To get are order it was over 3 hours. We were missing items. No refund offered. Avoid as doesn't value long serving customers. This gone down hill.

food was ok not the best to be honest prawn toast was burnt and dry spring roll was soggy food bowls were very tasty .

I don't usually leave reviews but this is now my favourite Chinese! Food was delicious, and portion sizes are huge. Highly recommend.

One item missing, which was quickly resolved. Unfortunately my earlier phone call to not include any onion/veg had not been taken into account.

Lovely, tasty food and accommodating to my allergies, thank you! Bit disappointed with stuff that seemed like it had been sat cooked for a while, like the prawn toast, but the fact that it was stuffed with plenty and tasty, made up for it!! Tender meat, delicious packed soup, noodles and everything 😋 👌 Well worth a try! You won't regret it!!

my normal Chinese takeaway was closed, and I couldn't be more happy as I've found my new favourite takeaway. the salt, pepper and chilli chips are the best I ever tasted!! 10/10

no phone call to say driver was here so food was cold containers where cracked and bag was ripped open NEVER AGAIN

Food was at different temperatures. Some chips were barely cooked. Delivery time took an age. Considering the cost, it wasn’t the best experience.

Their salt and chilli chicken is one of the best I've found in Telford!

the pork curry did not taste like a curry it had a sweet taste to it and the meat was inedible it was very dry and that chewy i could not eat it

Food was ok on arrival. Not super hot & spring rolls were a bit 'damp' so I get the impression it was all sat for a while. Ordered at 5pm for a 830 delivery, so 20mins late is disappointing.

I ordered a 1.5hrs prior to my requested delivery time. it was still then half hour late. no apology when I rang to see where the driver was. the driver also did not apologise or speak

Ordered for the first time this evening was a little apprehensive with seeing some of the reviews ! But after our food just arrived It’s clear it’s just sad pathetic people who have nothing better to do but moan. We found the food lovely however the portion sizes are seriously big (I’m aware this is all Chinese takeaways). What we ordered was pretty nice and Would definitely order again.

The batter on the chicken wings tasted a bit odd, and they were quite dry. Not much dressing or seasoning. The battered king prawns with sweet n sour were delicious though. Nice pancake roll too.

Very disappointing. Not very nice at all. Chips soggy chicken doesn’t taste nice . Such a shame . £30 spent on rice and chips and not great at all. Won’t be ordering again

But when I order at 6.48pm and then have to wait until 8.40pm for the food to be delivered I think that is unreasonable, and for the restaurant to say we ordered at 7.15pm which we blatantly did not is just not the best customer service. Will not use again because of the delay, lack of communication and being told they left at 8pm and then to take 40 minutes for a 15 to 20 minute journey at most. A shame because the food itself was actually very nice.

Not happy I ordered fried onions in batter and got basic onion rings that I have in my freezer

When I ordered delivery time stated 40-60 mins, appreciate this is an estimate, however as SOON as I paid it suddenly changed to 85-100 mins...... Arrived after 95mins, we had duck curry and pork curry both with chips. The chips were just soggy cardboard, couldn't find any duck meat just gristle, the pork was ok but a lot more gristle than previous times. Shame as was the only Chinese I actually enjoyed a curry from previously but won't be ordering again.

Ordered from here twice so far and hasn’t disappointed. Great tasting and quality food at a very reasonable price. Now our go to Chinese.

Food arrived 15mins after indicated delivery time. Food was Luke warm. The mixed vegetables I ordered were not delivered so we had no vegetables with the meal.

chips was so dry not even a bottle of water would of made them better the curry sauce was runnier then my period the chow main was that dry i could of used it as a towel first time ordering from here never again I will absolute be going back to shanghai star

Have to be honest 1 star is only for delivery ordered on just eat told 6.45 well it arrived at 6.30, so we'll done on fast deliver and driver friendly so cannot fault Now the food. Chicken an sweet corn soup. Tastless and watery, ❌️ won't order that again Chicken chow main, literally noodles with a ton of onions like 2 different types , tiny bits of meat, no taste and just smelt of spring onions ❌️ Mixed batter balls not bad taste and crispy. Sweet an sour sauce watery Satay sauce that actually had a kick Spend £40+ could of atleast chucked in pawn crackers Won't be one I'll re order from. Think I'll go to my usual next time

After explaining issues with the food his reply was "We'll what do you want me to do about it?". I explained that I expected a refund for 2 of the 4 items we ordered but was told that they don't issue refunds. I was also informed that no one else had complained and therefore didn't even receive an acceptable apology. The person I spoke too couldn't have cared less and didn't even offer to replace the food. I think once they have your money then nothing else matters. This is a shame, we have had previous take aways from them with no problem but we will not be using them again following this experience and their total lack of care for the customer and the food they serve.

ribs were just bone and grizzle not gud at all rest of order was good

1st time ordering ( recommended by a work colleague) the food was absolutely amazing ( delivery driver was polite and courteous), all in all just fabulous

Bit of a shame. I never usually leave reviews but having used these guys a fair amount. But dissapointed this time: the chips were cold , the rice was hot and cold in places, made my wife poorly. As I said, it’s a one off. But we are a bit upset after placing such a large order: forgot my curry sauce again after not having it
