Evergreen Valley in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Delivered fast and hot which are the only good things i have to say. The food was mostly edible but i could have cooked it better in the house. There was nothing special about the special fried rice, it was just bland with a wierd tasting sauce on it. The sweet and sour sauce is just a sweet sauce that tastes a little odd, literally tastes like sugar, spring rolls tasted off, curry sauce powdery, undercooked and again tastes weird. Nothing about this was similar to any other Chinese i have had and I would not recomend.

Delivered quickly to campsite. Huge portions. Food dreadful. Tasteless chow mein and peking ribs..all fat, claggy sauce. Lemon chicken was so overpowering, they must have used 15 lemons….. Such a shame, as campers we were looking forward to someone else cooking for a change.

Cash only. £5.50. Rice, noodles & curry in a tray. Delicious 😋

Delivery much longer than told, then delivered me the wrong meal and then rang me to blame me for it. Swearing at me on the phone.

Cash only - in this day and age other than tax avoidance what's with not taking card payment - can be stood in a field at a food event with card machines - why not a bricks and mortar business

Evergreen Valley Chinese in tonyrefil you are absolutely shocking, last night we ordered Chinese to the sum of £115, our delivery come minus one dish, I rang and spoke to the phone girl/lady who was helpful, the lady in the background not so helpful, screaming like a mad woman telling the phone girl to tell me to check, I was dishing up for our Sunday family night, I told her it wasn’t here and I wasn’t gonna lie about a £7 dish after paying £115, the phone girl didn’t know what to do the mad woman still screaming in the back ground, I told her I want my money back for the dish otherwise the food would be scrapped in the two boxes it come in and sent back like that, phone girl intervened and asked if she could ring me back, sure fine, 10 mins later gets a txt to say that she would drop money up today for it, guess what no money and no bloody crispy beef, so not impressed, I know money is tight for businesses and people do try it on, but for gods sake money is tight for everyone, if you pay for it u expect to have it, il never use your takeaway again, lady who was screaming you are rude have no patience and definitely no customer service skills, and tbh you wouldn’t talk to me like you talked to your phone girl because I’d have smacked you straight in the mouth, disgusting behaviour 😡😡😡

Just had first Chinese in a long time. Dont know if this place has changed owners but the food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken tasted fatty. Rice all mushed together and think there must been full packet of salt. Rang and complained to a very rude person. Wont be using these again

We ordered 10 duck pancakes and it came with 4 pancakes and we asked for 2 portions of chips and only got one , absolutely fumin

Didn’t give a charity gift to the ‘old age’ Tonyrefail Workies, the only business in Ton, that refused donation, tells you a lot!

Beautiful food but the woman who answers the phone would probably be better suited to working in maybe a prison or just any other hostile environment, she lost you two stars today

The plain chow mein noodles I ordered were absolutely disgusting! Cold, horrible flavour and the cheapest noodles they can buy - not the proper egg noodles. Gutted! I'm a big fan of noodles as you can tell. 👎

Fantastic service. Ordered food for 8 o’clock arrived on time and food was amazing . Lady on the phone was absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful would highly recommend this place to anyone. Five stars ⭐️

Horrible woman on the phone absolute liability to the business.. Totally disrespectful over the phone.. I asked to speak to management but she refused and phoned me on her personal number and abused me there .. on the phone what a shame .. cost the business 40 quid Chinese 11.1.20 .... get rid of her ASAP listen to the recordings if you have them ...? You will be appalled.

We don't order from anywhere else. We order when it opens and it's always delivered quickly and very fresh. The Peking style crispy chicken is gorgeous!

Ordered Hong Kong chicken, worst I've had, tasted more like pork scratching in a vinegar sauce. Had other half to try it said the same, no meat at all. Rest of the take away fine.

First time customer. Was really impressed with the quality of the food. Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was really nice. A welcomed extra to our camping holiday.

Rude woman on phone/behind counter, use to come here all the time until I had ordered food for delivery, 3 hour wait altogether. after an hour of placing order I had asked where was our order, she said "it's on its way" and hung up, two hours after that call I phoned again to ask where was our food and after explaining I phoned almost two hours ago asking where our order was and was told it was on its way, she said "who are you" and when I had explained she said "ah you" and was told our food will be the last to be cooked and will deliver you're order last as she didn't know where my address was even though she wasn't going to deliver it and because we didn't order a lot. even when I have gone to pick food up myself from the shop or ordered from shop, the woman has a disgusting attitude.

Well over priced compare to other local Chinese takeaways and the lady on the phones attitude is disgusting asking to cancel after hearing the well over charged price and gone hung up on, phoned back to ask why hang up I only asked to cancel and all she gave me was a load of abuse avoid at all costs.
