Home Delivery Service - it's quite hard to find the perfect Indian Takeaway in Telford, especially one that provides incredible food and acceptable trimming for delivery, But we are glad a friend recommend this (the village spice) to us, as the food is always delicious and service is really good. We highly recommend this place.!!

Just ordered. They had no Ben and jerrys left but told me they would buy one. Food arrived barely warm.. the chicken was tough and chewy. And they charged me 6 pound for a tub of ice cream from Aldi which wasn't Ben and jerrys and probably cost about 2 pound! Not impressed at all. Don't tell a customer you will provide something you don't have and then over charge them too!!

The food was nice chicken korma, lamb biryani, chicken tikka always tastes so good.Delivery is always on time I always order food from village spice every week, staff are friendly, helpful and polite on the phone.

Excellent service. Ordered chicken Tikka, Jalfrazi, egg fried rice, Naan bread. All tasted delicious. Delivery was quick too. Best take away in Barnet highly recommend

Para empeorar las cosas el personal estaban más interesados en ver el fútbol que sirve. No aceptan tarjetas, pero prefieres efectivo me dijeron. . . Me pregunto por qué! !

A menudo me gusta muchos pedidos tiendas cuando trabajan largas horas. Mi hijo cuando él utilizar para vivir con nosotros utilizamos Pueblo Spice una o dos veces a la semana. Pensé que le daría una oportunidad y esta noche ordenados los siguientes Bhindhi Bhaji Masala, arroz pilau Bhaji, ajo y panes Nan. Bien, tengo que admitir que esta fue la peor comida que he probado nunca! No debe permitirse que se llaman a sí mismos restaurantes indios! First time ordering from Spice Village and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, only negatives I had was the food wasn't greatly explained on the boxes and samosas in a bag leaves them greasy, would maybe advise in a box with a slice of lemon as every other curry house does this and it enhances the flavour massively, apart from this the experience was very pleasant

The food took 2 hours to arrive, it was cold, the samosas were soggy and had rotten lemon in the packaging. They have an offer of a bottle of soft drink on orders over £25 but don't honour it. Not sure we'll order from here again!

I ordered and payed online through hungryhouse.. Waited for an hour and 30 mins for my food to arrive.. When I first rang after waiting an hour I was told that because I'd ordered online it was taking longer and I should call up in future but my food had left and was on It's way.. After another 20 mins still no food so I rang back, this time I was told that my food had been delivered and if I had a problem and wanted my money back then I had to bring it up with hungry house.. I then got a knock at the door 10 mins later, and my food had arrived.. I was confused but happy that at least that my food was eventually here.. My food was cold.. Don't go here they're a joke not even an apology everything was my fault..

Seems to be a common issue amongst the reviews that the free bottle of drink or free starter after a certain amount doesn't seem to show up. We saw the reviews mentioning this so purposely put on the extra notes, our request of the free bottle of drink instead of the starter but this restaurant seems to ignore the offer they have in place. Our chicken tikka masala wasn't very appertizing. The onion bhajis were nice actually but that's the only thing I can compliment about this meal. Was edable by all means but just not to mine or my girlfriends tastebuds.

mixed veg was 90 percent potatoe sag panneer had some really awful sauce poured in. avoid these "indian" dishes

The sauce they gave me was off...it tasted of off milk. (I have had this same sauce is many resturants before so i know how it should taste) The lamb was chewy and very fatty. The rest of the food was bland. The driver got lost which is fine as im used to it (its not a big deal) but he then proceeded to tell me that i was wrong and that he was actually outside my house when he clearly wasnt. He then took a while to accept the fact that i actually did know where i lived and actually listen to my directions and to top it off he then got here and was was quite irritated with me about the fact that the odd and even door numbers aren't together. I would have let the delivery experience slide but the gone off sauce and bland food is the main reason for this bad review.

love the curries /chicken wings have only used as a delivery service but wow what service good food well cooked and delivered quickly have used this place several times now and will defo be using again and again

We have takeaways regularly and love the food! Especially love the veg dansak and salmon tikka but we are never disappointed. Staff are friendly and helpful also.

One of the worst takeaway I have ever had. Onion bhajee was so stale that it was almost impossible to crack open. Tandoori King prawn masala was literally 6 halves of prawns in a tub of sauce. Pudina chicken however was rather agreeable. The lamb Ceylon once again was just few meagre pieces of lamb in a tub of tasteless sauce. I have had some bad food before but this is amongst the worst. I do love the delivery menu design though, that was what tricked me into ordering. Never again.

WOW, what amazing food! Seriously impressed by the standard of food that was delivered by a very courteous chap. We ordered chicken korma, butter chicken, peshwari naan, sag aloo and coconut rice. Probably the most tasty, delicious food we've ordered in for a very long time, delivered quickly and still really hot. Totally recommend, 5 stars all the way and at a very good price.

We are lucky to have this place around the corner from us. The food is extremely reasonable and he quality is exceptional. We have tried a few curries from there and our favourite is the Korma. The place doesn't look much from the outside and intact I would only suggest getting a takeaway as the inside is lacking any warmth or character for a sit down meal. That is my one major suggestion to the staff at the restaurant. However, the food is amazing!! We are hooked

I have ordered from this place quite a few times before and have always liked the food. This evening, I waited and hour and 25mins for my food to be delivered. When I called up to complain for the second time, the gentleman on the phone was very rude to me. I asked for a refund but he told me no and ended up hanging up on me!!! He needs some lessons in customer service if he's going to work in this industry!!! Never ordering from here again and giving them the pleasure of my money!! I actually wanted to rate takeaway service and delivery time with a zero, but it wouldn't let me.
