovely, polite and friendly, not sure who the owner was (If they were even there) as everybody was really professional and attentive. Will be returning again and again.

Went in hoping for a healthy lunch but no vegan options hot or in the fridge. Staff said the menu “changes every day” but I won’t come back if they don’t have an option every day. I don’t think it’s right for them to advertise they’re “healthy” without a plant based option. Perhaps they could have a few frozen high protein tofu and seitan options going forward, I know plenty of omnivores these days have meat-free days to eat cleaner. I was impressed with their range of Skinny sauces but nothing had prices. I probable wouldn’t have baulked at the price so much if it had been written for me. I am autistic and I prefer to see written prices and a menu rather than have to ask. Sorry that I said the sauces were cheaper elsewhere - I don’t mean to be rude - but you didn’t have to start commenting on me as I left the shop (yes, I heard you). I’ve just moved myself and my small business to Newport and was hoping to find a healthy lunch spot but I will keep looking. Please let me know if you add a daily plant based option because I would visit most days.

We came in last week as we purchase their ready meals and we wanted a roast dinner, my son is dairy free and we asked if it was possible, they said we can’t today as everything had already been cooked but they will make one for us the following Sunday when we come in. We came in and it was ready for us with a lovely note on top of the container. Little things like that are what make successful businesses and they have a customer for life with me because they went above and beyond for me and my family. The note made my son very happy and he evens wants to take it home and hang it up! Looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely food, nice clean place too eat.

I had a lovely roast gammon dinner (take out) on Sunday. I thoughly enjoyed it. Would of liked a dessert but they only had muffins which was also delicious.

Really good food steak was real quality meat cooked to perfection vegetables were fresh and the coconut water was amongst the best I’ve ever had come here for your lunch or brunch instead of say McDonalds this is way better for your body and it’s around the same price !!

Just ordered via JustEat and it was spectacular! Lived the mix of veg and the nicely grilled salmon. The shake was a real treat. Will definitely order again.

Very friendly, healthy meals cooked to order, I had a steak wrap with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. I have ordered some of their set meals to try for work.

I come hear any chance I can get. The prices are fair I want real food with good advise and you will get it here from protein shakes to exercise advise they got time to talk about fitness food and they also do a meal prep plan that fresh with real ingredients

First time I went this store and I really enjoy my smoked salmon bagel, really tasty! Great staff. Definitely I will visit more this store to taste different healthy foods.

Always friendly, helpful, knowledgable & the food is fab!

I have never stepped inside this venue, however it always seems to be well used by customers. However, what impressed me , I was sat outside next to this venue, when the owner/worker came out offering free food to myself + son . It was very tasty. I know several people who recommend this place, and I intend to visit in the near future.

Un loc excelent pentru cei ce doresc mâncare bio sănătoasă de cea mai buna calitate.Localul este foarte mic deci este de preferat să luați mâncarea pt.acasa.Recomandat de asemenea sportivilor de performanță care pot găsi gama completa de nutrienți alimentari.Parcarea este mica dar puteți parca pe strada laterala daca este cazul....

Excellent variety of tasty food, prepared with the athlete in mind but equally as relevant to those of us who are less active, the owner is a font of useful knowledge about nutritio and always gives a very warm welcome.

Gareth has allot of patients when it comes to difficult customers and has allot of knowledge about the products he sells, I would stronly recommend you visit to see for yourself

Absolutely blown away with the gorgeous food and friendly staff, I had a minted lamb burger with sweet potatoes fries and it was one of the tastiest meals ever I really wish we had this in Swansea I would highly recommend you visit here an easy 5 stars

Very nice place extremely helpful, great food that suits everyones needs whilst being healthy, great if you want to gain weight or lose weight. They also do protein and other supplements to help with a healthy life style and great offers too. They also do multiple meals to order which is great for people on the go. Great place, great food would definitely recommend!!!

All health shops seen to be more expensive! My wife and I called in for lunch, had two burgers with fries and a bottle of water that was over 16 quid. The burger was ok! People are friendly and explain the menu if you are a health enthusiasts. Not me though, I like to taste the flavour and see the juices come from the meat when taking that first bite. This please is good if you are a health enthusiast.

very poor knowledge on basic supplements ... food wasn't that good tbh. also like most other places like this will try and sell you stuff you just do not need.
