The Frying Pan Takeaway in Barnet

I’ve ordered from the Frying Pan three times. The first time I had one of the best Chicken Dhansaks I’ve ever had, and the second time it was also very good. This time it was a tomatoey mess, with few lentils and even less coriander. It’s clear this place can deliver very good food, but tonight was extremely disappointing- perhaps a different chef? What kind of Dhansak tastes mostly of tomatoes?!

Before ordering food from The Frying Pan i called to check if the two dishes i was ordering included curry sauce, (as they do in my local curry house) i was clearly informed that they did. The food was delivered with no curry sauces, so i called the restaurant to ask why they were not included. I was greeted by an employee named Dee, who genuinely gave the worst, confrontation and rude service i have ever experienced. He accused me of lying and laughed at me for considering that the dish would come with a curry sauce, despite me being clearly told they would. The call lasted around 3-4 minutes of me trying to explain whilst being talked over, laughed at and swore at. I requested the manager to call me, which they didn't. I would expect the manager to be any better as if his employees display this attitude, they are a reflection of how he leads his business. A real shame as the food was nice otherwise but AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Me lo recomendó un amigo, ya que me quedo con mi (Mangos) habitual, ¡tengo que decir que este lugar fue increíble! ¡Creo que encontré mi nuevo mejor indio! !

Mejor comida para llevar indio en la ciudad. . . la comida siempre es tan fresca y caliente cada vez que hago un pedido y los conductores de entrega son tan amables que definitivamente lo recomendarán

El servicio no solo era malo, sino que de hecho era casi criminal. Pagamos nuestro dinero. La comida nunca llegó. Llamamos por teléfono para obtener un reembolso. Nadie respondió. Y bueno, eso es realmente. Pagamos por una comida que nunca llegó y nadie respondió para ayudar. A menos que quieras que te timen, evita The Frying Pan.

First time visiting the newly opened Frying Pan. I must say the food exceeded my expectation. Customer service was excellent. Delivery was fast. Would definitely recommend.
