As a regular visitor I love not only the tasty food, value for money but also the warm welcome when I come in. There are not many places left that offer such amazing quality meals along with a friendly environment to enjoy it in. The venue is clean and inviting and the food is absolutely smashing. If you’re looking for a meal that’s worth every penny head over you’ll probably see me there :)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roosters Piri Piri in Romford, and it was a fantastic experience! The grilled chicken was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with great flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The service was efficient, and everything came out just as expected. Overall, a great spot for a tasty meal and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Romford Roosters is an unassuming place but looks a lot healthier than the neighbours. I like to give smaller businesses a chance to shine and that's what I did here today. Happy with the food and service - so maybe Roosters deserves a chance?

I recent visited Roosters peri peri in Romford. If you’re a chicken lover, this restaurant is a must-visit! The menu offers a great variety of chicken dishes, from crispy fried chicken to flavourful grilled options. The seasoning is on point—crispy skin with juicy, tender meat inside. The sauces were a highlight too, especially the spicy garlic and tangy barbecue. The sides complement the chicken well; their waffle fries were fresh and delicious. The portion sizes are generous, and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is casual and lively, perfect for a family meal or a hangout with friends Parvish offered great service and could not be friendly enough

Wanted to eat in but ended up taking away because of how dirty the place was. Floors are dirty, seating is dirty, everything was grim. This is not in all roosters though, would recommend a different branch. The photo is just the corner of the floor. Needs a deep clean.

Always come here after my gym sessions for grilled chicken and their rice box! I am always satisfied when i come here, safe to say this place is 10/10.

Was an Uber Eats delivery. Fries were cold - wraps were like warm at best. Very disappointing today.

I had ordered buttfly chicken with rice the chicken was not fresh it's was flat a a pancake and rock hard the rice was terrible chicken wings wer slimy and it come to £15 pound shocking definitely my first and my last it was an absolute rip off avoid at all cost if u don't want to be disappointed

If you want to wait over 20mins for your order and then be told because there was takeaway orders after your one and hence why the delay then go to this place, but it clearly looked like they forgot my order. When me and my children who were hungry received the order they got one wrong were due to allergy asked for NO MAYO in the wrap but luckily i checked as the order had mayo and that could have been fatal, so that was insult to injury and.there was a further delay. The peri peri chips, um actually there was no peri peri chips as you could actually count the granules on the chip which were cold. For compensation the staff member said he will give my kids ice cream I declined as it would be as cold as how I got my food. We were so upset with the whole experience we didn't even eat half of the what should of been a nice dinner So if you want to eat in a place where they give priority to take out orders which they received after yours and if you have allergies be carefully as it can be fatal due to careless negligence.

I always stick to the romford branch as sometimes they do give me a little extra which is why I am loyal and shop weekly here. The shop is clean I have been there so all around one of the best food shops in romford. Also very fresh!!

Food was okay to be fair but absolutely horrendous experiences in this place. Always been a fan of roosters but since moving to the area and trying this one out of around 4/5 occasions, I’ve never witnessed a group of staff being so clueless. Not only did I mention an allergy on two occasions and the restaurant failed to acknowledge this, on the second occasion I had an allergic reaction and showed this to the owner after their staff added something to my burger that I asked to be removed. The owner said that my next order would be on the house but could not be granted on that occasion. On my next visit, he completely disregarded this and made me pay. Shocking service in this place, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are a number of other places within the area that have better food and better staff for example: • Peri Peri Box (within a one min walk) • Now Peri Peri • Spice Hut (within 30 second walk) • Lakers (fried chicken)

The shop don’t answer their phone. Their delivery orders take a very long time, it would be nice to get an update. What’s the point of having a phone if you don’t answer it?

A group of us went to Roosters Peri Peri for an end of year celebration. Both Robin and Parvez were absolutely accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great. High recommend this place.

Horrible service at Roosters Piri Piri. The staff couldn't figure out their own menu and refused to refund me. I was told to wait for a manager, but no one showed up, wasting my time. The food was just okay, but definitely not worth the hassle. First and last time visiting.

First and last time visiting here. Ordered a meal, they asked me what drink I want with the meal and before I could answer they said “Fresh orange juice?”. I said sure. The way they offered it was as if it came with the meal and it was free. Got charged £5 for orange juice! Paid £15 for a meal with orange juice - crazy to think orange juice is half a meal price? I asked for a refund for the orange juice and they refused to refund me and told me to wait for a manager for 5 mins - 15 mins later no manager. The guy who ordered 5 mins after me also got his food first. They were obviously taking longer with my food while waiting for the manager. Won’t come here again. Stingy and money hungry business
