Spotlessly clean throughout, Staff & owners really friendly. Only improvement I could possibly suggest would be the addition of AC in the rooms but appreciate this comes at a cost, wouldn’t stop me from visiting again.

I had a prolonged hotel stay between moving house. I wish I’d found Church Farm much earlier. The cleanliness was outstanding. The omelette’s are the best I’ve ever tasted(including my own) thank you Carol. The room was very well equipped with fridge and microwave. Michaela the manager was always accommodating, friendly and reassuring at such a stressful time. Thank you to you all. Best wishes Julie x

First time here and I always book independent hotels/ guest houses/ pubs. Church Farm represents outstanding value. Room very well presented, good size, spotlessly clean and the towels were large and soft. Comfortable bed, stylish decor and large room (no 9). Jacqueline, in reception gave a friendly and personal welcome. Breakfast, which was included, offered a wide choice for hot food and a Continental if preferred. Plenty of parking. Thanks for providing a peaceful haven!

I stayed here with my two sons the night before my wedding. I called in advance to arrange a late checkout and was informed this would be completely okay. The night was fine, room with the kitchen was adequate. The one star review is due to the poor behaviour displayed in the morning. We should have only had to focus on getting dressed, relaxing and preparing for the wedding but instead I was informed i would have to pay an additional £50 for checking out late (a matter of hours). When it was pointed out that I had called and cleared this when booking it went from demanding to guilt tripping me to pay the money. I refused and then had to feel awkward all through breakfast and the rest of the stay until the point of leaving. The woman knew we were checking out late as I was due to be married the early afternoon and it left me feeling that perhaps she felt I could be “persuaded” as I couldn’t really arrange anything else at this point. Really disappointed to have been made to feel this way and cause unnecessary stress on the morning of a busy day. Update to church farms reply. This is the correct establishment. Yes, you did treat me this way.

Nice little cafe, quick service. They let me change an item on plate for something else. Nice sized breakfast with plenty on the plate. They have vegan, vegetarian meals as well as meat eater food The only problem was how much traffic seemed to go buy as we were pulling out but that's not the cafes fault. Would go again

Ate at the Honingham Buck, on a Wednesday. We pre booked and glad we did. Sat down for 6.30pm and by 7pm the restaurant was full. Not a table to be had. There was outside seating and the bar. The food portion was large, freshly cooked and tasty. Price range for two mains and two desserts with 4 drinks, £60. Very happy with the food and service.
