Always late!! And food is freezing then!

First time order. When visited store was greated by lovely father and son who have just taken over the business. We was also greated by the kind lady called li##a who explained the new milkshakes they do and even what ingredients was used and how it was done. Me and my partner ordered chips and meat and was really surprised by the meat potion. The container was full of delicious meat that was seasoned very well. The chips was lovely and had the perfect golden chips and was surprised the chips was not soggy or greasy after the beautiful large potion of meat. The milkshakes was beautiful and was none of the nesquick or artificial rubbish. It was beautiful fresh bannana, fresh cream with a beautiful chocolate sauce. Very very happy but I don't think my wallet will be after discovering this shop!

Me and my 2 friends just came in on Monday the 15 of July and it was discussing I was being sick 10 minutes after eating it felt so unwell the staff was really good tho not food

Absolute shambles of a place. Can't even get a simple order rite. When you ring to tell them they've got the order wrong they still can't even send out the rite food.

My 15 year old boy and his girlfriend Ordered food from here waisted 2 hours for it they phoned up to complain they told my son a load of rubbish down phone that there was no address or phone number on it which was rubbish I checked they then told him we will send it but the food is cold as it been sat there for 1 half hours so don't complain they said waited another hour still no sign wen I rang myself I had a load of abuse down the phone the staff asked me to go down to sort it out basically a fight in the shop they said they not afraid of nobody or don't care for the food or customer they just there to grab the cash I said I paid for hot food to be delivered hot if my sons food is cold I will Complain he said he don't care about my young son and become threatening towards him and his girlfriend I then gold him I will be repo that shop to food hygiene and police for threatening a young child he became even more abusive towards me on phone and hung up that shop needs to be shut down and owners and staff need to leave they looking for trouble I did report them as I can see by these reviews I'm not only one who has problems with them and it first and last time I ordered I highly recommend other people go elsewhere for their food

Worst kebab shop I've ever had..if you like your food cold.. this is the place. If you like to order 2 kebabs and only get 1 this is the place..wouldn't feed it to a pig..should have read the reviews before I ordered 🤣

Just paid £15 for food that came without any sauce at all. When I phoned I was told that they're busy and I can have sauce next time. Bro I'm sitting here with dry food in front of me for £15, £1.40 of which was for individual sauces. There won't be a next time.

Over charging people to the set prices on the menu and out of my last 5 orders 4 where messed up. I'm not ordering no more

Tereble service food cold orded 2 Donner kebab only one came never order again

Order was wrong then when I phoned they sent up another kebab which was 🤮🤮 this cost me £11 quid and went in the bin stay well clear

Ordered food took an hour to arrive and it was wrong. Was told a false price and when I rang to address the situation either the owners of the establishment or its employees were rude addressed me as darling and tried to undermine me then hung up the phone; when in fact they were in the wrong for getting the order incorrect. The woman who answered the phone was lovely I place no blame towards her, the men who over took the phone call was rude and undermining. Not happy about this situation at all.

Make sure you repeat your order as Aparantly one kabab with calslaw and one kabab with garlic sauce in my books is two kababs. Not these guys. Can't even take your order right.Also the kabab was cold never again. Just wished I'd checked the order before I give a tip. Its a shame kids enjoyed they're wraps. Just had to break them open to see the contents as no clue which had salad and the different sauces.

Ordered food from here and it came with a dead partly cooked fly in it, we phoned to complain, they offered us a replacement kebab when we said we didn't and wanted a refund as we wouldn't eat the food after finding a fly in their food the man became abusive and rude hung up on me. They have now refunded us but that's now how you treated your customers!! Will never be ordering from here again.

Always forget part of your order then they say you didn't order it , but quick to take your money. Staff are rude management are disgustingly rude and disrespectful, shop is dirty. Don't eat from here. I reported them to trainding standards and health and safety.

Chicken shish wrap was really tasty only issue with order was ordered 2 diet cokes, received 2 diet Pepsi with no explanation but one of the cans was out of date since June 2021

Order a family feast cost £17.50 and that's all I had was a one tray of meet and a tray off chips well over priced

Really amazing food, one of the nicest shish kebabs I have had. Only problem was the same as some of the other reviews in that there was no rice in the special kebab even though the menu, the app and their menu board say it comes with rice.

The best pitza joint in town iv been having pitza from the grill hit for a few the now and thay are outstanding tasty and loaded with topping delivery with in half a hr still pipping hot I would highly recommend the grill hut the two boss man's always smiling and made to feal welcome every time we'll done grill hut xxxxx

Combination kebabs are the best

Terrible service, waited 1 hour 30 minutes just to receive the wrong order, and charged me more than what it should have been.

Received kebab with no salad, called and asked what do you want me to do about it,

Best kebab I’ve ever had, in fact, took my family down three days later for some more of this fresh, tasty, well priced food. Excellent menu and very generous portions. Staff all lovely and all very helpful. Well done guys, see you next time I’m in Mountain Ash.

Second time I ordered from here. First time found accidental. But best mistake I made. Best kebab I have had in the Valleys. There shish kebabs are huge no little pieces of meat. Found my new perminant kebab house.

I have tried to order tonight your customer service skills are absolutely shocking i order regular from grill hut the first time I rang you hung up the phone the second time u told me to order online and hung up again I have took my order else where absolutely terrible service

You alway see the workers of this shop smoking outside and appears to never wash their hands plus the pollution from traffic outside from this shop seems to be horrendous .

food was late and spent 2 days throwing up will not be ordering from here again.
