What a lovely helpful man. Lots of gluten free choice which he explained and even altered a dish to become gluten free. So helpful. Food delicious. Can't afford takeaway often but this one was worth it!

Had the same dishes ordered for takeaway from last week. Totally inedible due to the high spice content. Previous week was the best curry but the following week was such a disappointment as it was so hot we could not eat it

Chanced on Naga this week and have to say this is the best food we’ve tasted in a very long time. So much so that we came back a second time in the same week! Will definitely be coming back again.

It was raining tonight, so I skipped the gym and decided to pick up some Indian instead. I've eaten from Naga about 30 times in the last year, and it is always fantastic. Tonight in particular was just incredible. It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time, which reminded me that I need to give them a review. My go to meal is usually the Chicken Jalfrezi. It is just full of flavours all complimenting one another, the pilau rice, the garlic Naan bread. And if I'm super hungry a chicken tandoori starter. The chefs here are top quality and you can really tell they have a passion for food as it reflects in every meal. Life hack - Ask for some of the green mint sauce and dip your Naan bread in it. It is a game changer!

WOW! BEST INDIAN IN NORFOLK! Myself and my family were on the way home from Cromer to Long Stratton and decided to Google dinner we wanted Indian and this was the closest apart from another on the same holt road but that had mixed reviews and outside looked shabby! So we decided to give this one ago! Sooooo glad we did we were greeted by the sweetest man behind the till with an awesome smile only too happy to help with any questions regarding portion size, etc. when we got home, which was about half an hour journey it was still hot! The food itself was delicious so good in fact myself and my husband were talking about it the following morning. Highly recommend this place and will be travelling back from Long Stratton just to revisit!

Wow, curry ordered at 6.58, actually delivered to door on thorpe marriott at 7.15 with a lovely smile. Fantastic food and brilliant service, it just doesn't get any better than this, thank you Naga !!

Faultless! Have had many many takeaways from Naga and spot on everytime. Honestly can not fault a single thing. From the moment you ring to place your order to when your order is delivered the customer service is fantastic, food hot and lovely.

Take away only, fair price and quantity

We have been using this company for over 8 years now and always fully satisfied with the food and service. I was taken out by friends to an Indian restaurant last week and I’m proud to say my favourite Naga takeaway beat the restaurant! Well done to you and your team as you are doing a fantastic job

Used to be great. 2 weeks ago the lid was not put on the meal and leaked everywhere. Last night we had 2 curries, 1 had 2 pieces of chicken in and the other 3. Literally half a chicken breast over 2 main meals. The bhuna was thin, watery and awful. This place used to be great, now it’s just terrible, what’s gone wrong? Will travel to Norwich in future as I think Naga seem to believe they have a captive market. They don’t.

We’ve been using Naga for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. Excellent quality food and great customer service from Kay. Their delivery service is also speedy and they are very accommodating if you have special dietary requests.

Ordered about 5.50 - told it would be about 45 mins; arrived at about 6.15. Food excellent. As service and food were exemplary I felt the need to ring and tell them. Well done - and thankyou!

Food was delicious especially loved the biryani and the samosa from this place. The delivery guy charged us an extra £3 for refuelling (not sure what that’s all about) which wasn’t mentioned anywhere so please consider this when you order or call them to confirm. Other than that I couldn’t fault the food!

Found this place around 5 years ago, have gone there ever since!! have been late on the odd occasion however is always worth the the wait!! Banging curry - one of the best takeaways in Norwich!

First time eating here, really great curry, delivery came early and hot, starters were fresh and tasty. Friendly driver, Great job will order again.

We had our takeaway meal form here Monday evening the service was great, wait time not to bad, food was excellent very happy considering we not from the area just unsure what to expect top marks.

I Use Naga about once a month, never had any issues, and the food is one of the best I've had from an Indian Takeaway. would just like to point out when they are busy the delivery times are extended, but this is to be expected from a very busy and local Indian Takeaway.

Lovely meal with no problems atall. Was told the wait would be 50-55 minutes which for a Sunday evening I expected this. It arrived bang on time and tasted lovely! Our family order from here and we will continue to do so to, fab service keep up the good work!

This is without a shadow of doubt the worst takeaway I have ever ordered and Naga will absolutely never receive my custom again. I can't stress enough how disgusting the entire experience was. I placed my order. They state that they deliver to my full postcode area and having the highest rating (They must pay third party companies for fake reviews because I do not believe any positive reviews to be true for a second), I decided to give them a try. Our order was accepted 2 minutes later. Three quarters of an hour after the order had been accepted we receieve a call forcing us to pay the delivery driver £3.00 in order to get our food. Naively we agreed as we'd already waited nearly an hour. It is at this point that they start cooking our food... Half an hour later and now 15 minutes late, we call the restaurant and explained how we had been waiting and that nothing had showed up yet. The man on the end of the phone couldn't have cared any less if he had tried. His response was 'So?' After getting blood out of a stone we hung up the phone and continued to wait. Three quarters of an hour later, and now an hour late, we get a call from the delivery driver. He makes up some excuse of not being able to find our house for half an hour, despite the restaurant having TWO contact numbers for our address. Yet he decided driving around aimlessly for half an hour made more sense than calling us for directions. We met the driver at the door, gave him the £3.00 he demanded from us despite there being absolutely no mention of any additional fees on their Just-Eat profile. We get the food back up to the flat. There is a brown paper bag in a plastic bag. We go to remove the brown paper bag but the entire thing disintegrates in our hands. There was so much oil on absolutely all of the contents that the entire bag had fallen to pieces. We removed the contents whilst doing our best not to get the disgusting levels of oil all over the flat. We obviously failed however as there was just too much. We were able to literally pour it from the plastic bag at the end. To add insult to injury, the last 4 containers which contained a saucy curry and some other wet dishes were smashed to pieces. These cheap individuals use those old school tin foil containers that most people stopped using back in the 90's. As a result of nobody giving a single care about the customer, these were all damaged, one was completely flat, so not only was the bag filled with oil, it was also filled with curry and rice. They might as well have just given us the plastic bag and a fork as we pretty much ended eating out of the bag to avoid destroying the flat. So finally we get the food out, an hour and 10 after it was suppose to be delivered, and given that it's been in those cheap old containers and driven about town for over half an hour, yes you guessed it, the food was cold and predictably soaking in pools of oil. It was absolutely disgusting. We paid over £45.00 in total. After stomaching as much as we could we contacted Just-Eat who very kindly gave us a voucher off our next meal, which will obviously not be with Naga, and were told that no company on their website/app is allowed to request any additional money for an order. Delivery fees can be charged during checkout and once an order is accepted, that's it, accepted and prices agreed and paid for. Naga broke these rules and forced us to pay money for a delivery to an area that they claim they provide free delivery to. They should be ashamed of themselves. I can confirm I have also been Ill since consuming whatever slurry you guys sold us last night. I'd also like to add that a frozen burger from Macro covered in oil and spices does not constitute a mixed kebab... If anyone has taken the time to read this, spend your money with literally anyone else. Avoid Naga at all costs. Their food is equally as disgusting as their customer service.
