Absolutely vile, we ordered the cheese stuffed burgers and they literally tasted of rubber and had an awful texture was horrendous. The chips looked and tasted like they had been sat there for hours and blasted in the microwave before delivery. will not order from here £25 was straight in the bin

Avoid at all costs. They can't cook a burger as mine was served raw. I thought the burger was a bit chewy and then kept getting bits stuck in my teeth... Imagine the horror I discovered when I turned the lights on to look at the burger!!! I am still waiting for a refund, and the burger has been frozen just in case Trading Standards and Food Standards Agency need further evidence. This kills people!! I was sick through the night!

Some weird gravy substance on the halloumi fries which was really salty. Peri peri was interesting as tasted like Indian chicken with a sweet and spicy glaze

Inedible chicken. We order the same food from the same restaurant each time and this time there was clearly something wrong with every chicken dish. It was like solid blocks of slimey rubber and none of us felt safe eating it. Despite this, no refund. They’ve lost a previously loyal customer.

Lovely food Definitely we order again

First time I went to this place today. Local halal spot. I had burgers and fried wings and naga wings and sides and stuff. The burgers I feel are these guys speciality as they were amazing!! Onion rings and chips and stuff was good too. Naha wings were amazing also. Fried wings were okay but I felt they lacked a bit of flavour and spice, apart from that everything’s was lovely. I would deffo eat from here again

Ordered here for the first time this evening. Went for a peri peri chicken burger meal and naga wings. Loved the fact that the wings were grilled rather than deep fried. Could have been a little bit saucier but it was absolutely delicious and lovely. Burger also was amazing. Cajun chips were super. Situated on the high street. Parked round the back.

Mild description was not the case, too hot (spice) and unable to eat, chicken in pita also not great, very unusual flavour and texture was chewy. Incorrect drinks provided. All in all very disappointing

Food never turned up and when restaurants was rung, 45mins after expected delivery time, they said it had been delivered too someone else, and making me out too be a lier for not receiving the food. Have ordered from the restaurant plenty of times and never had a issue with them before, as driver normally rings when outside.

Spicy Lovers Home! It's hard to find trully super hot takeaway, which makes this joint a true gem for us. We love hot food, so we tried Naga chicken and it is trully hot! Just perfect if you grew up on super hot cuisine. Burns just right, when UT comes in and when it comes out 🙊👌🏻👌🏻. Out go-to place for that food for the heat lovers!

Never have a bad meal from grill guys, the burgers are so so good! Better than restaurant ones, arrives hot and delicious! Mac attack burger is the best!!

Burger unedable really over cooked would not using again a shame as before was ok

First time ordering from Grill Guys and was pleased. The chips were not the hottest when they arrived but everything else was perfect. 2 x burgers were v tasty, garlic mushrooms were great, cans of drink were really cold, and little pot of burger sauce was just enough for the meal so none thrown away after. Would definitely order again!

Chips were very dry with zero crispness. Jalapeno Cheese Bites we're very nice and good value for money. The wrap was good. Just a quick note, the Carolina Reaper is no longer the worlds hottest chilli, it's the Pepper X.

If you want a decent burger get it from here. It is the best tasting burger around not to mention the chips, I always go for Cajun fries and they are delish.

Ordered a takeaway on Uber Eats and the food arrived barely warm. My partner ordered the chicken shish grill and it had very little chicken and was mostly salad on a pitta. I ordered wings which were tasty but they did not have much meat on them and the bones were splintering as I was eating them. Also found a hair in my chips which was very off putting. Can't say I recommend this place which is disappointing after reading the reviews.

Waited 4 minutes for a driver, rung the restaurant and he said he’s on his way, ( I live 5/10 minutes away) after 25 minutes rung the restaurant again said he was on the way, after another 5 minutes I had the notification he was actually on the way so I checked the tracking and he’d just left so the restaurant lied and took forever

Waited 3 half Hours never turned up and the delivery drivers marked it as delivered even after she rang me at 7 saying she was lost because the motor way was shut , not the restaurant’s fault at all !!! Delivery drivers a sneaky snake left 3 young children hungry

Very good order tonight from Grill guys - I would have liked to have ordered from their site mind as there are more options (couldn't find a way to order cajun chips with the meals) but it was down (said no delivery) Food was very good and tasty.

First time used as visiting from London but the burgers were value for money. The filling was just about the right amount and the chicken was plenty. A burger one could sink their teeth in. When back down I will use again. 5* plus on the whole experience.

Really fancied a burger so thought I would try here as it’s new and wow is all I can say! I had cheese burger with Cajun fries with a side of halloumi fries and it was really great tasting and hot. Would defo order again.

Ordered £50 of food, first time ordering. Most of the food was cold, halloumi was tough…portion size of rice was tiny especially for price, chips hard and salsa missing from wrap making it dry. Complete waste of money.

So... it was nice yes. But I ordered Cajun fries and didn't get them. Also the bun was burnt and soggy (believe from too much sauce) I've ordered from here before and really enjoyed it but disappointed today

Worst wings I have ever had, big piri piri fan these wings were skin coloured (yellow and opaque, no lovely red sauce with nice char marks, cheapest and worst quality I have come across and I’m not hating I am being fair, they looked and tasted really bad. £8.50 for a grilled salmon fillet is terrible it is literally a frozen slab of salmon what you buy from icelands in bulk for £3 for 8, the salad is a handful of shredded lettuce, and to add the salmon was cooked terrible, cheap tat for a high price. I honestly can’t see where these good reviews on here come from, people must have not eaten outside Rainham as honestly is it bad, Jalepeno poppers are just balls of cheese literally no Jalapeño inside. Overpriced and over hyped by local hillbilly’s, honestly worst wings I’ve ever had the colour and look alone will give you nightmares. Staff were polite but the food is dire. Don’t believe the reviews below.
