Weddington House in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Awful I was told 20 minutes and waited 50 mins The beef in black bean sauce was mush and more like a brown bean sause!!!.. Chilli salt chicken was chilli for all for the wrong reasons as it was stone cold,🥶, The noodles were mass produced junk,.. The salt and pepper chips were the worst I have ever seen, smelt and tasted (cautiously nibbled). And surprise surprise it was cash only 🙄..

A family run business. Friendly service by the elder Son. Food cooked just right, by a husband and wife team. The waiting area is nicely decorated. However, you'll need an overcoat. The door doesn't close properly and the radiators are switched off! There is a TV, this too is switched off! This however does not detract from the high quality of the food and service! I highly recommend a visit. It's better than the chippy! 😁👍👍💯

As I live close by this takeaway. I used to order from it. But from today's order I will never use this takeaway. One portion taste burnt. When I had one bite of crispy chicken, it made my mouth bitter with burnt taste. Have to throw the whole portion away. Awful. Bad and worst food.

The food is good but they only accept cash. I never have cash nowadays so have to first go to an ATM, and the closest one at the garage charges for withdrawals. They need to start accepting card, it’s 2024.

Moved back to the area after 5 years away. It was a good Chinese back then. It’s still as good as before. Lovely food , generous portions and good service from the young lad front of house.

Service was friendly but the food was really disappointing. The sesame toast was overcooked to the point of almost being burnt. Spare ribs were similar, and were dry, tough and had little meat on them. The main problem though was the lemon chicken, which had a very unusual soft / mushy texture (we did wonder if it either had been cooked thoroughly enough) and as a result was unpalatable and was not eaten. The other dishes we had were all relatively bland.

I get the gravy mixed fried rice but it was very dry inside And lots of corn starch ,fishy smell ,sweet and sour pork ,the pork doesn't taste like pork ,it was very chewy ,not good at all I didn't enjoy 😮‍💨😒very disappointed 😕

Literally the worst Chinese takeaway in Nuneaton. My order was a chicken chowmein, curry and fried rice. What I got was burnt chowmein with charred noodles that would leave a horrible bitter taste in my mouth, stale rice and disgusting stale curry with lumps in it. Horrible food. Switched to golden bridge near attleborough and have never been anywhere else since then.

Curry was very water down sauce no body to it ,first time and the lasted, we had 9 meals but none of us was happy. 31st December 2022

Just had a really nice chow mein and chicken omelette and chips. Awesome portion sizes and really good value for money. Friendly staff too. Will definitely be back.

When you move to a new area finding the right Chinese can be difficult - landed right on our feet with this one! Great food, consistently good quality, massive menu (and all dishes tried so far have been excellent and authentic), really pleasant staff AND quick. Like I say, landed on our feet with this one.....! Delicious 🌟

Brilliant place, friendly staff, very quick service, prices are reasonable. Open 7 days a week, places to park. Just to note that it's cash only and collection only.

Awful. Noodles were completely burnt, duck in plum sauce burnt and definitely not plum sauce. Beef fried rice burnt and tasteless

Good Chinese food at reasonable prices (takeout), no cards though unfortunately they only accept cash which can be a pain.
