This branch sells top class Beef burgers. With top class food, friendly staff is cherry on top. Highly recommended.

Ordered the loaded fries and there’s never any cheese on there which is fine but if you are going to factor in cheese with the price at least reduce the price your charging as there’s never any cheese on the loaded fries so why should we still pay full price? False advertising but the food is nice.

The food tasted nice but I found hair in the food. THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE REALLY DISRESPECTFUL TOO. THEY DONT KNOW ANY VALUES OF CUSTOMERS. I ordered it online and made it complaint about it but they refused to give refund or apologise for it.

My new favourite place for burgers!!! The burgers are so good!!! The cheese chilli bites are nice too. Love the food from this place! The even have our favourite pacha drinks! ❤️

I have never been disappointed with Hungry Cow. The food is so nice and the cheap price is just a bonus. The service is incredible and I’ve never got a wrong order which can be quite common when ordering online. The Pacha drinks are also really nice in all flavours so would definitely recommend them. Will definitely be returning to Hungry Cow

Good food, burger was good, not amazing but good. Customer service was great! Brother was polite and very friendly. Chips were 10/10 fresh! Will be coming back to try the loaded fries!

Do not order on a Friday evening. Although food is ok on other days. It was a shamble today. My delivery driver arrived on time at their restaurant but still waited 30 mins as they hadn’t cooked or prepped the order. I did call them at one point. Instead of offering some form of apology through compensation They just said ‘we’re busy’. The food arrived 1hr 15mins after the order was made. To top it off, the food was cold. Unless it’s an order you’re collecting, don’t bother ordering for takeaway.

Great American style smash burger. Good flavour and texture. Loaded fries was a bit sweet but maybe that's just me. Filling and the brother gave a decent discount (was my first time there) 😋 overall great taste and freshness .

Great halal fast food similar to Bims and McDonalds. Only gripe is they don't take card payments and has to be paid in cash.

It is one of my halal alternative for McD, the prices are far competitive and budget friendly

Oh im so dissapointed. Recently moved to the area and i think im just going to have to accept thay people in east london dont have access to good takeaways lol. I had such high hopes for this place as the menu was similar to a place in south called smacks hamburgers. So ive ordered a cheeseburger expecting similair quality and i think i was served asda essential frozen burgers barely cooked. I opened the chicken wrap and knew by the large amount of sauce and 1 strip in the saggy wrap it wasnt going to be good. Took 1 bite and i dont think thay was cooked fully either. The 2 stars are for the chips whichni really enjoyed. They tasted like they had been fried atleast 3 times but they were edible.

Went there for the first time just to try it out.. it was amazing ,the food was prepared to high quality with a variety of sauces to pick from .There service is unbelievable, they greet you as soon as you walk through door, they recommend you the best sellers and what food is best for its price etc. Overall I was very very impressed you guys should definitely check it it out.

They make good smash burgers. Rest of the burgers are not so good. Their side orders are also excellent. Fries, nuggets, chicken dippers, cheese jalapeños balls ect.

New place near me so I decided to try it out, fries were fresh and hot and it went well with the sauces that they provide,the cheeseburger was good quality (I recommend dipping into their orange sauce)and it came wrapped in foil which is good for environment. Fries were really good i came back 30 minutes later to buy more and they gave me a bigger portion for the same price.

Wow, I just love their burgers, specially double smash and buttermilk chicken burger was banging, If you like fries then the loaded fries really nice. Moreover, the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended. One of the best burger place in Rainham.

Delivery times awful. An hour and a half wait for overpriced food for 2. Food was cold and stale.

Firstly, they only take cash payment, which is a huge inconvenience as there isn't a cash point close by. You can't pay with card on their click & collect app either. Secondly, I ordered 2 double burgers and a kids burger. I asked for no salad on the kids burger, but they all came with no salad and they all looked tiny!! Almost like i was given 3 kids burgers! I was over the moon when I heard they were opening up here, as I loved their food from other branch's. But sadly, it was a disappointing first order. Please sort out a card machine. You might see business pick up.

Went there tonight and ordered 2 double smash burgers and have to say they were very tasty tender soft burgers will be back to try the hungry cow burger

First time trying here since it opened. Ordered Double Cheese Burger and Large Chips. Very reasonable portion of chips, perfectly salty and crisp. The Burger itself was fantastic, very tender and didn't taste grease at all. Would definitely come here agaun

I’m hard to satisfy with burger but I’ve got to give them 5 stars as they are good. The owner Kahah was very polite. Burgers and chips were well cooked. I never finish a whole burger, even a small one. But I finished their whole burger. Highly recommend to everyone.

The customer service was outstanding. The burgers were delicious. The chips were scrumptious. I got some buttermilk burgers and spicy chicken burgers. Lovely decor. The shop is in a great location. Extremely overjoyed that, Hornchurch now has a good burger shop.
