I had a full English breakfast, very big portion, lovely staff good service and chef very talented. I highly recommend.

Excellent coffee, and good food

I tried out the Fig Branch signature breakfast today and must say I haven’t had a delicious and a tasty breakfast as such for a very long time. The service was substantial and I would definetly come back again.

I had the great pleasure to work with Nebi ( The owner) . He’s the most amazing and kind person I have ever met and I couldn’t been more proud of him for making his dream come true after all the hard work he put into this cafe ❤️ He makes all his customers feel special and happy and he’s great with kids. I highly recommend this coffee shop especially for families who want a good experience and amazing food.

Just visited this cafe had a cheese baguette and there was barley anything in it the actual cheese was barley finger nail thick

I always take my 10 year old great niece there as it is value for money, the cleanliness is of a very high standard and the management and staff are very friendly and polite and they are very friendly towards children

Good local cafe, went for brunch and had a nice meal with good food and service at reasonable prices. They do have signs highlighting it and there are cash machines nearby but they only rake cash which is a little inconvenient.

The Cup of Tea was simply ordinary, the sausage was also simply ordinary, the rest (bacon, Egg, chips, beans and bread) was very good. My wife hated hers though.

Service here on the day was excellent, although they were due to close. I was made very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Food arrived promptly and hot, and was reasonably priced for a cafe for this area. Atmosphere was relaxed, its a cafe at the end of the day. It was clean and tidy on the day.

Conveniently located near Hornchurch Station with parking on the front and at the side. Friendly staff and good size portions. Coffee is of good quality.

Food was average but expensive. Didn't have what I ordered from the menu. Don't take card payments. 1 star given for the service, the lady who served me was very nice but I won't be coming back. Also the 1st cafe I have ever been in that doesn't serve toast or bread with a set breakfast, it's extra However they did give me a coke a no extra charge instead of a tea or coffee so 2 more stars

I liked this place very much, I ate in this store every day for 1 month as I worked in this zone.

Not bad i must say. But only reason i ha e giebn 4 stars os because there was not enough bacon in my roll. But loverly never the less.

Ooh, nice big plate of food! Clean and well cooked, lost a star as there is no operatable lock on the toilet door!!! Reasonable quality and ok coffee. There is a sign on the door, CASH ONLY but there is a cashpoint across the road, it charges for withdraws though. bread/toast is not included in the breakfasts!!!! WHY???

Definitely best breakfast I have had

I went there with my children and ordered quite amount of food. And was very disapointed. The fish and chips was 100% frozen fish from iceland store. The customer service from the women there was terrible. When asked for ketchup or to pay she just replied you need to come to the front and get it very rude with attitude. Never going there again.

Lovely breakfast shame the council charge you 1.50 to park outside for an hour.

Have used many times. Trad all day breakfast type of place. Mugs of tea or coffee are great and not a greasy spoon in sight. My mum uses it instead of cooking at home, enough said!
