Premier Inn Nuneaton/Coventry hotel in Nuneaton and Bedworth

We stayed 1 night for Christmas eve , it was a lovely quiet and relaxing night we had the prefect evening in, a lovely hot bath and a good film on tv. The staff are so lovely and helpful will 100% stay there again even longer this time as you can beat the prices

We came on the 27th December for one night Me, my Wife and my 2 young girls, we’ve stayed at the hotel and loved it and the location is perfect for me as I have family and friends in the area. When we arrived Kelly was very welcoming and sorted our room very quickly and was very polite and interacted well with my children too, as we left the reception Kelly mentioned about having breakfast and we sort of decided we wasn’t going to as going to family but Kelly was like if you change your mind I can sort that for you no probs. We popped out as a family and when we returned Kelly was very polite and interacted good spirits, I then decided I was going to see my friend in the local area and me and wife decided we wanted breakfast for us two and my girls, so as I was leaving I spoke to Kelly about booking breakfast, she suggested the least busiest time and she booked the breakfast for us no problem. Me and my wife and the girl loved our family room and in the morning the breakfast was to a high quality. I just want to thank Kelly for her welcoming and looking after us as a family, and we will back again, Thanks again and see you soon the Stanley family 👊❤️

Doesnt cater for all needs. Needed a plug near the bed for a machine, and asked for an extension lead, lady was nice, but then came back with go to Tesco or sleep opposite end of the bed and use a plug near tv. It's not very practical. When I had a shower, the room became a steam room. Opened the window to assist as the fans weren't working, to then have the rear working yard, so had the fans from the kitchen blasting, kitchen staff etc. So I had to close the window and hope the steam didn't set off the alarms

This was in a good location, with a nice pub attached. Good for seeing local sights

Just the job for our needs, tried to book for a second night as our plans changed, only to be told it was nearly twice the price, so booked Travel Lodge nearby!

I wanted to share some feedback on my recent stays at the Nuneaton Coventry hotel. I’ve been staying here for the past 10 years due to its convenient location near my head office. The last couple of times i didn’t like the rooms I was staying in for various reasons. Kelly was really understanding on both of the stays. Today, I was welcomed with shortbread, a mini bottle of wine, and a thoughtful note and a lovely room. This gesture was absolutely lovely, and it truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a returning guest. Kelly’s warmth and attentiveness were a highlight, and I wanted to make sure her excellent service doesn’t go unrecognized. While I hope future stays can be in rooms (in their 40s) I want to express my appreciation for Kelly’s kindness and exceptional hospitality. She’s a true asset to the team and I am 100% sure I will get a good nights sleep tonight.

Good service waitress, rushed off her feet performance under these circumstances was excellent food good, tasty chips, exits onto busy road bit off putting

Set between two roads this hotel was noisy all night long. Staff pleasant and helpful

We stayed just the 1 night , was told upon arrival that there wasn't a hot breakfast option as no cook available 😕, was offered a £2 refund , got down for continental breakfast at 8 am and it wasn't worth £8.99,The Fruit salad looked like it had been there a week, Pan au chocolate looked like it had been bounced off the walls and 3 Crumpets , no Staff around to ask anything 😕

Room was good and the staff were friendly, food was what you'd expect for the price point. I mainly just wanted to leave a review to add that Pauline is still awesome, even suggested I get my fillet stake more done which was spot on advice. Honestly, just go and hope you meet Pauline in the beefeater.

Receptionist Kelly extremely helpful friendly and polite. Room as always spotless. We have stayed here a number of times on family visits to Nuneaton from Devon and would definitely book again in the future, especially when good offers are available.

Hotel is nice staff is friendly, but vans get broken into all the time and nothing gets done about it .... mine has been broken into and lost 600£ worth of tools

One of the poorer Premier inns I've stayed at. Very run down, rooms are very small along with small bathrooms. Virgin media signal is junk.

Great stay. Lovely warm and genuine welcome from receptionists Kellie and Victoria. Room was warm and immaculate with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We had driven from Wales to Nuneston to attend the funeral of a very dear friend. Dinner and then Breakfast were delicious and service impeccable. We never consider using any other hotel chain wherever possible.
