Had the mixed meat box takeaway. Spent £13/person. The ratio of food in each box was 40% chips, 20% salad, 25% pita and 15% meat. Struggled to have even a small amount of meat in each mouthful. Very disappointed. Won't be ordering from there again.

Had a delicious meal here yesterday. The customer service and quality of the food is exceptional. Good value for money too. I would definitely recommend.

I love a gyro anyway but this one is really good - really tasty meat and chips and lovely bit of sriracha. Good value for money and you should try the cherry soda! Fast service and great lads working in there.

First time that I visited Mikos Gyros and I got a chicken gyros, I can say the best gyros I ever tried for long time. I highly recommend it and the service from Lenida was spot on, with a warm smile and happy to help 🙂!

do not order extra meat they won't give you any I've ordered countless countless orders via uber and the portions of chicken are small regardless of you ask for extra just ordered another gyro box chicken with extra lamb all I they sent was a small chicken gyro with barely any meat but plenty of cucumber I would not complain but they keep doing it extra meat cost £3.50 to £4.30 roughly

I recently embarked on a journey to order food from them, and let me tell you, it was a journey indeed. Their delivery service is truly unparalleled. I placed an order, and just like magic, it vanished into thin air! David Copperfield would be impressed. I mean, who needs food when you can have the thrill of mystery and suspense? I wanted to express my amazement to them personally, but it seems they've perfected the art of invisibility, even their phone numbers are nowhere to be found! I scoured the internet like a detective, only to find phantom numbers that lead to nowhere. So, if you're up for an adventure that involves culinary vanishing acts and searching for elusive customer service, Mikos Gyros is the place for you. Bon appétit, or should I say, 'abracadabra, your food has disappeared!

You should really feel ashamed to call this greek food. So i bought a snack pack because i was travelling and was famished. And usually when you are hungry everything tastes a little better. But on the contrary , The taste of the meat with all the unnecessary sauces on it tasted revolting. And to think that I spent £8 on this. The meat was overcooked, and it tasted off like the food had gone bad. I seriously deserve to be refunded for this god awful dish. I have been a fan of gyros for such a long long time and the yoghurt is usually the trademark. However, this had no trace of yogurt and i am very very very disappointed. It even smells bad

I ordered through Uber eats. My food was delayed as the driver disappeared back home after selecting he was going to pick my order up. Eventually after much delay a driver picked up my food so I could discover that they had microwaved my almost £20 kebab... The salad was burning hot, it was absolutely vile. It's bad enough my driver vanished without the cheap people at this restaurant microwaving the whole box after it had been sitting about for the past hour. Would it really have cost you guys that much to make a fresh one since it was no fault of my own? I looked on the food standards agency website and you are currently under review which is worrying and not surprising if this is your normal practice.

If there was a ‘worst gyros in the world’ they would definitely win it. Honestly I have never had such bad food the meet was stinky the chips seemed frozen and no salad. Could only take a bite and wasted 7.5£ what a waste of my time and money. The service was bad and outright rude, people were working for the sake of it. When I asked for tap water they said they don’t have clean tap water. Lol. Did not even get normal water for my money. They should be closed down for their stale meat! I am sure to be registering a complaint to about the food safety to local authorities

Worse wrap I’ve ever had!! Came here for a wrap today and it was absolutely disgusting!! Waste of money. The meat was over cooked, the salad was really soggy and the chips tasted like they had been fried in re-used old oil. Really would not recommend this place you are better off going down the road German donner kebab, much better tasting food and better value for money. I really wish I could a refund, as I could not eat the wrap it was that bad! Very disappointed customer!!

Came at lunch time. There was a queue but it moved very quickly. Food was spot on.

My lamb gyro was horrible. The lamb was overcooked (crunchy) and cold. Even though I was starving, I could barely finish the one bite I took before trashing it.That's 10 pounds down the drain. The server had on gloves. He touched the food, register, and his phone with the phone. Might as well have been gloveless.

Like their pita chicken gyros. Quantity is perfect for 1 person with loads of meat and veggies😄

Loved it under old management the food was always great with good meat to chips ratio. Now it’s below average always way more chips and bread than meat in the hot box which is soo disappointing. No longer have pork gyros which I can get over tried the chicken and beef mix which was okay but overall hot boxes need more meat. Service is meh, three people working and still took a while. The guy kept touching my food with his hand and then rubbing his jeans. Would usually complain and get a fresh box but in my lunch break there’s not much time and I’d already been waiting.

Under new management the things are so much better! Had amazing huge giros, with a ton of meat. Also liked that they provided with wet whipes for hands. Awesome food 🤤

Outrageous! I ordered from here on Wednesday evening around 7pm using Deliveroo, the order kept getting delayed and delayed, after about an hour it said my food was being made. However after further delays I never received my food, it still says the food is on its way to me two days later. I tried to contact yourselves however it went straight to voicemail. I’ve emailed asking for a full refund however no response.

They provide with good and tasty food I have autism and the staff are friendly and professional. The only down side is they put on there shop window open and close hours.

My third visit and finally my review. To call yourself Greek Island gyros is a joke. Tiny portions and OLD meat. Chips cold and sat under a warm lamp for ages means a ball of over priced greasy mush. I’ve been to the Brixton site and it’s better. That said, it’s gone massively down hill over the past year. The whole quality has from these guys. Not sure what’s happened but the staff here are miserable and the owner is apparently a bully, from what I overheard. Not surprising they don’t care about the food they make. Boxpark should kick you guys out for the disgusting food you’ve been serving today and the last two times I’ve been here. Some fake 5* reviews here for sure, so many dine in people throwing their food away half eaten.

I've tried so many similar things which should be good, lebanese shwarma, turkish kebab etc but they can often be a disappointment and greasy and nothing comes close to this. The quality was completely different, great balance of flavours, quality of meat etc. Nice little treat for a reasonable price like most of boxpark to be honest. In most of South London you could go to a restaurant and drop 60 quid and get mugged off so nice to have something like this.

Gyros sauce is really good, makes me come back. The staff looks friendly. Some of the sides look a bit overpriced for the portion but other than that all good.

Amazing food and great service. Staff also went massively out of their way to help and assist two unwell and intoxicated girls. Staff also offered food to the attending ambulance crew at no charge

This is my favourite place to eat in Croydon, food taste really good and the Manager Roberto is a great guy, a really hard working person and always with a smile! I definitely recommend it!

should be 0 star. The food is absolutely disgusting i wouldn’t give it to my dog. When told that my gyro had hair and plastic wrap in the manager was incredibly rude and nearly spat in my face.

I used to order from here when located at the cricketers. I see they’ve gone downhill since moving; overcooked nasty food and my wrap didn’t contain any tomato or onion.

This place is legit. There's a lot of gyros places springing up in London, but this is one of the bests ones. Crispy and succulent gyros meat, fluffy (imported Greek) flatbread, fresh cut fries, homemade tzatziki...it's the real deal.

Replaced Greek on the Street, which was better both in terms of value for money and the food itself. Wrap was stuffed with chips rather than the chosen filling.

As someone who used to order frequently back when they were based at The Cricketers, this place was a huge disappointment. Chips were barely fried and with no taste at all, burnt meat, little to no sauce in the gyros. Currently on a fight with UberEats to get a refund as this has been by far my worst experience with food delivery ever. Edit: After emailing as requested and providing graphic evidence of my order I was given a discount code on deliveroo that doesn't work and promised a refund on UberEats which never happened. They never replied my last email.

Purchased the bowl, tasted nice but portion of meat was genuinely about ~50g. Absolute joke and reading the rest of the reviews, this seems to not have been a mistake by the server.

What a waste of money! Almost £10 for an infant's portion of meat, a handful of chips and I didn't even get the full pitta! Such a shame as the previous restaurant that was there was very reliable and offered good value for money! Fair to say I'm very disappointed.
