Nice vibe, but avoid the specials for lunch. Ordered the BLT sandwich. It arrived within a minute!! One bite and you knew why. It’s clearly made much earlier and the bread was all dry and crusty. Made worse by the fact that the sandwich is three layers of bread!! Chips were ok. Not great for a £10 sandwich. Enjoy a pint and avoid the food!

Bra mat (vi åt kycklingburgare, chicken Kiev och gnocci), bra urval av öl. Det var en ganska skramlig akustik, annars var det toppen 👍

Buena comida pero no hay instalaciones para cambiar pañales. Hay un gran baño para discapacitados. ¿Les mataría poner una cerradura en la puerta que realmente funciona e instalar una unidad de cambio plegable? ? Mi amigo y yo nos vimos obligados a cambiar a nuestros bebés en el piso del baño.

Nos alojamos en la habitación Peacock para nuestro fin de semana en un evento en el Kensington Olympia que está convenientemente justo enfrente. La habitación es hermosa y muy hogareña, cama king size muy cómoda para una buena noche de sueño. Incluso nos dieron una botella de cerveza gratis en la habitación! Tuvimos comida después de un largo día de exhibición, ¡seguido de un desayuno muy necesario por la mañana! La comida es deliciosa y está muy bien presentada, y el personal es muy amable y está encantado de satisfacer cualquier necesidad que pueda tener. Definitivamente volveré a mirar The Hand & Flower nuevamente cuando regresemos de esta manera :)

This is a wonderful restaurant that has good food and ambiance. Great place for Happy Hour. I had a good time with the group I traveled with eating and drinking twice each day at this restaurant. They have very attentive servers.

Son una parte olvidada del pub. Muy buena cerveza, buen servicio. Tengo IBS por lo que necesitaba el loo = horrible. No hay rollo, así que le pregunté a un miembro del equipo. Me dio un mini rollo de jumbo y dijo: "solo balancéelo en alguna parte ... no hay lugar para mantener el equilibrio, así que tuve que dejarlo en el charco de orina. Además, el recipiente no está atornillado al piso, así que tenga cuidado. Parece un poco si los atascas, toma dinero y un poquito es tomar tu decisión si te atreves. Stopped for a quick pint as it is close to Olympia. Very friendly staff and lots of seating. London priced drinks, but served ice cold beer.

Deténgase en el 6 solo para un desayuno que llegó a tiempo, pero quedó muy decepcionado con el tocino cocido y las salchichas secas. Lo único que hacía calor en el plato eran los huevos fritos.Para un desayuno que cuesta 11. 00 al menos podrían hacer calor.

We ate there twice and enjoyed the beverage selection. The brie and cranberry sandwich is tasty. The toilets are clean and easy-accessed. Order at the bar and your drinks and food will be brought to you when they are ready.

After spending a day walking around a trade show it was nice to find this fuller's pub just a short walk away from there. The pub was full but we were lucky to find a table. The bar staff were very friendly and the sandwich I ordered which was hummus red pepper and rocket was served with chips hit the right spot definitely worth the money with a cappuccino it came to £8.50.

Waiting 30 minutes, to find out after asking 3 times, that my order hadn’t even been put through! Awful service, burnt coffee! Understaffed who couldn’t care less to be there. No apology, fuming. Sort it out!!!!!!

Hemos estado aquí varias veces, siempre hemos estado bien PERO en esta ocasión disgustados con la falta de servicio y la rudeza absoluta.

Fuimos a tomar una pinta de cerveza un sábado por la tarde y nos dijeron que todos los pubs estaban fuera de acción, aparte de uno. La pinta que tenía estaba bien pero me gustaría tener uno de los otros que no estaba disponible. Hacer comida limitada, tuvimos el pescado y las patatas fritas que estaba bien. Muchas mesas reservadas deben ser populares con alguien.

This place is reasonably cheap and cheerful but so perfect after a hectic day if you’re exhibiting at Olympia. Good range of wines and a small number of great really tasty dishes.

Primera visita a este pub fullers, como alojarse en un hotel cercano. Prácticamente vacío, ya que aparentemente no hay nada en el centro de conferencias Olympia. Tenía una pinta de cerveza de londres que como orgullo terrible. No perfectamente clara y olía a ido - probablemente abajo de la barrica. Bebida sin duda cambiado barman, y a una pinta de pegado lager. Sin duda visitar este pub de nuevo, si en esta parte de Londres.

Very sadly this lovely building is under intensive building works and the back of it is all pulled down So do not waste your time... it is no more

This pub has a nice atmosphere with a great selection of beers. We visited after a conference at Olympia and enjoyed a very nice bit of food and drink.

£9 por un Jack Daniels con Coca Cola y alrededor de £5 por unos pocos chips. Ahora, sé que es Londres (y yo soy de Birmingham donde cada espíritu doble es de menos de 4 libras), pero £9 es exorbitante. £6 / 7 yo diría, pero £9 es chocante y sin duda no nos va a pasar la noche en esos precios. Aparte de esto, el pub tiene un ambiente muy agradable y está convenientemente ubicado frente al centro de conferencias Olympia.

Assolutamente da consigliare!!..questo pub si trova perfettamente davanti la fermata di Olympia station, frequentato da molti giovani. Cibo ottimo, abbiamo ordinato 2 tipi di Hamburgers ed il salmone ai ferri, veramente ottimi!!!..ovviamente tutto servito con birra Moretti!

Mientras se aloje en el Hilton Hotel Olympic en la calle (ver mi crítica), descubrimos este pub local y paramos a cenar. Para aquellos que no están familiarizados, cuando en un pub en el REINO UNIDO, por lo general la orden en el bar y luego te lo sirven en la mesa. El servicio era bueno, no hay problemas.

Неплохое заведение, чтоб выпить пиво и посмотреть футбол. На втором этаже огромный экран. А вот обслуживание очень медленное. Уже футбол закончился, а основное блюда ещё не принесли. Неплохие сэндвичи, рыба - традиционные fish&chips.; Но сервис разочаровал.

Next door to the Olympia exhibition centre. At the end of the Kensington High Street - close to tube and train- stations.Newly refurbushed tiny 8 room hotel on top of a pub. Very welcoming. We stayed on the top floor - many stairs so not fitted for people with walking-difficulties, but they offered to carry our luggage. Very nice big room - newly decorated, comfortable bed. Better than Park Lane Sheraton. Bathtub - coffeemachine - own heater. We were worried about possible noice from the busy street but the traffic died away at midnight and we slept very well. Close to the railroad but not a problem. This is a place we can recommend. Very good value for money and much much better than the Hilton down the road.

Ho cenato qui a Febbraio 2016.Si tratta di un tipico pub inglese, caldo e accogliente.Ho assaggiato un ottimo pollo arrosto servito con il tipico pancake da accompagnare alle carni, verdure e patate arrosto. viene servita inoltre una tipica salsa di color marrone da mettere sulle carni...il personale è gentile.abbastanza buono il rapporto qualità prezzo..lo consiglio a chi ha l'hotel in zona holland road.

Lovely ambience sadly let down with a cold meal - the food was taken away but even the second time it was only luke warm, though they had provided fresh chips. Not many people were eating...maybe that's why!

Schuin tegenover het congres- en tentoonstellingscomplex van Olympia ( en het station van de Underground ). Drukke maar gezellige pub. Prima plek voor zakelijke gesprekken onder het genot van een van de vele draft beers. Niet bijzonder, maar wel strategisch gelegen.

Felt like I was in an episode of Fawlty Towers - any training that the staff might have received must have been from Basil himself! Ordered our food from the menu we had been left and most of the menu was unavailable (a blessing may be?). Average tasting food.

This is a fullers pub style restaurant, the London Pride beer was flat considering the venue was displaying a Fuller sign outside you would have expected a decent beer but sadly not. The service was slow and the food over priced. My starter was smoked salmon at £7.75. This came with toast and a strange horseradish style sauce, pretty small portion and not very imaginative. My main was leg of lamb steak costing £16, which comes in the form of a steak, the lamb was ok but really nothing special a little tough. Was really expecting better for the money. The venue is opposite Olympia so probably does quite well due to its location but if I were you I would try to avoid! I must add that the lady serving us was very pleasant and friendly and the two stars go to her.

My colleagues and I were at a conference at the Olympia and fancied a quick bite to eat.The place looked good so we thought we'd try it out.I wish we hadn't.The potted shrimp looked pathetic in an oversized kilner jar 1/3rd full.A salad that should have come with melba toast came with burnt focaccia.Chips were under cooked and the pomegranate that never even made it onto our plates.When we complained we were informed that they could not refund our meal. Simply no. Not possible. The first time I've ever come across this in all my years.She did however offer us some drinks from the bar as an apology.Do not waste your time with this place. The kitchen is a joke.

shame they have decided to chut this place down and turn it in to residential flats another great part of the history of the area now lost to the corporate pigs

My daughter and myself ate at this restaurant on a Friday evening and the food and service was really good. We therefore recommended that we go again on the Sunday night with a number of other guests. Admittedly we had not booked and in total there were 7 of us. We ordered our food and eventually had to wait 50 minutes for it. The restaurant was not overly busy and I believe we had all ordered in some way or another fish and chips (some just a fish buttie). We did draw this to their attention that we were disappointed and to their credit they compensated us. When we are next exhibiting at Olympia will give it another go. The reason I am awarding it 4 stars is that on the previous visit we could not fault them so can only assume on the second visit they were having an off night.

We used to go here stacks and it used to be great. It's annoyingly full on football nights (avoid). The food is quite nice and they tend to have a good range of beers. The only real issue I have with it is that it's a bit grubby and the toilets stink. No really - STINK.

Myself and some friends visited here a little while ago for food and drinks. While the food was good and if solely judging on that, I would return. However a number of staff were inexcusably rude, describing members of my party as "dogs sat in the corner" to the manager when we ordered , and when I got upset at this use of words and challenged being described as such I was met with very sexist language that cannot be repeated here. This had started by us unfortunately being threatened by another member of clientele for no being from another part of the uk and staff wished to blame this on us as the clientele in question appeared to be a regular. Sadly this establishment was a big let down by the staffs attitude towards women and specifically my friends and I who are from a different part of the uk; I have travelled all over the world and never experienced such verbal rudeness from staff. Such a shame as potentially fantastic food and environment . I would not return or recommend , particularly if you are not from London.

I can only comment on their breakfast: it's terrible! I've had it quiet a number of years and the chef must be from France, that terrible the breakfast is.Why did I go back? Tradition. In this case: a bad habit from some other people. Last years discussion was about the tea, or, should I say: the coffee; that was the problem, we couldn't figure out wat it was: it could be both, it could be none.This must be helpfull!

Popped in here for some food midweek and early evening, at the time most of those inside were actually outside smoking but hey that's their choice.Inside is done out a bit like a casual diner with long wooden benches and tables in the back area where you can watch food being cooked. The theme is American road food and so I had a Fat Boy burger which was stacked high and held in place with a stick, so that was burger, cheese, bacon, onion rings, lettuce/tomato (from memory) with a basket of skinny fries and coleslaw.It was ok, just a little awkward to actually eat in the plastic dish/basket.Various different beers n lagers, I think I had Amstel but as a shandy as I was driving. Reasonably cheap for the area with several bar game tables if you are into that sort of thing. There is a garden out back too and the front of this pub has pull back doors across the frontage so in fair weather can be opened up moe akin to a continental bar

Had lunch as was going to Olympia just over the road. Ordered fish and chips which came reasonably fast considering it was a Saturday lunch time full of football fans watching the match on the huge screens (doesn't appeal to me) but if you want good food then this is fine.

I went here with a few friends for some drinks, and ended up getting some food off the menu as it sounded quite appetising. We had an american-style hotdog, mac and cheese and burgers - all decent and not too pricey. However, the one down side was the arrogant female behind the bar, I don't know if she was having a bad day, but there's no need to be so unpleasant!

This place has had some unhinged reviews so wasn't expecting a lot but I was pleasantly surprised, my food was hot tasty and reasonably priced, ticked all the boxes in my book for a good lunch, lovely cold pint too!

We visited last Saturday as part of my birthday and we're not disappointed. I had been particularly looking forward to visiting the Hand and Flowers for some time and from the moment we entered the building we enjoyed the relaxed yet high quality service that we experienced. I had pre advised the restaurant that my fiancé is pregnant and this was duly noted and mentioned in the most professional manner. The staff ran through the complete menu explaining which dishes were suitable and how they would be able to amend dishes to make sure they were safe for consumption whilst pregnant. All dishes were lovely, excellent ingredients and perfectly executed as you would expect. Highlights included the scallops and the Hand and Flowers Chocolate and Ale Cake.....absolutely amazing!Only slight downside is that it appeared the table next to us received a pre desert and we didn't but hey Jo I'm not that picky and would definitely re visit.

It's a good pub. Nice beer. Fair food. Worth visiting when you're in Fulham.Duck dishes here are delicious and the prices are not that high.

Popped in there for Sunday lunch today and we certainly weren't disappointed! Thee food was fabulous and the atmosphere incredibly relaxing - would definitely recommend it!

We attended a wedding reception at this location. It has a good garden with bouncy castle, giant connect 4 and Jenga. The drinks are reasonably priced and the BBQ provided was excellent and varied and very well cooked. A couple of moans were heard regarding the burgers being on the rare side, but mine was spot on. A nice location.

this is a very nice pub with great gardens, a good selection of beers and a good looking menu. The outside space had a bouncy castle which kept our 2 kids busy when they were not at the table. The kids had the chicken and chips and polished it. we had the pork belly (ok) and the bbq ribs. the latter was a real let down, unedible, frozen, dry ribs with a splodge of sauce chucked on top of it. at 13.95, simply not good enough. The service was really bad, not a smile, only a bunch of grumpy part-timers who had no idea about customer service and seemed to be upset any time we approached the bar. This was a disappointing experience, for the price we paid we expected better. I doubt very much we'll be back.

The Hand and Flower is a fun, relaxed, yet exceeding professional pub. You can reserve tables on one side of the restaurant, recluse in the lovely garden outside, or sit amongst the pub in the comfort of its padded chairs. The beer variety here is excellent with a wide range of practiced ales and European lagers. The food itself is British to a tee. Not just any normal pub roast though. English classics delivered fresh and right in front of your eyes, literally. I really love how the kitchen is open so one can scout your order being made, fantastic. The staff here are friendly as well, catering to all our requests. For example a friend arrived at our meal about fifteen minutes after us yet they made a special request and managed to get his in order so that our food came at the same time as ours. The best bit about the hand and flower for me is that I don't feel negated to the pompus atmosphere that comes under most of the pubs on the Kings Road. It was during the Barcelona match, and after the Napoli match in the Champions League where the staff and everyone at the pub was keen to allow everyone to enjoy themselves.

We stopped in during football championships and were pleased to find a good tablewith a view of the game. (Man U. v Barcelona) The food was very good and so wasthe service. The pub became very crowded but the people were very friendly andnothing got out of hand. Prices very reasonable. Would definitely go back.

E' un pub nel mezzo di niente, conosciuto essenzialmente dalla gente della zona. Ci sono stata la scorsa domenica, e nel parco vicino c'era una partita di cricket. Mentre eravamo nel pub abbiamo visto i giocatori venire a fare il pranzo nel pub.Il giardino e' magnifico, ampio e con molti tavoli. L'interno e' altrettanto bello. Il cibo purtroppo lascia a desiderare. Come antipasti abbiamo ordinato gli spiedini di gamberi, completamente insapore e i calamari fritti. E poi abbiamo ordinato la bistecca con patate, che e' stata un'assoluta delusione. L'abbiamo chiesta poco cotta ed e' arrivata completamente grigliata, e le patatine non erano per niente buone. Un vero peccato!

We spent one night there to have a dinner with some friends; it's located in Richmond (southern London) near a beatiful park (Richmond) where we've seen it foxes, squirrels, dheers and many other animals late evening.By the way, it's look and feel is tarditional english pub, inside very confortable and crowd of local people drinking a beer and playing games and dards.We had typical fish and chip, some nice roast-beef and potatoes with cream, drinking a pint beer and then a glass of red wine (nothing special).Every sunday they cook special roast-beef as traditional main sunday dish.Go there if you're nearby.
