The Heywood Carvery & Function Suite in Rochdale

There was a demolishing digger and a lot of skips waiting to knock the burned out shell of the heywood down

A proper pub with excellent staff .Family pub ideal for family get together ,easy parking ,The staff goes the extra mile to ensure you are make welcome ,the manager /Land lord is who is intesting in you having a good time /meals .A very stong supporter of veterans and family

Didn’t have much expectation at £50 per head for a christmas lunch . well i was wrong the staff, the food and the whole experience was absolutely spot on. Every detail was perfect, the staff got everything spot on from the moment we was greeted and taken to our table . Thanks from all of us, will be back

Apart from normal daily service, monthly cabaret lunches are run for lonely singles. A lovely atmosphere for those in need of a little friendly company and are very popular events. Normally, besides these special events, the venue run excellent carverys but also run private events. A great place for all occasions.

We visited for a family Sunday get together. 7 adults plus a 2 year old. The staff were brilliant and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. Very children friendly. We all had the carvery which was really lovely.A soup followed by SUNDAY LUNCH. 3 kinds of meat and a great selection of Veg.What a great place and right on our doorstep. Will deffo go again.Drinks are reasonable too THANK YOU XX

Absolutely amazing food and service.. All staff very friendly and helpful.. Kids given games and cards to entertain them, worth every penny.

Absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The events are brilliant, especially Thursday night quiz night. The food is fantastic. Staff are lovely.

Excellent food for the price, well worth a visit, we’ve been several times and the food is consistently good.

We called in here and have passed it many times. Oh....the carvery looked great but we opted for a panini and chips for £6.50. Truly superb and totally stuffed. The quality of the food and the value is spot on and will be coming back.

been to the Heywood pub today had the cavery , soup to start meats turkey cooked ham & beef really enjoyed came with a large yorkshire pudding other food on menu the table had a mixed grill to share it came on a massive platter

Had a lovely roast beef onion and Gravy chiabata sandwich was very tasty will definitely be back don’t take my word come try for your self

Attended for christening function at The Heywood. My first time in this function suite was a pleasant experience. The buffet was above average and continually topped up by the many staff.The various meats were of a good quality and overall the buffet was much better than others I have eaten. Definately a place to keep in mind for any function.
