The Golden Swift in Harlow

Always Great to return to the Pub, moved away some time ago however on visits back to Harlow, we will always spend an evening here. Real Pub with proper people. Be aware though Bills “Dad” jokes are from Christmas crackers 😂

I love this pub , carol and bill the landlords are great . Bill has a joke for every moment and Carol is kind but stearn . It’s a missed treasure .

I'm so sorry for my visit to the golden swift drunk and the behaviour of me and mate on March 16. I'm to embarrassed to make an apology in person. This is a shame as the pub is such an immaculate friendly place that is so well run. The bar is like a living room the toilets are so clean the garden and fish pond are beautiful. It's a real pub It doesn't deserve idiots like us. Being drunk is no excuse I'm so very sorry. I hope that in time I grow some balls and apologise in person. John

Only called in for a couple of pints during the tour of Britain, if I lived in Harlow, it would be my local, a real pub 🤗

A locals’ pub but as a visitor I was made very welcome by the staff, other customers and pets! Remarkably cheap and the sandwiches other customers had looked good.
