We had been a few weeks ago after moving to the area a while back. We were looking forward to trying the Thai food but the Thai chefs were on holiday. That wasn’t a problem as we enjoyed a fantastic pub meal of Beef pie with chips. But we really wanted the Thai food so we returned last night with friends. Amazing, staff were super friendly and accommodating, wine was great. Food was exceptional. Each dish was extremely tasty and they were all different. You can ask for more chilli if you like it spicy, and there are milder dishes for the less adventurous. My Green Thai curry with chicken was amazing, and the chicken gyoza were delicious! We were all delighted with our choices. The pub was full of lovely local people and had a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem!

The food was dreadful! Pad Thai is supposed to be spicy. There was zero spice, no discernible vegetables that could be identified, no flavour. Just mushy noodles and a few prawns. Possibly the worst example of Thai food I’ve ever tasted. If you want to get rid of your cash, spend here or better still, just set fire to it. It will give you more pleasure. NASTY - AVOID!!

Kington 36 High StreetHave been here for a few meals now and would definitely recommend. Food is great, all freshly cooked and plenty to choose from. Service is very good and the restaurant itself is spotless and comfortable Anna is great, always polite and friendly. Best place to eat in Kington. See you soon
