Very rude even though the coffee is great

Very welcome and friendly staff. Dog friendly, I have quite often worked from here too on my computer and the internet has been fast and reliable.

Felt very guilty because my girlfriend and i were very picky about our drinks and food, but the girls behind the counter were super accommodating and happy to help us! especially Becky. sorry again for being such a hassle girls, appreciate you being so helpful!

This Starbuck branch offers a brunch experience similar to others within the franchise. Conveniently situated along a main road, it boasts ample parking, making it hassle-free to find a spot. The interior is spacious, with plenty of seating available, ensuring that finding a place to sit shouldn't pose any difficulty.

On a big stretch of road and opposite a travel lodge but don't mention they don't accept cash anywere until your ready to pay ! Do you not think people from the hotel might want to go over and get breakfasy and a coffe in the morning . Waste of everyone's time , Get to Costa instead !!! Rude arrogant staff , jobs worths . Scummy company

Came across this Starbucks while travelling. Even though it was busy, the staff were friendly and cheerful.

We were served at the drive thru by a lovely lady named Lisa. (9.15am) She was very patient when we asked her to repeat herself on the tannoy as we couldn't hear, and at the window she was full of smiles and kept us updated with our drink preparations. Super friendly service from the whole team. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would recommend.

Second and last time I'll probably use this star bucks as got myself my blonde roast vanilla latte. And the town branch have never got it wrong but the one from this star bucks is disgusting. Had about 3 sips before it ended up in the bin. Not pleasant at all!

went through drive through and got two other drinks that were fine, however i noticed one was really light.. to find this

Too many lattes have been ruined in this branch, I am a dedicated customer to Starbucks brand for years and this particular branch happens to be conveniently located to my whereabouts, however, most baristas in this branch need basic training as the latte is either too heavy or too light as dry cappuccino. They tend to steam too much milk in one go and then distribute warm and not hot milk for subsequent customers who follow thereafter or pour whatever leftovers were in the jug, so only foam was served instead of milk. I had to return my latte several times back due to the abnormal weight of the drink and/or the temperature of milk was too low and last time out of spite the barista made it extra hot - I have not asked for extra hot latte, but purchased a normal latte. Please stop serving barely warm lattes to your customers! Please observe the recommended weight for lattes.

I visit this Starbucks too much and its always good the staff are amazing not sure about some of the negative reviews on here as I've never encountered a problem it's definitely better than the Starbucks in the town

4 workers..none of them acknowledged us! Expensive.

Dreadful experience where the cashier would not raise her voice when my hearing impaired 85 year old father couldn’t hear her. She rolled her eyes when he asked ‘I can’t hear you’ twice. Then I got shouted at by the manager as I didn’t have a credit card and they ‘only take car!’ She told me ‘I’m in no mood to argue when I’m on minimum wage it’s not my fault’ when I said it’s Starbucks fault. Your silly policy undermines poor people, the homeless, people in abusive relationships trying to get independence and the elderly who cannot deal with technology. You really need to check the staff when dealing with customers who give their point of view. There’s is absolutely no need to shout to get control!

I visit this place 2 ot 3 times a week and was taken back when they refused to let me pay cash.. i normally use the drive through and my card. when did this happen? Luckily I had a friend with a card.

Very chilled Starbucks on the way to the coast. Super fast charging station for electric cars in the car park, which is why we stopped here. Staff were friendly drinks and cakes came in good time. Plenty of seating. Very clean. Phone charge points available

A good place for a relaxing cup of coffee and some sandwiches or desserts. Service is quick and seating area is nice.

Ridiculously expensive! Over £16 for 2 drinks and a very small snack! Staff were miserable and uninterested and the tables were dirty. You can buy a pot of posh coffee from a supermarket and make it at home for a fraction of the cost.

Good place to have a meeting, good choice of drinks. Friendly team here, too. Not as noisey as other coffee shops!

Visited early this morning, Hannah and the other young barrista, (? Her name) did a fantastic job on the many drinks ordered for take away. It was only an hour or so after they opened this morning, 9 October. All drinks tasted the best and looked yummy as well. Thank you ladies for giving the best attention and so lovingly making a great product. Everyone commented on how delicious drinks were this morning. We’ve been Starbucks customers for years all over the world, mainly in USA. Now living back here in Kings Lynn, we will continue to visit this wonderful location at Hardwick& this wonderful team. Thank you both!

Friendly, spot on with the order 👌

We went for a coffee and a sit down. There was 1 lady in front of us who was waiting for her order so we thought that we wouldn't be long in there. 3 members of staff all standing in a corner, chatting away, the lady waited, and waited., my other half commented how bad the service was and even said it would be quicker to go to costa. Still we all waited. The waiting lady looked towards us and raised her eyebrows. We then said how bad the service was and that we were then going to costa. Only 1 man serving there, and we waited while he served the lady in front of us, we were greeted then served, within a very short time we were sitting at a table and drinking our coffees. Starbucks, maybe you should send your staff to costa for some customer service training!

A lovely little Starbucks with a drive-thru, lots of parking space and fantastic friendly staff. The usual Starbucks UK chain food and drinks are available here and you can even purchase everything (including toasties) from the drive-thru, though you may have to park up if they are busy. Maddie took my order at the drive-thru putting up with all of my nonsense and indecisiveness and even serving us with a beautiful smile at the payment window - that's an asset right there because I am as annoying as something you'd need Vagisil for at a drive-thru! :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Good location, plenty of parking, electric vehicle charging station outside. Inside nice and cosy. Very friendly staff, always helpful and smiley. Tables not always clean and emptied, that’s the only one observation I have. Recommended place to go in Kings Lynn for coffee.

Always consistent coffee no matter when I visit

Very rude manager when i politely stated that cash was still legal tender. Avoid this branch and franchise at all costs. If could give 0* i would.

What a lively pleasant team they all are

I order from this location regularly and have always been very happy with the service, but today after an awful experience with an Uber Eats driver I called the store to ask for assistance and it couldn't have been dealt with better. Jade was absolutely amazing, she was kind and sweet and made me feel a lot better, not only did she sort out my order, she cheered me up and she assured me she would complain about the user driver from her end. She was an absolutely wonderful person and is a credit to ther store and to starbucks in general. I am so grateful to her and the rest of the team. Couldn't be better and I appreciate their hard work and delicious coffee. Couldn't be better.

The drive-thru is great for quick coffee stops when running errands, usually ferrying the kids around to various outings! Quick & courteous service, love the mocha with cream!

I had a nice breakfast and coffee, service was quick and friendly.

Used the Instavolt electric car charger at this location. It is expensive compared to others but very quick and easy to use. 2 machines available.

Drinks are great, place is clean and tidy, inside and out, staff are lovely and would totally recommend to friends and family. Their food options are nice and varied and not too expensive too! Will go back again!!

Spacious, comfy seating, great coffee and food (eg panini's). EV charging via Instavolt (50kW). Great address.

First visit to this new branch. Usual good standards although it is quite distracting when the barista serving at the counter is also talking into a headset to someone else! The young lady who made our coffee did a great job, one of the best we've had and we visit over 8 different branches regularly.

Our first opportunity to 'drink in' in this new Starbucks. Like the light wood and industrial look. Served by a very friendly young man who also bought our drinks to the table. Our closest Starbucks, will be frequent visitors.
