Odd cakes. Very weird hosting skills. When asked what kind of cake is it spongy, moist, dry was told its not the usual cake I'm used to. Eh??

This is the second time we’ve ordered from Sweetland and seriously they have up’d their own standards. Ordered from London Friday just before closing and delivered as agreed on Tuesday morning to Leeds. Thank you to the all the staff and the lovely lady who was very reassuring knowing how stressed I was. Our guests were very satisfied with the boxes and baklava xx

Went to pick up a cake for a birthday. Mustahidas didn't disappoint. I would even say the cakes from here taste better than any I've had in the past when I've paid someone to bake them specifically for a birthday event. I won't be getting cakes from anywhere else 😊

never open when you needed open as they please seems like they are not bother making sale they open just for the fun of it baklawa is available else where as well .

Absolutely love Sweetland bakery baklava! So fresh and delicious. Only reason why I gave 4* is because I have visited around 4/5 times and every time they don’t have the balouria baklava it’s my absolute favourite so it’s a real shame and I get told oh it’ll be delivered in a few days to the store which hasn’t happened so really hope it’s there next time a visit. Staff is lovely and very friendly also offer tasters which is so kind of them. Must visit lovely place.

Decided to try out this place and we were not disappointed. The pistachio as well as the walnut baklawa were delicious, the perfect amount of flakiness and Syrup. In addition to this the customer service was excellent, the man who served us was very hospitable and accomodating. Such a pleasant experience so will definitely go back to try out the kunafe in the near future.

I love sweetland baklawa and the manager in Bradford is very kind and professional in her manner.I would like to thank Sweetland Bradford for being involved with charity with 💚One Nation💚 Thankyou so much for the baklawa and mamool donated helping us raise £500 for Pakistan floods victims and also allowing us to use the venue for doing a fundraising event on Saturday 5th November to raise money for Pakistan homes.Very much appreciated.❤The shop is clean , posh and beautiful- the desserts are delicious.Very much recommended!

Amazing choice, not sure if they were closing up tables all stacked up so unsure if you can sit in and eat. Staff helpful.

Sweets are always attractive as it is not a good healthy thing to eat, but what can it be done. This place knows how to do it and how to make it really attractive.

Travelled down from Middlesbrough today after hearing very good reviews. I have to say it was the nicest Baklava I’ve tasted and will be travelling down more often. The owners are absolutely incredible and really go out of their way to make you feel like a special customer. I really enjoyed my experience yesterday absolutely phenomenal. I had the pleasure of being served by the store manager Nailah great customer service. Desserts where amazing did not feel rushed at all I got to sample some of the most beautiful food I’ve ever come across. Will definitely be back to try some more.

So having not heard of this place before visiting I feel like I can give an unbiased opinion. Though as always, this is entirely my personal opinion based on my own tastes. Loved: The quality, aesthetics and elegance of both the food and store. It was well presented and a gentle atmosphere. No overbearing music and you feel relaxed eating inside. Didn't love: Only one thing let it down for me, which was the taste of the food. It felt subtle and very muted. I shouldn't have to think to try and taste a strong flavour like passion fruit. Though for those who like more subtler flavours you will enjoy. Me not so much.

Delicious sweets, very helpful and generous staff, especially Naila. Reasonable prices, and a lot of varieties. I would recommend the Pistachio Baklava, although other stuffings are equally good

Visited this place after hearing about the recent opening..and having been to the London twin really looked forward to a similar one in bradford.This was a hit with us. The people serving were very courteous and helped us with narrowing down what to get(as everything tasted so good and we couldn't make up our mind what to take away).A vast variety of middle Eastern sweets(baklava,Turkish delights,mamoul,kunefe,katayaf and much more)each made to perfection which they rightly are so proud about:).Amazing coffee and cakes as well..This is something bradford needed for a long time..A must visit for all the sweet tooth people out there and am sure you won't be disappointed.The ambience is a welcome break from the other usual places in bradford and is like a breath of fresh air.Highly recommend. The fact that they close at midnight earns brownie points;).

So I went to sweetland today and it was so heavenly and beautiful within the inside, but what was even better was the staff, so kind, and amazing! I came for some sweet desserts it was my first time trying, the amazing and friendly Naila literally helped me and served me the best and she threw me in some freebies as she was amazing and called me polite. Got home and they tasted amazing especially the chocolate eclair! Thankyou so much Naila and may your business rise and shine! :)

Be prepared to be addicted, one taste and you'll be hooked! What an absolute gem of a sweet treat shop. You'll be spoilt for choice, there's a vast selection of yummy Arabian sweets (and ice cream). Their baklawa is the best I've ever tasted, I had to take some home with me. Friendliest and most helpful staff, shop spotless with the prettiest decor. The owner told me new items will be added to their menu, so this is the perfect reason to return to sweetland bradford (any excuse 😉).
