Roosters Piri Piri in Havering

A group of us went to Roosters Peri Peri for an end of year celebration. Both Robin and Parvez were absolutely accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great. High recommend this place.

Had wonderful experience last night, Pervez Chohan and Robin both are Hospitality Gems provided us with best tailor made customer service, will definitely come and recommend others 👍

Yesterday I have visit in this restaurant I love the food is fresh and delicious I have order half chicken deal that’s great juicy and there is one guy i don’t know her name but he has a gold teeth I remember he is very polite and quick in his work I love that guy . I will come again

Horrible service at Roosters Piri Piri. The staff couldn't figure out their own menu and refused to refund me. I was told to wait for a manager, but no one showed up, wasting my time. The food was just okay, but definitely not worth the hassle. First and last time visiting.

First and last time visiting here. Ordered a meal, they asked me what drink I want with the meal and before I could answer they said “Fresh orange juice?”. I said sure. The way they offered it was as if it came with the meal and it was free. Got charged £5 for orange juice! Paid £15 for a meal with orange juice - crazy to think orange juice is half a meal price? I asked for a refund for the orange juice and they refused to refund me and told me to wait for a manager for 5 mins - 15 mins later no manager. The guy who ordered 5 mins after me also got his food first. They were obviously taking longer with my food while waiting for the manager. Won’t come here again. Stingy and money hungry business

The customer servive is soo lovely and the food here us excellent , the portion size is also really nice, the restuarnt interior is also really baeutiful and jas lots if seats available.. i cam here with with my wife and im defintily coming back here again with my children.

O my goodness !!! :) What a splendid meal with aromas that filled the back of my nostrils with spice and flavour. O my o my don't even get me started on the rice. O where do I even start. This place left my aw wide open like my special mate dewan zahin ashrafi ( I was speechless ) 100/10 I WOULD 1000% RECOMMEND.

Told us the half a chicken will take half an hour to prepare. Took over one hour to prepare whilst the male and female staff members were having a chat. When asked if it will be ready soon, kept repeatedly saying ‘ in 2 minutes’.. Also given the wrong order when food finally arrived. Horrific service.

Roosters Romford is the best!! I live across the road from this place and always come here when I am too lazy to cook. The food is super and fresh!!! One thing sticks out for me is the service, I kid you not this place is incredible for service. The staff are so lovely, welcoming polite and professional at all times. Nice vibe, clean restaurant and great food

A good Sit In for Grilled Chicken near Romford Station Essex as a group and family. Lovely chips and soft chicken but would prefer the chicken to be more flavourful now having it twice with a tasty rice bowl.

Wrap was lovely. Friendly staff and very nice interior design.

Did not recieve proper food that we ordered not even a drink. They cannot be bothered to deliver the correct order. Next time, get Nando's!

Have been here multiple times and every time we go the service is extremely slow despite there being not many customers. We even called for colllection giving them 25minutes to make one dish and when arriving we were waiting another 20minutes !

Today I was in this place for the first time and the truth is that as a chef I loved the exquisite flavor and the freshness of the chicken and the great service. Thank you guys for your good service.

Went to Roosters Piri Piri yesterday in Romford, I ordered the quarter chicken meal with piri piri chips and drink. The chicken was very delicious and tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone.

First time being here. Service was quick and efficient and food was lovely. I had mixed platter whole chicken, 5 strip and 4 wings Lebanese flavour. Highly recommend the Lebanese flavour. Great service.
