Delicious food and very good customer service!!

Delicious food, great service. But what got me was....the warmth, kindness and hospitality

So I came here for a takeaway, I ordered the Besi Special Platter for 5 people, £50 as shown on the takeaway pamphlet menu. The waitress then tried to charge me £55 saying that the takeaway menu was incorrect, to which I asked her why did she hand me that menu if you knew is was incorrect! The worst thing was she was unwilling to honour the price in the pamphlet menu. (so that's one more customer lost.) Secondly the amount of meat in the besi special platter is hardly enough for 3 people, just full of rice as a base and hardly any lamb or chicken doner. Although the food tasted ok it was hardly worth the price of £55. Try the chippy next door from a decent family meal.

I have ordered once before and the food was fine. However, 2nd order the rice was overcooked we just threw away as unedible. I will reorder again as it may have just been a one-off. It was also a late order so the workers may have had a bit of pressure to ensure we got out order. The rest of the food was fine, luckily we had packet rice so just warmed that up.

Not sure if it’s Besi or ROZAFA or new management. Delivery person called me to pick my food outside by her because she can’t leave her car, which is okay however the food was not what i expected the rice was so soft and mashed together my 3 years couldn’t eat it, no one In the house enjoyed the food.

I really like this kebab house. Always pleasant service and delicious food. Taking takeouts so won't comment further but I've visited few times and will continue to do so.

Went on Tuesday for as birthday meal. Web says its open but it was closed no lights or anything. This is the 2nd time it has happened

Staff are extremely customer orientated. Good Portions of Quality food! Rare Gem in the heart of Romford. Good Ambience and alfresco dining in the winter with good heating! Very clean environment and good hygiene in food handling. Kudos!

This is a nice little restaurant for a kebab. Spotless, food good and reasonable. It would benefit from more women eating in there.

Since the outside extension is now completed , love to chill have a nice meal , good food , friendly staff if you don't want to dress-up and go out for a meal this is the place .

Can’t fault this place. Popped in for lunch and had their “special”. The mixed doner was excellent. The chicken was marinated and tasted much better than the usual bland stuff one usually gets. Service was top notch too with happy waitresses. Definitely recommended.

Good food at a reasonable price.

The food was great but we had to wait a very long time for it. Understand there was a large table, but that was it. Would be worried if all tables were taken. Was good food though, would want to go again if we had time to spare.

Informal grill restaurant but it is a favourite. Made to feel at home by the friendly staff and food is generous and tasty. We usually end up with a mixed grill which has cold meze included. Didnt think I liked taramasalata but I do now.😉Efes beers great value too.

Good portion great menu but shame about the food as it was too salty..I appreciate alot Turkish places have high content of salt in their kebabs but Rozafa are a bit more excited with their salt then your average Turkish restaurant. Rice was amazing ought to say one of the best rices I had in a turkish restaurant.But salad was awful.

Very poor food don't waste your money turns up cold no taste late delivery go somewhere else

Just had my delivery disgusting no taste flavour in meat and chicken shish, cold delivery late by 25mins. Stay away don't wates your time and money to eat something nice from here.

Attitude towards the customer is very nice. Food is also good and worthy. Still they need to improve. They asked me fries or rice as side for my main course, i said rice for my parcel and fries for dine-in but when i looked inside my parcel after reaching home, it was fries too.. I was so sad about that.

Loved their Turkish coffee :) Comes as an expresso shot size so you have been warned, but its a tasty experience, just don't drink the dregs as its the coffee grind. I ended up having two as it was that good and strong. Will take a picture next time! Had the chicken wrap and that was delightful, filled with fresh tasty salad and accompanied by some spicy sauce. Staff were nice and friendly any questions we had about food they kindly explained as it was my first Turkish food experience. Prices are similar to other restaurants in the area. Coffee prices were very reasonable. They have nice outdoor seating which they have tried to jazz up considering it's based on North Street which isn't the most atmospheric of places but the planting which encloses the seating area does soften and makes the place look nicer which shows the owners have tried their best. If only the council would help with planting planters to help make northstreet look better, so that it wouldn't look so rough and help entice more business to local businesses like this place as cafes on this road have all slowly closed up and being bought up developers :(

Unbelievably sarcastic lady taking orders. Had to hold my tongue and not argue with them which was extremely difficult. I had to speak very very slowly for her to understand what I was saying then when I slowed down her levels of sarcasm where shocking. It's the little things like customer service that make the difference and she ruined that for both us and the restaurant.

second evening meal at this place. immaculately clean and decorated - nice size menu and plenty of different dishes to choose from. on both occasions the food has been good - freshly cooked and the waitress and service have been 5 star - nothing is too much trouble for the staff. portions are large and it is very good value for money. wine is reasonably priced and would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant and will be booking for a birthday meal shortly. lh

Great value lunch time menu, lots of choices for only £5.50, plus you get bread and dips without extra charge. Licensed for drinks. Everything cooked fresh to order with a choice of rice or chips Very friendly and lovely staff, pleasant atmosphere, both inside and outside tables.

Visited this evening, Very clean place staff were friendly Heidi the girl who took my order was especially friendly and welcoming, was offered free Turkish tea while waiting for my order , this restaurant is actually owned and run by Albanians. Great service - greeted with a smile ! Food was cooked to perfection. Delicious, fresh and quality meat and fish. Definitely recommend.

Amazing food, very friendly staff and took care of us by offering Turkish teas. I ordered large chicken meat and chips and wife ordered halloumi with veg and chips. Both came with salad and sauces. I am telling you right now, the food was something else I haven't such delicious food for after a very long time. Everything was perfect. I will go again.

Went for dinner with our friends tonight wasnt expecting much as from the outside it looked like just a takeaway.... however we were pleasantly surprised better kervan kitchen and veyzos . At half the price will definitely be returning

Ordered online and they came only four mins after the estimated time. Very friendly delivery man as well. Their chips and salmon are lovely. No issues with that, aside from the lemon slices added. Just a shame about the freshness of their rice and the four pieces of chicken shish, as it hasn't been hot this week. What went wrong? Seriously, it stank and had obviously gone off and I have mild stomach ache as a result. The fresh salad consists of: raw red onions, braised red cabbage, cucumber, grated carrots, raw green chillies, raw green peppers, lettuce and tomato slices. It was fresh, thankfully. Also, they don't seem to read the notes so it wasn't spicy like I asked nor did the chips have the extras of seasoning that I asked for. Wasn't expecting the orange polystyrene packaging for the salad than the foil containers used by other Turkish restaurants I've eaten from. If the shish dish was fresh, they'd got three stars.

Delicious ! Fresh and quality meat cooked to perfection. Sea bream cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and juicy inside along with crispy chips. Yummy ! Highly recommended.

We went to get a takeaway kebab , Customer service was excellent, both the Chef and the Girl at the counter were lovely and so helpful, they gave us 2 free tea while we were waiting. The kebab itself was excellent and the portions big Now I know where to go when I am hungry !
