A Fantastic real ale pub with a old pub atmosphere.

Lovely homely pub. Friendly atmosphere and staff.

Just came in after long day at work ordered my pizza and what can I say bang on top staff and top pizza

If Carsberg did Pubs....probably the best little boozer in the Midlands

Never had a bad time in here. Staff always friendly as well as other customers. Now residing in Halesowen, will always be a go to pub!

Excellent. Half a dozen hand pulled beers 🍻 what more would you want. A1.

Three of us went on a Thursday lunchtime, and were amazed how busy it was. We all ordered different lunches, and each meal was gorgeous. I would definitely highly recommend this pub. We had to wait a while for a waitress to take our order, but that was understandable as the pub was very busy.

Good traditional pub. Good beer and atmosphere. Pool table and jukebox. They do a good cob too.

A brilliant pub with hard working staff and a great bunch of regulars too. There is a pool table and a jukebox. Small beer garden at the rear. Prices are reasonable and there are always a great choice of well kept ales. A pub that is well worth a visit.

A genuine top 'boozer' with everything you want in a pub. A separate lounge for the old folk like us plus a large, vibrant bar with pool table, TV and juke box. A large selection of ales, lager and cider served by friendly staff. The most surprising thing is their pizza! The owner is a genuine Italian bloke who knows how to cook stone baked pizza- Quite easily the best I've tasted in the UK- and the price is so good! About £8 for a superb 12 inch with genuine mozzarella as opposed to cheddar cheese served up by most. Brilliant pub

I really loved it here. My brothers took me round their old stomping ground, a little quaint, unassuming pub on an estate. The barmaid was a great laugh, plenty of banter, they had a good choice of beers with a pretty reasonable price, the cheese and ham cob was delicious, and the extention on the back is a nice touch with a nice small garden, a cute little sun trap with some nice outdoor furniture. I wish more old school boozers existed like this and put the effort in. Lovely atmosphere from the locals and real credit to the people who run the place.

Great pub, good atmosphere, good cobs and real pizzas though if you are after food I'd advise calling first just to check the availability. Good beer and drinks at fair prices. The customers have good tastes in music and a good juke box turns a good night out into a great night out. Not the sort of pub that's full of kids running all over the place and screaming (hooray, thank God). The gaffers, Toni and Lisa, run a good pub and the pub has a very nice patio beer garden.

Lovely pub, met up with family lovely atmosphere, bar staff was lovely, had the music box playing singing xmas songs, ppl on the pool table. I can't recommend this pub enough, if you don't want the hassle and bushel you should give it a try.. We found out they don't do shots lol. Which that didn't bother me. Really had a lovely time. Perfect finish for my birthday x

Friendly staff and customers with a good atmosphere and we'll chosen real ales .I have yet to find a pub that keeps it's beers as well as this one(and I've been going to pubs for over 40 years)

Community boozer. First rate hand pulled ales with a wide regularly changing choice. Bar food including very authentic home made pizzas. Friendly old fashioned atmosphere. Dog friendly. Lovely little back garden. What more do you want? Parking can be an issue but a short walk from an adjoining road is no problem.

Very friendly traditional pub. Cobs, pork pies and scotch eggs are served alongside real ales. Nice secluded beer garden. Freshly made genuine Italian pizza 🍕 cooked to order......highly recommended
