Disappointed in the food today chips was hard & the chicken taste horrible.

Chips was overly oiled and cold. Halloumi was rubbery. Wrap had herb sauce not mayonnaise

When food arrived it was cold, soggy & kebab meat was dry. Had things missing from my order and instead of giving me a refund which is £60 all I got was £13 credit onto my account

Food was cold by the time it arrived. Wasn’t the same quality as I’m normally used to from them. The food I ordered was definitely not as advertised.

The chips weren’t cooked the best standard. They were soggy not crispy like last time.

The “large” kebab was small to say the least! There was hardly any salad and the few chips we were given were soggy. Very disappointing. A complete waste of money

the notes wasn't read as I did say to call, and instead just buzzed the buzzer, normally don't mind but u woke my kiddo up took a little while to get bk to sleep, other than that was a good service

the online menu is not letting you choose 2 or 3 sauces just one...but I like my kebab with chilly and garlic at the same time as most of the people perhaps.

We had a missing salad from the two large meals we ordered. The larges looked small. The two portions of chips were dried out stale and cold.

normally food really good but this time round it wasn't so good the red cabbage had leaked everywhere the oin rings was wet not cripy from the lettuce tge donnor meat was near enough cremated burned to a crips really chewy

The original delivery time was changed and it was still late after that. My food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after I placed it. As a result my food was cold. I called the restaurant, no explanation and then would not answer their phone.

The food we got was very loosely what we ordered, large mixed kebab with salad was a medium at best and barely any chicken donner, mainly lamb donner. The kebab wasn't provided in foil like we've received in the past. The large mixed wrap also was lacking chicken donner and was more of a small. Can understand delays happen but for the price we paid the food we got was not up to the previous standards we've received. Not sure we will be back.

food is nice, no condiments for the chips and the can of drink was warm, but they came a longish way. can't honestly say I would order it again as its not really worth £22, sorry.

Food was below expectation and not like any other kebab I’ve had before. Meat serving was cut to almost crumbs, and chicken was hard to find. They have given extra pack of chips, why? It’s the meat that was almost non-present. Poor

Turned up to quick, and was understood by the quality. never to use again, appalling. After coming in late needing something to eat, do not deserve the scraps as I paid the same money as for decent food, dry chicking, bread was not warmed, and for a salad ordered for two, one slice of cucumber. no care for customer.

i am really disappointed how the price has gone rocket high. I paid £18+ on ONE large Donner meal. I used to love this place but to receive a meal that didn't match this price was beyond me. portiom was much smaller than expected. when you order meat and chips you will get more chips than the Donner, so was not worth that money at all! I am really disappointed that I was bumped like this! don't get me wrong I love their chilli and garlic sauce but now I don't think I can be a regular here now.

The driest chicken kebab I have ever tasted, it was large chunks of dry chicken so I don’t even think it was chicken kebab, will not order from here again

everything about the order was great .I had my moving ready , my drink ready, everything set , I opened my food and I see no donner kebab. I just see rice , lots of meat and veggies . Where's the pita bread . now I cannot sleep successfully beacuse my dear kebab didn't end up in my belly. have a nice night whoever is reading this. the food was very good

Delivered the wrong meat in the kebab, the food was put together with little care, and the portion size was poor. Chips were ok though. Nonetheless, there are many better places to get a good kebab, I would try elsewhere from now on.

I was disappointed with the amount of lamb shish - a medium shish is usually 1 skewer; there were only 5 pieces of lamb. The lamb was ok - a bit over cooked and I wasn’t able to request having it medium rare. Plus, I never want sauce! Why do I have to select a sauce?? I called the restaurant 5 times to ask for no sauce but no one answered and I left a message. The kebab arrived covered in the sauce I had to select. Not great!

This place used to be the best in South Norwood, now it is the worst. I don't know what has happened to them. The standard of the food and service is now appalling. Such as shame as I used to like them and order all the time. Portions small, late delivery, food cold. Truly awful. Avoid.

the food was stone cold, restaurant claimed they dropped off the order but didn't, had to wait an hour and half later after the latest delivery time. the salad in the hallumi wrap was soggy and inedible and had to be throw away, the chips were cold and dry. the onion rings soggy. spent alot of money on this takeaway and over half of it had to throw most of it away which was a waste of food and money. shame cause I've been going to this restaurant for 5 years.

Ordered a large mixed donor wrap, ended up with a small chicken donor wrap with way too much chilli sauce dripping out everywhere/soggy tortilla. I won't order ever again from this place.

My food was cold and the delivery guy who came in his moped had my food in a helmet box on the back of his bike. It wasn’t a proper insulated food delivery system.

The food was good but the I ordered the Mixed Doner Meat on Chips and on the menu the meal is pictured with a salad but when food arrived there was no salad with my order., which was disappointing.

This place is sooo underrated. Their home made sauces give extra flavor and make kebabs taste even more delicious. Great costumer experience from staff and chefs🌟

Food was not fresh and left a strong smell which was not very nice. my family weren't happy and half of it was left uneaten. I spent quite a lot of money on this meal, but I was very disappointed. would not order again. Honestly, I think I deserve a refund.

Food was really great - chicken kebab wraps were so so tasty! And the chilli sauce was actually hot and so good. Could have done with more garlic sauce in the wrap but perfect other than that. Will definitely order again

There was hardly any meat in my shish box, it was mostly just rice. It was not good value for money.

Worst takeaway I've ever had. Absolutely disgusting. Inedible. First time I've seen bones in a chicken doner. Total waste of £15. I've thrown it in the bin where it belongs. Vile. And they had the cheek to ask for 5 stars on the bag! Dream on!

Initially quoted 45 mins. Then order was delayed to 1 hr 15 mins. Finally arrived over 1 hr 30 mins after ordering. Food was freezing cold. Terrible service. Avoid.

SMALL PORTIONS (Even when ordering L or XL) Portion Sizes are ridiculous. I ordered a Large mixed kebab (lamb/chicken shish) and what i got was 4 small cubes of lamb and 4 small cubes of chicken.

Ordered 2 supposedly double chicken burgers, they arrived cold, dry, burnt taste, thin as paper. Absolutely worst chicken burger I have ever tried. Put me off chicken burgers for good.

The food came early. The lamb was very nice although the kofta was a bit bland. I would use this place again.
