Music played so loud cldnt even hear the TV in the room. If u need a nights sleep definitely don't stay here.

Not sure what I expected, but a carwash in the car park outside my window wasn't one of them! The rooms were clean but very dated, the curtains had gaping gaps at the sides letting daylight flood in at 0430. There was 1 bathroom/toilet between 4 or 5 rooms. The walls were paper thin so getting to sleep wasn't easy. The beds creaked every time you rolled over, as did the floor boards every time anyone went past your room. I could say more but this will do...

Absolutely dreadful the only positive was the room was clean....a house of multiple occupancy bed like concrete fire escape staircase outside to get to the room it was so bad we booked for 2 nights and only stayed for 1 couldn't possibly suffer another night there

The worst part is the bathroom, if you don’t keep the door shut at all times, the entire room fills with a strong sewer smell coming from the drains. It’s disgusting and makes it Impossible to sleep or relax. You literally can’t get rid of the smell unless the bathroom door stays closed. Absolutely not worth staying in.

There were raw uncooked red chillies in the stir fry (it was desperately hot and NOT medium as specified on the menu), the prawn bamigoreng was a non- descript dish that (we felt) was made from a pot noodle base. Maybe the fact they’re called Messingham tandoori gives a clue to the name and feel we should have ordered tandoori dishes. They need to take their ‘pan Asian’ dishes off the menu!
