Ordered cheese burgers and fries on Uber. Tasteless. Food was cold. Won’t be ordering again.

There were 2 members of staff who were unprofessional in the way they spoke to each other, and weren’t sure how to make one of the burgers I ordered, but in all fairness they were still good to me.. I didn't feel the food was worth what they charged so I highly doubt ill return

Walked in was dead no customer at all 2 girls in the back just talking do nothing didnt even brother to come take oder end up walk out why u got puddy work for

Tried for first time after seing such good reviews.. but they missed out extra patty and chicken patty was so thin that I could only see the breading in parts of it. Wouldn't order again, not worth it!

Ordered on Uber Eats . Tastes nice , Soft bun , gooey cheese and nice meat Missed out my peri peri salt AND an entire patty but it’s calm cause it tasted nice Add mountain dew as a drink selection

Shocking place. Absolutely no help. Quick enough to take your money but when you phone them to question as to why the food never turns up they cut the phone off. RUDE!

Ordered food for delivery on Uber eats the plain fries are cheap and tasteless shouldn’t have to pay extra for them, they were cold when came. Burger was okay with 1 slice of gerkin seriously and a few small pieces of lettuce. Not worth the prices in my opinion wouldn’t both ordering again.

The food never disappoints Very accommodating and friendly service it’s a pleasure eating from here :)

Great Smash burgers and Loaded fries!

After having soo many different loaded fries I didn’t think that it was possible to find one that’d take me by surprise. Portion size is generous and filling, ratio of everything was spot on for me & overall very flavoursome. Top customer service & 5 star hygiene rating will definitely back.

Never before have I had plastic in my food but I guess there's always a first. I really didn't want to have to write this review but what I experienced at this place was shocking to say the least. The girl at the shopfront needs to learn what customer service is, had she spoken to me whilst leaving in a nice manner I wouldn't have bothered and just thought you had a bad day. After telling her I had plastic she very rudely said WHAT then said she would tell her manager. Now onto the food itself, the burger they have tasted like a very standard cheeseburger and didn't have flavour or meatiness that would be expected from a smash burger place. Also their loaded fries there was big chicken pieces in them not cut up, they need to get better at making loaded fries for sure. Also not much variety of sides, just the burgers or fries. Got to the place and it was empty, I'm starring to see why. Below is the plastic found at the bottom of my loaded fries, by all means they can check the cctv if they thought I would ever lie about such a thing.

The communication between me and the staff was great - friendly and talkative. We came to try the shakes since it was recommended by one of my mates. Really worth it, my favourite was the snicker milkshake. Will come back next time to try some food aswell Keep up the good works guys

Jazz was absolutely exceptional. She catered perfectly to our “awkward” order and was more then polite and respectful when serving us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and even offered a taste of sauces!!!! A true credit to the Loaded Buns establishment. Well done Jazz, keep up the great work!

Possibly the best burger place in Dudley and surrounding. The burgers are so well done and taste phenomenal, just the right amount of sauce and not dry like five guys. The loaded fries are amazing too, cheese sauce is 10/10, you get so much for the price too. Perfect. Can’t fault this place.

The food here is amazing! I got the Not So Classic burger and honestly it was so tender and soft and exactly what I have been looking for. 10/10 definitely recommend. The prices are very good as well for the quality of food you are receiving. Special thanks to Jaz for making a nice milkshake and good customer service.

Take away Burger was one of the best I've eaten top notch the fries unfortunately wasn't the best. Ile just order the Burger next time around unless improvements are made to the fries. Delivery was early which is always a Bonus.

Ordered peri peri chicken burger and loaded chips. The peri peri burger was delicious and probably one of the best peri peri burger I had. Please don't change that off the menu the sauce u used to coat the burger was delicious and spicy too. So if u like a spicy peri peri healthy option try the peri peri burger.. Hubby had loaded clucker burger he loved it. It had good taste in it the quality was great. You could taste the quality it's not just your average chicken burger. It's one of our favourite spots in Dudley. We highly recommend

This place has won my heart and taste buds. The food is always amazing, I have been a number of times and the food is always on point. The staff are always friendly and smiling, a real good group of people that shows their passion for this place. The seating area is well decorated and a get place to eat in. Very polite Staff, asked for extra jalapeños on my fries and they sorted it out with no issues, food was absolutely banging enjoyed every last bite, definitely recommend this spot good food for a very reasonable price 5 stars all day

This place use to be great, last two times I've ordered they have halved the amount of chips which on this occasion were stone cold, burger Luke warm. Won't be using again.

Staff are very friendly and polite, the food tastes amazing, will definitely be coming here more often. I also order from here too, food is always nice and warm. Always go above and beyond for customers, haven’t got a bad word to say about them.

Burgers really nice and tasty only problem was we couldn't figure out who burgers was who's. Nothing was marked up. Apart from that everything was good

Food is nice from this place but they regular take an hour and half to deliver. Latest order they didn’t even bother to deliver the food, answer their phone or respond. Strongly advise ordering else where as I will be from now on

I went to grab a bite with my two daughters. What a terrible experience. Horrendous food. These nobodies think they can start a food business when they don’t even know the basics. No customer service skills at all. I asked to speak to the manager as my debit card was overcharged. It took me three times to ask until some uneducated man claiming to be the boss took me to a corner. He spoke over me and raised his voice at me. He didn’t let me speak. He acted as if everything was my fault. Because of him, I couldn’t pay my electric bill the next day.

When they first opened food was great now everything tastes off and rotten. Shame the original staff in the shop were very friendly now it’s like they just don’t care and seem to have attitude issues towards the local customers. One thing they need to defo improve on is the fact that the boss thinks he’s a hero and keeps on accepting orders when they’re backed up and are physically unable to produce the orders and then have a driver send them off. On top of this the new driver is quite rude didn’t give me my change when I handed him £60. THIEVES!!! Bring back the old staff no wonder they’ve left the boss can’t run the shop properly. :(

Ordered 2 burgers and chips, one of which had 4 patties. Firstly the food was estimated to arrive at 9.15pm and came at 9.52pm, it arrives and the chips were stone cold and burgers were luke warm. Upon eating the burgers they basically fell apart in my hand as they weren't combined properly. I thought that I would contact them to give my feedback rather than add it here before speaking with them and they advised the burgers were like that due to the fat content and kept going on and on (although any burger I have ever ordered from anywhere has never fallen apart), then she advised she would get fresh ones made and sent to us at 10pm, they closed at 11pm and nothing arrived. I think if they hadn't taken on too many orders and were rushing making them then the food would have been hot and made correctly, i think they need to re consider how many orders they take. Also I had ordered the food nearly 2 hours beforehand so was not an order to arrive ASAP.

Not a fan of their chicken burgers but the not so classic burger is the best beef burger I’ve tried so far

I'm not really a fan of burgers and my go to takeout is always Chinese food but my fella wanted a burger and I reluctantly ordered from here and now I'm converted. Ordered twice now from loaded buns and the food is amazing. I really recommended the not so classic burger. Also big thank you to the restaurant for reading my note on the orders and not putting gherkins on my order. Will order again soon.

Ordered from here and got two burgers and a milkshake. Milkshake wasnt even delivered to us but they gave us the straw so the delivery driver or one of the workers probably drank it. hope you enjoyed mate. Food was so cold it was basically inedible as the chips were like eating concrete ice chips. Only refunded us £2.50 for the shake when it was more. Cheers, crying now.

Food was beautiful, added a couple more patties on to the hot fire bun and it hit the spot. These have to be the best smashed pattie burgers I have eaten to date. I've been around the street food scene for many years and tasted my fair share of burgers and these guys are at the top. The love loaded buns puts in to their food should be tried by all. Juicy, bursting with flavour and dam right special. Also call directly and place an order, it helps them out more than ordering on deliveroo.

What to say and where to start - food is exceptional, service exemplary, aesthetic on point!! Wish I had the capacity to eat more than I could stomach - came from out of the city, took food away it was that good and will be visiting as a regular. Priced extremely well and portion sizes are perfect, 10/10 all around and a job well done to everyone involved!!

For a smashed Angus beef burger the prices are low and the burgers themselves are some of the best burgers I've had. The milkshakes and Loaded Lattice Fries are also something I would recommend, absolutely delicious. 10/10

The first time I came here was on Sunday, the food was just spectacular. I had the loaded clucker and I’m a big chicken fan, so if you like chicken I would highly recommend it. I came again today, I tried the loaded Atlantic. This fish burger was one of a kind. The way the fish pattie was made was unbelievable as I’ve never tried it like that before. The customer service was also amazing, such friendly staff and very welcoming. All the food I ordered was to their recommendations and it was perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing. Hats off to these guys in Dudley they’re going to smash it. #kingofburgers

I'm not usually a burger eater but after eating here tonyt .. I must say I'm actually a fan and will defo be back again. Staff were friendly and kind and service was speedy. Loved the presentation of my order and the atmosphere is family friendly.

I went to their opening day yesterday, and I can honestly say the burgers were coma inducing (in a good way). I had a warm welcome by great staff and the service was quick considering they were busy. 👍👍👍

If I could give more stars I would. The customer service was amazing, and the taste of the burgers were unfathomable. I would highly recommend the double trouble. It's hard to find good tasting burgers that aren't compromised by the size, but they had both the taste and size.

Visited today and I have to say I was not disappointed. The smokey burger was exceptional and the peri peri burger was out of this world. There's a common tendency with new businesses where they often over do it with the menu items and this complicates the taste, however at loaded buns, the burgers are the perfect size, the right amount of meat and you can genuinely taste the flavours without feeling overwhelmed. This is 100% my new burger joint. Also I have to mention the customer service was sublime! Keep up the great work guys!
