The cheese burgers was with no cheese both of them.

Always very friendly. Food is really good,kebab boxes are a must try very good value for money.

Had some good meals from here in the past, but today's chicken kebab meat and chips in a tray was not good, obviously not freshly cooked but leftovers warmed up from the day before, chicken meat was really hard overcooked, chips tasted warmed up. Don't like paying good money for sub standard food.Won't be in a hurry the visit here again. 😒

This is an absolute gem of a place. Steve and his staff are as friendly as you can find and the food has always hit the mark. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Not impressed with there phone service. I had to ring up to see why the shutters were down at 4.20pm to find they don't open until 5pm and as soon as I said it says 4pm online they hung up on me

It's was end of end so not sure if it was just because it was closing but the food wasn't very warm and chips were burnt but the burger was not bad

Small portion kebab wrap for 6 pounds and the Madeley fish bar is double the size double the flavour for the same price. It is not worth going to friendly fryer I recommend Madeley or Andys fish bar.

Twice I've been and both times I've had a bad stomach afterwards. I won't be risking it a 3rd time!

I have to say this time I was not happy with the food. I order a large mixed kebab in narn and the narn was burnt. I also order a chicken burger meal and its says choice of sauce included in price and a bottle of pop but I had to pay £1:40 for curry sauce and didn't get my drink and evan though when I order I asked for my burger to be plain to find out when I got home it had sauce on. This is the first time I've ever had to complain as been there before and never had an issue

Try it not bad food at all need to be there early if you want a kebab sell out fast

Ordered a large mixed meat with pitta bread with a regular chips. The order was suppose to come to £9.50 but instead we were over charged to £10.50. The 'large' mixed meat was a small and was a pitta bread ripped in half. The chips were okay but not the best. The mixed meat was disappointing. The mixed meat was also wrapped in a few layers of flimsy paper instead of in a box and the 'garlic mayonnaise' was a questionable consistency and colour. Will not be returning.

Overcharged for a “large” portion of food when in reality it was a small, not worth the price, and again it was supposed to cost £9.50, they said £10.00 but charged £10.50, wouldn’t even be complaining if the food was actually what it was supposed to be.

Good local chippy with the usual menu range. The fish, in particular, seems to be less greasy than a nearby competitor. Portion sizes are generous. Friendly staff. Payment by cash or card. Parking outside can get busy and turning round to get out can be awkward. Overall, good value for money.

Yet again ordered the boxed burger meals which were ment to come with drinks should of been 3 off them and my husband can't have mayonnaise so one was to be plain yet it had mayonnaise on so was unable to eat it 😒

The kebabs are reasonable but the quality of the fish is very variable. Sometimes it is a nice fillet and sometimes it is several nondescript small fish fillets slapped together to make it look like one piece.

Recently moved to the area and tried it a couple of weeks ago, had fish and chips and it gave me a bad stomach. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again last night. Went for doner meat and chips this time as it was quite late and they had no fish.....BIG MISTAKE. Will not be giving them a third chance.

Popped in for a quick lunch. I don't think I've had much worse. I'd like to say it was cheap food, it might make it better, but it wasn't. Dry kebab meat. My dog liked it

I sent my son and Daughter to Hills Lane chip shop to get a pizza box of mix,'s meet and chips and I had to put in the bin today as it have someone hair in it from down below as that is so Dirty never again will I go to that chip shop again

Just called in for our tea and i must say it was amazing. We had southern fried chicken with chips and fish and chips, curry sauce and gravy. The food was cooked to perfection and there was loads of it we couldn’t eat it all. The staff are so polite and friendly and it is well priced i highly recommend this place, we will definitely be going back. AAA***

Orderd a fish box lastnight and the fish was hard and re heated also hardley any fish in it.very dissapointed.rang up got told to go back and get another one but id have to drive back there wasting petrol when the fish should not of been like that in the first place.my son didnt enjoy his mixed kebab either so looks like we will not be returning

Only wanted a sausages in batter, I got two, barely any batter on either of them, looked ok when displayed?

On the facebook page and on google it says that you are open on sundays. I tried to phone five times of sunday 16th december 2018 and no answer, so i drove down and found that they were closed.

Would not serve me, said they close in 5 mins.

With so many venues going up and down in quality, it was wonderful to find a fish and chip takeaway where the staple fish and chips were of such good quality, and if I am being pedantic, the mushy peas were great too. Having been away from home for nearly ten years, you made my trip a special experience. Thank you

Visited here on a Monday dinner time at 1pm when it shuts at 2pm,all I ordered was a cone of chips admittedly got a v big serving but it seemed like they were all the chips left in the fryer and most were v dried semi cold chips which was v disappointing, as I've been here a few times and normally they are v nice unfortunatly not on this occassion

Este lugar merece una visita si estás pasando. El kebab de carne es bastante agradable y húmeda y el pescado es de buena calidad. El pollo frito es un buen precio, pero el par de veces que he tenido que la carne ha sido hecha y seca. Yo recomiendo la carne kebab mezclado y patatas fritas.

Han sido clientes habituales aquí durante los últimos años, recientemente hemos estado en un régimen de alimentación sana, pero por capricho el otro día que decidieran ponerse para darnos un capricho. WOW las mejores patatas fritas que he tenido. Aparentemente havr un nuevo tipo de aceite de cocina, todos deben probar estas incluso si su solo una vez.

We go here quite a lot, usually late at night, knowing that they close at 10:30. Went in the other day just on 10 and found out to my dismay that they now close at 10. I had quite a large order to make, so was expecting to walk away chipless, but the staff turned the fryers back on and cooked the lot for us--what service!! The food is always really good to boot. Can't rate them highly enough!

Opened 12.20 pm late I was there at 12 ordered kabab special it said salard but did not get any am not a local so would not come back even if the paid me food quality poor 26.09.16

I am a regular at this chip shop and I have always had good service, the meals have always been value for money

I ordered my phone and was told it would be 45-60 mins. After 1.5 hours I rang them to be told quite rudely by a man that didn't speak very good English that my food would be ten minutes, needless to say my food never turned up and when I tried to phone for the next half hour they had taken the phone off the hook!!
