The Frothy Coffee in Conwy

After several visits here, last few visits I've been very dissapointed with standard of service, such a simple request " please don't put the two separate cakes on one plate" and get disgusting looks off catering manager. Yesterday was final nail in coffin when the was insufficient hot water in our tea pot, I returned and politely asked for more up water when member of staff did top up hot water butthen added some sarcastic comment. I will never go there again, I will spend my money in better managed cafes in llandudno and happier surroundings with friendlier staff😃

Still waiting for fish n chips 40minutes later.😡😡😡😡. Have asked where our food is...no explanation. People who came in after us have been served same food before us. Not recommended at all!

Visted several times looking for vegan sushi rolls but never have any! Asked the guy one time and he just said "it's too early it's not out yet" it was lunch time and full of meat and fish sushi rolls! Surely it's not hard to make some vegan up early on aswell?! Found member of staff rude and clearly they don't like making plant based sushi rolls!!! Rubbish!

Don’t be too harsh on this place I came in asked for fish cake and large chips and even though I thought I’d have to wait guy was friendly and served me in minutes fish cake tasty af and chips fat and tasty unlike the highly rated one down the street this places uses vegetable oil and not animal fat and it tastes lovely and not greasy Give them another try pls

Refused to serve tap water along with coffees and a meal. Was told they only 'have' bottled water. This is literally against the law so improve your standards
