They said my food would be here in 30-40minutes it has been over a hour and still no food

Ordered the KIDS crispy wings for my 9 year old CHILD and they were so spicy I, a 37 year old man that has a high spice tolerance couldnt eat it! The other times i have ordered the wings have been perfectly fine but the last 2 times they have gotten unbelievably bad and in my opinion unsafe and unsuitable for kids !!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Owners are really nice and are very kind. Food was really good. The curries were delicious as it was made fresh with fresh naan bread and perfect spices put into them. Definitely a place to try out

Everything on the menu is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and it definitely shows in the taste. I opted for the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was hands down the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the bun was soft and toasted to perfection. It also came with a side of crispy fries, which were the perfect accompaniment to the sandwich.

Friendly environment,customer service on point variety of choices to choose from 10/10 food definitely recommend it.

The pizzas are the best i have had, base is fresh and thick not like many places where it cant hold the toppings and flops, the sauce is full of flavour and good quality cheese is used ( healthy amount of cheese is used ❤️❤️). Toppings are fresh, the tandoori chicken tastes just like my mum makes at home, and i like the option of adding chillies to give it that extra spice and kick. Service is second to none and the staff are very friendly and warm. Food came out piping hot and didn't take long to be served. They also have seating inside to enjoy the lovely food.Over all the place had a friendly feel and a family friendly takeaway. Highly recommend trying this place you wont be disappointed. Prices are very reasonable aswell given the economy so you are getting alot for what you pay for.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hot Box, and I have to say, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The smell of delicious food filled the air, and I couldn't wait to try everything on the menu. The menu at Hot Box offers a wide variety of options, from traditional comfort foods to more unique and creative dishes. I was impressed by the range of choices and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was clear that the chefs at Hot Box take pride in their food and put a lot of thought and care into each dish.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered food here today by phone to collect. Upon collection, the chef (khuram/aram/haram - unclear on his name as I could not quiet pronounce it hence the various spellings), was not wearing gloves and was touching his genitals as he was giving the food that I had ordered. I called the store to speak to the owner and notified him of what I had experienced and he advised me he would take this seriously and reprimand the employee and I had mentioned to him that I would be leaving a review as people should be aware of the gross mishandling of food as this is disgusting. As I went back to see the owner to raise this in person, I had seen that they had put a board up where you cannot see across the counter anymore (PICTURE ATTACHED). This shows that instead of dealing with the situation, he decided to put a board up so customers cannot see and clearly this behaviour is acceptable to the owner hence the board. This is disgusting and I would not eat from here knowing how they handle food.

Don't like leaving negative reviews but I had a very bad experience today. Donner meat VERY hard. Definitely not fresh. Seemed like was reheated. Was not eatable. Rubbery/hard. Not sure if it was because it was close to closing time but this shouldn't impact the quality of the food. Will not be coming again and definitely not recommending to others.

Ordered through Uber Eats, hot box were unable to make my food in time. I waited 45 mins, called the take away and they said I have to wait another 30 minutes for my order. Uber ended up cancelling the order due to the time wasting by them.

Order cancelled by The Hot Box due to "no available drivers", the must have known this at the time of taking the order. Extremely unprofessional, we shall not be using this business again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. It was ready quickly, it was fresh and hot and really delicious! I was taken by surprise considering it was like £8 for 14 inches! Definitely ordering again.

Wow, 1st time ordering from the hotbox an I must say our food was just superb, piping hot, crunchy chips in a bag, from order to delivery in less than 45 min. Excellent, well done, will be ordering again 100%.
