Excellent pizza, first time ordering a kids parmo one bone found in it, but to me that’s a solid unprocessed piece of chicken! So definitely be ordering again

My order was delivered over a hour late when it arrived it was cold very poor service and food i will not give it any stars this is the only second time I have used this service and I am very disappointed

Been here once before and really enjoyed it but not sure what happened tonight but the food was terrible. Chips under cooked and covered in grease, wrong sauce sent, chicken over cooked and dry as a bone. Most of the food wasted, absolutely disgusting.

You cant see me but im fat as butter, i know good PARMOS and this place is one of the best, crispy, real cheese and creamy bech. perfection and comes with chippy chip what more do you want or yeh and the salad come with creamy coleslaw. Large parmo fills the pizza box chips are separated aswell so no stuck chips in parmo.TRUST ME I KNOW.

Ordered a mixed wrap consisting of chicken and donner,only to get home and find donner meat and chicken in breadcrumbs inside,very disappointed

Cannot stress enough not to use this takeaway as service and customer service is shocking

Ordered for the first time so didn’t know what to expect but and food was really lovely - one of the best takeaways we’ve had, chips were perfect and the salad was crisp and fresh. Thank you, will be ordering again soon, yum :)

Lovely food, ordered from here a few times now and it's always quick to arrive, hot and tasty. The large cod is massive, the battered sausage is gorgeous and the chips are always done right. The beans were in very little sauce which I loved. Will definitely buy from here again.

Chilli burger was a laugh, stale bun and no chilli taste in a supermarket 1/4 pounder. Saying that I had fish and chips and the fish was lovely, it was meaty, chunky and white.

I’ve ordered from here before and normally spot on and lovely, last night was like ordering from a completely different place. The fish is normally really fresh and lovely batter, the oil of the fish has leaked through the paper and the box and my fish was basically still swimming in oil/grease. Same applied to the onion rings, they looked awful and again covered in grease, I picked one up and instantly put it back 😩 the chips were ok, not the best but it was the best part of the meal. Food was really tasty and very reasonably priced, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly, would recommend them for takeaway meals, the premises were very clean, we had the Chicken Parmesan and the portions were very generous.

First time trying and food was amazing, we ordered a hot shot parmo and asked for half plain and they had forgot to do this so added an extra plain parmo to our order. Perfect balance of chicken, bech and cheese. Will definitely be ordering again

I live a 5 minute walk from shop yet still took nearly 1 hrs to deliver and was cold and to top it off an item was missing from order.

ordered food at 1735 was tol it would be delivered between 1825 and 1935 rung shop at 1915 as still no food turned up at 1936 and was just warm

Parmo and chicken tikka were lovely, can taste the quality of food. Chips were good too and loved the garlic. Will definitely be ordering again!

When the food arrived it was lovely but was 50 mins late (in touch with restaurant once). Food was ordered 1 and half hours before requested delivery time therefore there should not have been a problem. I won't be ordering from there again.

Didn’t realise that you had to pay for chips separately with the fish ? Was gutted cos it was really nice just a shame it had no chips.

Fish was a good size but no flavour. Chip portion was on the smaller side. Curry sauce was lovely. Food was barely warm on arrival so had to reheat. Was ok, wouldn’t rush back.

Punjabi parmo was delicious. Unfortunately I ordered a hotshot parmo and they sent an original, although it was nice it wasn’t what I ordered, everything else was good

Cannot fault delivery it was delivered within 15 minutes of me ordering the food . I ordered my usual it once again beautiful , chip butty and curry sauce, and large battered sausage. I won't have curry sauce from anywhere else but here .

Some of the best fish and chips out there - comparable to a seafront chippy! Lovely staff and solid portion sizes; love coming here. One star deducted because they're occasionally closed during business hours but any signs are behind the shutters so I don't know when they're meant to open again and it makes me cry a little bit!

The food is great, pretty much cooked to order. Only down side is their lack of card payment options!

Used to be good not anymore the home made chips had more salt on than Redcar beach well the one box we got he dropped the others on the road no apology just a stupid look on his face said phone the shop nothing to do with me. Parmo over cooked lack of béchamel and lack of cheese, Save your money and your tears go somewhere else.

1st time trying ti's place and I won't be returning sadly. Chips were soggy and only warm, batter on the fish was mush on one side and hard on the other. However the cod was beautiful and white, but sadly the rest of it seriously let it down.

I asked for a kebab. The server was going ring in a kebab but the (boss i think) told her to ring in kebab meat and chips. Low and behold a second later i had my food. I thought "great service!!!". Alas, wasnt the kebab i ordered it was a cold kebab meat and chips (like, stone cold). Couldnt take it back because i only get half hour break.

Great delivery time and great tasting food. Will definitely be using again.

Tried to call but no answer First off delivery driver made me very uncomfortable asking for a trip when I paid by card and don’t carry cash And then to make it worse both lots of chips where missing plus the peas So very disappointing considering we order a lot and never had an issue before

Parmo was really thin too much becemel sauce. Only got 2 lots of chips n salad when ordered 3 parmos
