The Good Food Kitchen in Bradford

Was just passing by and grabbed some lunch on the go, I went for the boneless jerk chicken box with rice and salad with a piece of carrot cake. The salad was a 10/10 everything was so fresh and included a lot more than I expected.. potatoes, olives, pasta, peppers. The rice peas and chicken was amazing and also had lots of nice sauces to choose from. If I was from Bradford this is somewhere I’d be visiting a lot more. Customer service was great to

1st time here. I had the boxed halumi salad and it was AWESOME!

Jack and salmon was doing very well and we have a good experience

It pains me to give an unfavourable review because the people are lovely but sadly the omelette had the taste and texture of cardboard and the "toast" was just slightly dehydrated wholemeal bread drizzled with spread. I could only manage to finish half. I'm giving three stars because I don't want to drag the average rating down but the food only deserves one star.

I'm a regular at the good food kitchen, I go every Friday after work! The staff always make me feel welcomed and the food is beyond satisfying. I am not meat eater and im still always spoilt for choice! No matter how stressful my working week gets visiting thr GFK always starts my weekend off well!.

Upon arrival, I approached the counter where a white lady was serving customers. I politely inquired about the status of my order, to which she responded with an indifferent and dismissive attitude. Her reply, "Which order?" suggested a complete lack of organization and awareness, as if my order had been given away to someone else. Considering the busy atmosphere, I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of effort to rectify the situation was disheartening. My grievances with The Good Food Kitchen extend beyond the counter. Before my visit, I attempted to place my order by calling the establishment. To my frustration, I encountered constant engagement tones, preventing any chance of communication. I made nine consecutive calls between 11:23 and 11:55, with the first call intended to place my order and the subsequent eight calls aimed at obtaining assistance. However, my attempts proved futile as the phone line remained continuously engaged. This experience not only left me hungry and disappointed but also questioning the overall professionalism and customer service at The Good Food Kitchen. It is evident that there are severe organizational issues that need to be addressed, both in terms of customer communication and staff training. I had high hopes for The Good Food Kitchen, but my encounter was marred by a lack of attentiveness, unhelpful staff, and an inability to connect via phone. It is essential for any food establishment to prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my visit to The Good Food Kitchen fell far short of that expectation. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the management of The Good Food Kitchen, urging them to address the glaring issues I encountered. As a potential customer, I highly recommend improving customer service, streamlining communication channels, and ensuring that each visit is a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The Good Food Kitchen, as it failed to deliver on even the most basic aspects of service.

Staff are lovely and friendly, food was fresh and really nice.. wider options for salads etc compared to other places nearby!

Had a lovely yummy breakfast.. the vibe is nice and the staff are friendly.. we dealed with was Kim a lovely nice person.. definitely will come back again :)

Need to rename to fantastic food kitchen. Absolutely beautiful meal, full of flavour, pitty I'm not in the area more. Happy, friendly staff aswell. Hope to visit again soon.

Food is always great i go there specifically for the jerk chicken, but what makes the place even better is that the staff is always polite and friendly

A kitchen which food might be described as good. Myself and a few of the other fellas from the UKIP youth group went after our game of lawn bowls and we had a truly stupendous experience. Our leader, Terry, ordered the spicy chicken balls and he lobbed one thirty feet in the air before doing a backflip and catching it in his cake hole. All the staff loved the stunt and clapped loudly, whooped and cheered. Kudos to them for their warm reception, can’t wait to see them next time myself and all the other blokes from the Groovy Gang pop in for a plate of nourishment.

The food is delicious but unfortunately the front of house lady is very rude and unprofessional.. ! She doesn’t no how to talk .. I have called on a few occasions and she is abrupt and has put the phone down on 3 occasions ! This has happened to my colleagues aswell on 2 occasions ! Sorry but will not be coming back again even though I enjoyed your food .. please re recruit someone who has good customer service and manners and then we will come back !

The best place I've come across for clean, healthy and delicious food. The food is freshly prepared and is second to none. It's my default choice and despite eating there almost daily, I never tire of the beautiful food and the warmest of welcomes. Amazing delicious homemade food. Great quality and excellent value for money. Highly recommend the lunch time curry chicken special and freshly baked coconut - raspberry cake. Staff are very freiendly and provided excellent service. There was also a large selection of vegetarian and halal options for my partner. Green tea and coffee excellent quality. Ate from tbere twice this week both times completely satisfied..... guilty pleasure of mine fish finger sandwich on crusty roll.... Devine.... barbecue wings n home made coleslaw to die for.... I will be back!
