First time I've been here in 15 years, what a lovely cosy friendly country pub, we had a lovely table by the fireplace which I cheekly requested but didn't think I'd get, but we did, lovely warm feeling with the faint burning wood smell, the food presentation is top notch, I had the shoulder of pork pad ka prau with garlic, sweet potatoe and coriander rosti with pak choi and oyster sauce, wow, best plate of food I've had in a while, presentation was stunning, wish I'd taken a photo, if you're anywhere near this lovely pub whilst visiting Norfolk or you live in Norfolk, pay a visit to this place, you won't be disappointed, well done guys!

Sunday Roast was one of the best we have had. Very tasty.

Last minute booking yesterday, but we we're welcomed in, shown our very lovely room. Headed for dinner which was lovely, good range of drinks available. Great service. Comfortable night sleep, lovely big bed, gorgeous hot shower, everywhere spotless and an awesome breakfast cooked to our liking. The only minor annoyance was not enough sockets in the room however that wouldn't stop is visiting again.

We had a very lovely relaxing nights stay. A delicious evening meal & a very good quality breakfast. Thank you

Date night at The Honingham Buck, awesome meet and greet, brilliant food, great drinks and a pleasant atmosphere. One criticism would be it was just a tad too hot inside to eat. Whilst a welcome temperature from outside currently, it was just too hot to sit back and truly relax. Not put us off and we'll be back again soon.

The food is amazing, service is excellent. Can't say about rooms as we did not stay here.

The four of us stayed there to see in the new year. our rooms were clean, tidy and felt cosy. The food, service and the entertainment was excellent, we will definitely go back and hopefully soon. Thank you to all the staff.

Nice and welcoming on arrival. Had a lovely night sleep and also a lovely breakfast. It was nice to get a phone call to say the restaurant was closing late on, so if we wanted food, we could find alternative

I found the place to be very decent to use as a lunch pub. I was disappointed with the limit of forms of bitter and I did not like the Lacons much. Could do with a Doombar or some such.

Had a great meal this evening, food was cooked perfectly, desserts were amazing and the service was first class. Looking forward to going back again!!

Called in here for Sunday lunch. Two beef and one roast chicken dinner. All three were spot on. Roast dinners out aren't cheap anymore, 3 roasts, 3 drinks, and a dessert were over £80. Not necessarily the fault of the pub but blimey best part of £20 for a roast.

Went for the December menu. What a great meal. I went for the vegetarian options and was not disappointed. Really imaginative and tasty. The triple cooked chips were outstanding. The creme brulé was so good! Service was very friendly too. Price was reasonable for the type of food they serve. If you're looking for good old fashioned pub food, this is not for you. If however, you want something a little different and refined, this is a great option.

Popped in on Sunday lunch time, as driving past on our way back from The Sandringham Half Marathon. Didn't realise we had to book. However, the lovely waitress kindly put in our orders. The food was presented so well, and tasted delicious,as we ate outside in the sun. The staff went above and beyond to fit us in and serve us. We will be back😊

Stopped for Sunday Roast . Very filling . Would go again. Great service. Good choice if you fancy a roast. Other menu choices are available

Came for a family Sunday lunch again (one of a few visits now) and the roast beef with black treacle gravy is to die for …really…outstanding. Love the food here.

Nice spot. Had a meal one evening and then just drinks another night. Will return with the family for sure. Not the most affordable but you do get what you pay for, it is somewhere well come again on special occasions. Delightful staff.

Met here for lunch, it was superb. It was a sunny afternoon and we sat outside. Food was delicious, they had a good selection of drinks and the staff were polite, friendly and efficient.

We visited for a meal only. Friendly staff, good service. Menu not particularly inspiring, some items are very expensive for what you get. We wouldn't visit again.

Lovely pub. Great food: fish fingers superb! Good selection of beers etc. Several areas, one large fireplace in between 2 rooms. Can accommodate wheelchair users. Staff friendly, attentive, helpful.

Excellent menu and perfectly presented food, but partly poorly cooked. Long cooked belly pork was tough. Maybe a one off.

Room was cold on first night, otherwise we'll presented. Limited menu, not at all like pub grub.

Our first stay here, we received a very warm welcome, rooms are perfect and clean was also very quiet. Proper traditional bar area with a great choice of beers, and a real fire, restaurant area has lovely decor and the food was extremely good as was the breakfast. Excellent service from all staff during our stay,Will defiantly be back highly recommended Thank you Henry and the team! : )

We had a Wake here after the recent funeral of my Mum, 87. Amazing service and food. So well presented and delicious, all served in our private function room. I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended.

Very cosy place with a wood burner and wooden beams. Good real was served by pleasant staff. I would recommend for a drink and to try the food on a menu with a variety of dishes.

This is a fantastic pub, Cosy 17th century gem in a local village. Was here for 2 nights from NYE with the family and I wish i could of stayed longer. The friendly staff got us a table for NYE in the bar area and we had a great evening.The room was spacious and had the most comfortable King sized bed.This place is definitely worth a visit and stay, they also do a great Fried breakfast. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome, the HB is beautiful pub

Fabulous lunch for 6 people in a lovely environment. I had a very different and fantastically tasty belly pork dish. 1st class!
