Food good but the service non existent,we had to collect our own gravy and extra side dishes,asked for special sauce that never arrived .looked for a waiter or waitress to pay the bill,but non available. Had to wait till they were ready .So short staffed it was a joke.

So, we decided to treat ourselves to a Mother's Day feast at this place, and boy, was it a rollercoaster of disappointment. (-10 stars) Right off the bat, we let two staff members know about a kid with a milk allergy. Guess what? They bring out the kid's meal with a Yorkshire pudding, even after our heads-up. We complained, and they took the plate away, only to bring it back with just the beef. Seriously, who serves beef without gravy? And, does their gravy have milk? It's a mystery. After a seemingly eternal 30-minute wait, we finally got the bill - a whopping £260.00 for 6 adults and 2 kids. We questioned it, and lo and behold, they "forgot" to hit the promotion button that would've knocked off £140.00! Fishy, right? Feels like they pulled this on everyone on Mother's Day to squeeze more cash out of unsuspecting folks like us. To top it off, not a single manager bothered to swing by and say sorry or sort things out. Customer service? More like customer desertion. Long story short, our Mother's Day treat turned into a disaster thanks to mix-ups, billing shenanigans, and a lack of accountability. Save yourselves the trouble and find a place that knows how to treat its customers right.

Quality Indian food, other than the food colourant, the quality of ingredients are much better than typical takeaway food establishments.

Service was top notch, food was lovely and plenty of dishes to choose from.

This has possibly been the worse take away curry iv ever ordered! Tikka masala sauce was so runny and spicy no taste of tikka masala, burnt chips, greasy naan bread, the best part was the egg fried rice. Won’t be ordering again from here

My partner and I had a 5pm booking for a Sunday Roast. We had the 3 course deal for £21 pp which we thought was very reasonably priced. The service was excellent and fast. The food was incredibly tasty with large portion sizes, great roasties, veg and cauli cheese (extra) . The lovely staff kindly boxed up our desserts as we were so full. It was a little quiet but we were the last table of the day I think, but we prefer it like that. 10/10 can't wait to go back.

Really disappointed, ordered from here a few times and it's been great, today not so much. My 3 meat roast only had 2 meats, no lamb,lacking in veg and was stone cold. Not a pleasant experience unfortunately.

Came here as a birthday meal, party of 4. There wasn’t many staff on a Saturday night and no direct help at the door for where the main restaurant was. I was a bit disappointed at the beginning with the service as the man didn’t seem to quite know what he was doing and considering we were new customers made it even more confusing for us. However the food was brilliant not a long wait at all, drinks were delicious and even the biscoff espresso martini knocked me off my feet.

Good sized carpark. Large well decorated restaurant. There are plenty of tables. Good cooked food, especially suitable if you like spicy food. All you can eat is Aisan food, including starter, main, and desert. The chips/fries were very tasty. Also offer carvery lunch that I need to try.

We visited The Fuzzy Duck for an evening meal and chose to try the Indian Banquet. All of the food that we sampled was good, the restaurant itself is well presented and the staff are friendly. I'd have scored higher had there been more variety, there were very few vegetarian options and if you don't like chicken there was only one other meat option. There were also very limited options for deserts.

Had the all you can eat buffet but it wasn’t great at all, starters where average but non had the wow factor , mains just didn’t look appealing and didn’t taste much better either, things like naan breads are nice and fresh. Cocktails are great plenty of choice , most I ate was the rice pudding which was spot on. Sadly we won’t be returning

Got there for start of carvery food was nice and hot and very tasty and plentiful for price. The reason I only gave four stars was with there being steps up to different parts of the restaurant it is not disability friendly!! as my wife uses a walking frame access to toilets would be impossible.

Buffet style Indian food, vast quantities of food but of average taste/ quality, the bar and restaurant area is very clean, spacious and tidy. The bar and restaurant staff were superb. Suitable for couples wanting a cosy table for 2 or for family groups. Not sure if it's the right place for younger children but all ages were welcomed. Large car park leading to the main entrance so getting there not a problem, the town centre is within walking distance.

Have been here loads never had an issue. Came on Sunday, within an hour sickness and diarrhea, 2 others in our party also had diarrhea. Currently sat in george eliot hospital with food poisoning on a drip. Parter had to call ambulance due to dehydration

First time at the Fuzzy Duck. And it definitely won’t be the last. Sunday roast was amazing and the service was second to none.

Our 1st visit here as we were staying with friends in the area . Absolutely lovely. Staff friendly and attentive . Food was excellent..large portions so make sure you're really hungry before you arrive . Drinks were good and very competitive on price . Well worth a visit and we will be back .

Visited today,I've been many times in the past,but not over the last 18 months. I went with my 2 friends and my daughter for the carvery, we went to the bar,to say we were here for a carvery, he replied how many and what drink do you want as you have to pay before? Which I've never done before!! So we agreed and paid,he said just sit anywhere, we wasn't told where the carvery was,no cutlery on table,so we sorted it ourselves, all the veg was honey glazed which i like but my daughter doesn't, we all sat down to eat and it looked very nice until we had started eating,everything on the plate was too salty we couldn't eat it,eventually a young woman came over and said if you want more go ahead,I said we can't eat it and told her why,she just walked off not to be seen again, we had to ask for the plates to be removed, and what the puddings were as it was in with the carvery, to which this guy walked over, "what do you want " well that did it for me,ignorant wasn't the word,basically they were too busy getting the Indian buffet ready,wasn't interested in the carvery or customers,we just walked out. Obviously making more money but not really interested in that side of it. I will never enter that place again,I've been to better lay-by cafés years gone by. Absolutely vile and rude staff 😒

Delicous punjabi food keep it up guys

Was told it was £14.00 advertise on face book and leaflets on the table made us pay £18.00 as we should book on line the leaflets did not mention that I asked for another glass as the beer was flat and was refused this I won’t be going there again

Its not the cheepest takeaway and if I would be looking at the price only there are places in nuneaton where you can eat good stuff for cheaper but apart from the price the food quality was very good and delivery time also was great just under 30mins.

Went for a family 40th birthday service very slow took 20 minutes to get our first drinks when food arrived very disorganised not enough veg and roasts for the party we had to ask for more had a discrepancy with the bill considering we orderd the set menu won't be going back alot better places that are local and more value for money if I was you strongly avoid

I hadn’t been for a long time. It’s new decor & refurbishment gives it the perfect ambiance. The welcome was warm, the service quick and the food was lovely. Thank you very much for a wonderful mother & daughter lunch.

The portion was very small, there was no mash potato nor stuffing which are both basic trimming on a roast dinner, and a small portion of roast potatoes which probably equated 1 potato. Then the red cabbage was SO salty, seasoned with something similar to five spice, that not only was inedible, it tainted everything else on the plate. This is one of the dearer carvery menus and I had higher expectations. Bonus points were the Yorkshire pudding was homemade.

It was very quiet for a Friday night, but it's a great venue (and it was a Bank Holiday weekend), and the food is delightful 😊 would recommend.

Lunch today £10 for 2 courses absolutely beautiful food I had the chicken tikka naan wrap which came with spicy chips and dip (not listed on the menu so thought it was just the wrap ) so much food I only managed to eat one half of the wrap but the other half was wrapped and put in a bag for me to take home . Had the brownie with ice cream for pudding delicious. Service was great . Other food ordered was fish and chips , Ragu and home made pie and apple crumble with custard all plates empty everyone agreed … fabulous

My experience at The Fuzzy Duck left much to be desired. Unfortunately, there were several significant issues that ruined the overall dining experience. I feel compelled to share my honest feedback to help other potential customers make an informed decision. Firstly, the wait time for our food was unacceptable. We endured an excruciating wait of over two hours before our meals arrived at the table. This long delay not only tested our patience but also affected our overall enjoyment of the evening. To make matters worse, when the food finally did arrive, some of it was disappointingly dry. It was clear that the quality control was lacking, and it significantly detracted from the flavors and textures we had anticipated - the masala chips were so ridiculously spicy none of my party of 8 could eat them. Furthermore, what added to the frustration was the lack of acknowledgement or apology from our waiter. Despite the excessively long wait and the dry food, there was no attempt made to address our concerns or offer any reassurance. This lack of customer service left us feeling neglected and unimportant. To exacerbate the situation, there was no prior warning about a shortage of staff. Had we been informed in advance, we might have adjusted our expectations or chosen a different time to dine. However, the absence of such communication left us feeling blindsided and frustrated. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of attentiveness when it came to refilling our drinks. Throughout the entire meal, we were not offered more than one drink, which is far below the standard one would expect. This lack of attention to basic customer needs added to the overall dissatisfaction of the experience. To make matters even worse, half of one of our meals never arrived at the table. It was incredibly disappointing to have a meal incomplete and to be left waiting in anticipation for the missing portion, only to have it never materialise. This lack of attention to detail and failure to fulfill our order was truly unacceptable. Lastly, the offered compensation of a mere 10% off the bill was far from reasonable. Considering the significant inconveniences we encountered throughout the evening, a more substantial gesture would have been appropriate to demonstrate that the restaurant values its customers' satisfaction. In conclusion, my visit to The Fuzzy Duck was deeply disappointing. The excessively long wait time, dry food, lack of apology from the waiter, failure to inform us about staff shortage, limited drink service, missing portion of a meal, and an inadequate compensation offer all contributed to an overall unsatisfactory dining experience. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements to ensure a more enjoyable experience for the future.

Nice decor but sadly the food is far off the mark. Roast beef was reheated and as such over cooked and tough. Vegetables were long past their best and should have been binned. Seats comfortable but dirty. Over all awful dining experience.

The food was lovely. But drinks took ages, we were given veg but with no spoons, we weren't offered sauces and then we were overcharged by £15. Such a shame all of this could of been avoided.

We've eaten in the restaurant and the food was really good. As soon as we found out Fuzzy Duck were on Just eat we ordered a takeaway and the food was amazing. The loaded fries on the takeaway menu were amazing, and I'll definitely be ordering them again. If you fancy Indian food with a modern twist I highly recommend ordering from Fuzzy Duck!

I attempted to buy a member of staff a drink however they informed me they were not allowed to accept any drinks from customers or drink behind the bar at all for that matter. However, someone who was very clearly a relative of the owner was behind the bar drinking, what seemed to be, as much as he wanted while doing not a lot of bar work or anything to help staff. Questionable behaviour… Staff seemed very stressed.. Pub has gone downhill.

Missing x 2 lots of loaded fries

Visited for lunch on Mothering Sunday for a carvery. Firstly, the hygiene standards at the carvery were somewhat dubious! The chef used the same board and knife to cut the rare beef joint and the turkey, then proceeded to pick up a yorkshire pudding from the heated display with his bare hand and put it on the plate. The plate was cold, which then made sure the meat was cold. The vegatables, which were in chafing dishes, could have been hotter! I can't be sure, but I'd say that the roast potatoes were 'frozen' rather than fresh potatoes. The service was over attentive - the plates were cleared as soon as we put cutlery down. A little more time would have been better. Overall, very disappointing as in the past the food has been very good.

We were a family of five , that had pre-booked lunch for Mother’s Day. To my horror the chef was handling the joints with his hands and carved with the same knife he the turned around and uses his hand to pick up the Yorkshire puddings. The manager didn’t even offer to change my meal, when he bought the dessert over spoons came after. I spoke with the manager and he spoke with the chef but on going to pay my bill at the end the owner came over and tried to intimidate me and said he would not stand by and let me disrespect his manager or staff which I did no such thing. I have been in the hospitality industry for 30 years or more. I did not pay for the meal as this owner is a joke and on my farther soul it was shambolic I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. What has happened to the guest experience.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here last night , The place is spotlessly clean staff efficient and friendly ' I've used here for 30+ years now and seen many changes with there restaurant and menu. It is now mainly India menu and wasn't disappointed with our meals. If there is one drawback the menu is not as extensive as you would expect at a traditional Indian restaurant! But there is still plenty of choice and the portions are very generous.

Large premises with contemporary feel, good spacing of tables and various areas to use. Few people in this lunchtime which is a shame. 2 menus provided being main and set lunch at £14 for 2 courses and £18 for 3 courses. Party of 3 and 2 chose from main and one from set and we all really enjoyed the food provided. Pate followed by chicken tikka masala with peshwari naan (£1 extra) and rice on the set. Ribs followed by garlic chilli chicken with keema naan (£1 extra) and rice and tandoori paneer followed by full rack of ribs. Good service by friendly and knowledgeable waiter All yum and will be back to try other menu items Good choose of drinks and not bad at £75 Will be back
