The Hot Hut in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Placed order Friday which had issue with the food, rang and spoke to manager who was polite and sorted the problem, very friendly

I recently tried The Hot Hut food, and I was thoroughly impressed. The ordering process was smooth, and my food arrived much quicker than I expected. Everything was still hot and fresh when it arrived. The flavors were fantastic—each dish was delicious and satisfying. It’s clear that quality ingredients were used, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal delivered right to their door. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We absolutely love hothut and are regulars there, we sometimes collect or have it delivered, food is always amazing, we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our kebabs or cheesy chips :-)

so after being asked to change or take down review that i did as everyone should be given a second chance well we ordered dinner well it took 1 hour 20 mins to get here and the meals ws bad again one they didnt send all the food was missing chips from a meal and the donna meal i know for a fact was from the scraps pot and donna was foating in oil wont be ordering from there again and when people ask me i will be telling them to avoid them

When passing through to swaffham, tried the food, food is amazing and staff are very polite, would recommend and would come back again

Was passing through and decided to stop for food and it was one of the best burger and chips I've ever had, highly recommend this place. Will certainly be going back again very soon

Would have not put any stars to be honest. We are very upset with our order tonight. It is my dads birthday and we ordered with your takeaway which my dad is a loyal customer but you sadly forgot most of the order and it was barely warm and we was waiting an hour and half for our meal. Really disappointed with the service altogether we will not be coming back.

Genuinely the worst pizza I've ever had. Half the topping clearly fell off, yet still more cheese than pizza. So much grease (literally puddles of it) I felt sick after 1 slice.

We just turned up this evening to order our first take-away from here. Brilliant service. Friendly staff. Food was delicious, fresh and tasty. We order a variety from the menu covering pizza, burgers and kebabs. 100% Recommended, we shall be returning.

Very busy , best to pick up your self but very good food

Definitely wont be ordering again. Food was cold when delivered. Pizza was not nice and supposed to be chilli kebab.. no chillis and no sauce. Unfortunately it was not eaten . Not sure if a bad day to order but the man on the phone and delivery driver , need a bit of customer service training. Sorry

Best pizza kebabs hot wings lovely

First off, the food we DID receive was good. Still hot and tasty. However. My wife made the order and whoever took the order had obviously had a long day, his attitude and manner on the phone wasn't acceptable, being rude, short tempered and generally impatient. Having the audacity to declare how busy he was, I'm sure he'd really be complaining if he had no custom at all. And then when the order arrived, we were missing a whole kebab, and we were told on the phone that there "were no jalapenos" (we'd asked for extra on my pizza) even tho my wife's pizza was literally covered in them. Why lie? Shame really.

frequently use Hot Hut at Gayton and would highly recommend, very friendly staff and always happy to accommodate any requests that we have! excellent choice of food at a great price. even offers a local delivery service! Great for locals or if you are staying in the local area.

Absolutely brilliant! Probably the best kebabs in the area, also prompt delivery and great staff, give it a try, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Being fairly newish to this area (Bawsey) we have now used the the Hot Hut a number of times the food on each occasion was excellent `very tasty` `good portion size` Great food Highly Recommend 5/5

Unbelievable lack of service. Ordered a takeaway at 7.05pm at 9pm still not arrived so tried ringing but just got a automated answer saying not taking any calls. At 9.15pm our hosts decided enough was enough & made us all beans on toast. At 9.45pm a delivery driver rang to say he was on his way. We told him to take it back. 2 hours & 40mins is a all time record for any takeaway company. Shocking, terrible service with a total lack of customer service.

Very good best food we’ve had from a takeaway, very great staff and boss they also chucked in a free garlic pizza and bottle of drink as it was for a birthday which we very much appreciated, thanks again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Tried the Hot Hut for the first time tonight. We ordered 3 beasts in a box for 6 grown men and it was more than enough. Very tasty as well. Great little place and staff were very friendly.

What a place this is. Best Donner I've had in years..(I live in London) so that's saying something. All cooked fresh for you by great friendly staff. Truly Truly wonderful (its tiny, just next to petrol station)

Went there tonight for the second time and last week it was a 6 star this week it was a 1 star as the food took them 35 minutes to cook and was well overdone chips was cold where they was waiting on the side and was overcharged by 6 pounds when I corrected him he got arrogant and still only give me 2 pounds back he made a comment to he’s delivery driver stating if the householder forgets there drink don’t give it to them very very disappointed and a full waste of money I didn’t complain about the food because I was worried because he got arrogant when I said he’s overcharged me will not be returning

Lovely pizza, alot cheaper than others. Small take away stall next to petrol station. I'd recommend picking up rather than ordering to deliver as they look like they can be easily overwhelmed on a busy evening. Recommend coming here if your on a break away or local 👍

Ordered food mid week, they said it would be under an hour but after an hour and a half i had to call and was told it was on the way. 25 minutes later it turned up. We won't be using them again

Just ordered for the first time tonight and all I can say is how lovely it was! Tastes absolutely great and you get so much for your money. The only thing I would say is the time I was told for delivery was a little bit longer than expected but I called them and it was all rectified. Very professional, polite and friendly. I will definitely be ordering again!

28th October 2017 I ordered at 17:55 got told 45 mins and arrived at 19:15 I then refused order when Came ten minutes later I get the boss kenny knocking on my door throwing the order at my wife begging her not to say anything and it’s free of charge then to find out it is stone cold I ordered a kebab and the salad was warmer the the lamb Donner

Their pizzas are ok, and I've always liked the food from here they are great for late night snacking. Down side is they don't accept card payments and its a shame as tge surrounding village doesn't have a cash point. Would be handy having one as nobody is going to want to travel into kings Lynn town just to get money for a kebab
