Absolutely awful, given 1 star as they were quick delivering and driver was polite.

Always avoided to eats here because of low hygiene rating but hygiene the rating has changed 4. So I had a special chow mein with a pancake roll,the chow mein was lovely but the pancake roll was a bit too greasy for my liking. But friendly staff when phone up and when you finished your order they repeat it to make sure they got everything right

Excellent service they provide here. In all the 7 years I have been ordering from here, I have not had one bad meal or wrong order delivered. Very fast delivery times and nice delivery drivers. I would recommend anyone in the area to order from Mr Ho if they want a fast and tasty meal. 10/10.

Chips are hit and miss, frozen but not too bad. Curry and rice are really good though and all at a reasonable prixe

BLOODY DELICIOUS!! So yummy would eat day, Chicken balls r banging, rice is on point, noodles are so tasty, chillies are super duper spicy and I likely!!

Absolutely disgusting, my daughter went in to order some food, herself and a friend bit into a chicken ball and it was feeezing cold and tasted disgusting, under cooked and had to be thrown away. She took the food back and was told it was nothing wrong with them. She asked for something different but was refused by the girl behind the counter. She phoned me to tell me so I contacted the shop to speak to the manager who had a really bad attitude and said it was nothing wrong with their food. I asked what their food rating was and they were hesitant to tell me then finally they said a 3, which is a lie it’s a 2. I have reported them to food safety agency due to their chicken balls being in a container on the FLOOR! Disgusting food and also horrendous customer service!!!

Had food from there many times over the years and its always been okish. We had a meal last night..chilli chicken...no chilli..house rice with bbq sauce...didnt taste of bbq n smoked chicken..tasted ok...but not of smoked. When i rang to complain...the person i spoke to...all of a sudden couldnt understand english😡 she was basically not interested😠 will NEVER go there again or recommend

Fast service and normally happy with the food...apart from the chips which have gone downhill which when brought to their attention I was given a lot of excuses.

Best Chinese we've ever eaten!! Tried every local Chinese around and still this is best by far. Never order anywhere else. From the many many takeaways we've ordered never have we received a bad one. Ring up and order "be with you within the hour" here within 25 minutes!! A******

Very disappointing, under cooked and dry chips that were inedible, obviously just left under the heat lamp for hours.

I had a chicken fried rice and the chicken was chewy like rubber, it felt under cooked and I was nearly sick and couldn't eat it so it went in the bin, absolutely disgusting

Worst service ever received. Been accused of lying, asking for collection rather than delivery and then blacklisted from future deliveries. Appalling service. First time I have been treated like this by a takeaway. Absolutely disgusting.
