Most of the food was up to its normal great standard, apart from the rice, which had the taste, texture, and clumps like a pouch of micro rice, i may be mistaken and it was just a bad batch, hopefully next time we have it from here its proper

Triple cheeseburger, large fries and dips missing from order. To be honest the dips are always missing. Asked in the notes for the latte to be caramel and that didn’t happen. Always have issues when ordering from McDonald’s

We ordered our food around 6.30pm and it didn’t arrive until 9.30pm after saying the delivery time was 80 minutes. We had rang the restaurant to ask what was going on to be told the driver was on his way but didn’t turn up for a further half an hour. We always order from here as the food is great quality, but we won’t be ordering anymore. Customer service was appalling. No apology for the delay, no offer of any money off etc.

Very disappointed food wasnt fit for a dog and went in bin. Seaweed stole cold and soggy, the food young whoch had meat in was tough as boots and had wrong aauce, yuk sung had vile taste! Absolutely appalling avoid at all costs. Complete disappointme

To get are order it was over 3 hours. We were missing items. No refund offered. Avoid as doesn't value long serving customers. This gone down hill.

Food is always amazing, but delivery is a joke. Always says 45 mins, usually more like 90-120... When they joined sites like Just eat and Uber eats I thought great that will sort the delivery issues, but nope they refuse to let them deliver and now have even more orders that they can't deliver in a timely manner. Such a shame as the food is lovely.

Fresh food hit and tasty . Never let us down yet .. tonight they did forget to put the prawn balls in but I called them and they arrived quickly

Lovely, tasty food and accommodating to my allergies, thank you! Bit disappointed with stuff that seemed like it had been sat cooked for a while, like the prawn toast, but the fact that it was stuffed with plenty and tasty, made up for it!! Tender meat, delicious packed soup, noodles and everything 😋 👌 Well worth a try! You won't regret it!!

my normal Chinese takeaway was closed, and I couldn't be more happy as I've found my new favourite takeaway. the salt, pepper and chilli chips are the best I ever tasted!! 10/10

Food was at different temperatures. Some chips were barely cooked. Delivery time took an age. Considering the cost, it wasn’t the best experience.

Food was ok on arrival. Not super hot & spring rolls were a bit 'damp' so I get the impression it was all sat for a while. Ordered at 5pm for a 830 delivery, so 20mins late is disappointing.

the pork curry did not taste like a curry it had a sweet taste to it and the meat was inedible it was very dry and that chewy i could not eat it

I ordered a 1.5hrs prior to my requested delivery time. it was still then half hour late. no apology when I rang to see where the driver was. the driver also did not apologise or speak

Ordered for the first time this evening was a little apprehensive with seeing some of the reviews ! But after our food just arrived It’s clear it’s just sad pathetic people who have nothing better to do but moan. We found the food lovely however the portion sizes are seriously big (I’m aware this is all Chinese takeaways). What we ordered was pretty nice and Would definitely order again.

The batter on the chicken wings tasted a bit odd, and they were quite dry. Not much dressing or seasoning. The battered king prawns with sweet n sour were delicious though. Nice pancake roll too.

Very disappointing. Not very nice at all. Chips soggy chicken doesn’t taste nice . Such a shame . £30 spent on rice and chips and not great at all. Won’t be ordering again

But when I order at 6.48pm and then have to wait until 8.40pm for the food to be delivered I think that is unreasonable, and for the restaurant to say we ordered at 7.15pm which we blatantly did not is just not the best customer service. Will not use again because of the delay, lack of communication and being told they left at 8pm and then to take 40 minutes for a 15 to 20 minute journey at most. A shame because the food itself was actually very nice.
