The Tai gallery my favorite restaurant, visit regularly and we are always made very welcome, friendly staff and great food .

Highly recommend the chef specials - in particular the duck was some of the best I have ever had. Portions could be a bit bigger though.

Excellent service, great food and lovely surroundings. A real treat.

Disgusting Thai curry that tasted of smoke/burning

The restaurant staff were very helpful and got my order delivered. However an order that is estimated to be 20-35 mins- really shouldn’t take 2 hours!

They catered for a large group of us at short notice. The food was superb and the service was quick and friendly. Every member of our group commented on how much they enjoyed their meal. Thank you!

Don't have a take away very often but our usual place was closed so tried here and I'm so glad we did. Every meal we had had so much flavour, absolutely superb food. A new favourite place and can't wait to visit again.

Service friendly and polite, had a noodle dish, seemed over cooked and a bit bland. A little pricey for what we had. Would I go back,,unfortunately no as I liked the way the restaurant was done out.

food delivered nearly two hours after order and it's turned up cold

NASTY!!! Paid nearly £100 for dinner for my family. One of the (most expensive) dishes was totally inedible (Pla Tod Lad Makam). Battered cod that resembled something from a chip shop with a vinegary sauce/gravy that was disgusting and inedible, and not even a hint of a vegetable. Never ever buying from there again. Disgusting that they would even let it leave the restaurant. No dinner for me!!!

Having eaten in the restaurant before and enjoying the experience, we decided to order a takeaway. All I can say is not a patch on the eating in experience. Won’t order takeaway again from here.

Massively overpriced. “ 2 person seafood platter”. Assuming it’s a 2 person platter for £20 you'd assume there would be some size to it and shareable 🤣 well… does this photo look like £20 worth of food for 2 people

Sorry to say the food was disappointing. The vegetable green curry used mainly frozen vegetables and the sauce was runny and so much half wouldn’t fit on the plate. Request for extra spicy red curry was ignored. Maybe it’s me, but £37 for x2 curry and x2 rice seems awfully expensive for a takeaway

Ordered via deliveroo as soon as it opened...I live within 2 miles .it took an hour to arrive and needed to be microwaved as not very warm . Was very tasty though

We enjoyed a really lovely meal here on Saturday evening. The staff were attentive, polite and efficient. Great atmosphere and delicious food. A great way to spend an evening with friends and we will return in the New Year.

This is my favourite Thai restaurant in Herefordshire and I’m Thai. I visit weekly for lunch and my friends and I always have a birthday party here. The chef caters the food for our spicy taste and makes us feel like home.

Tasty food but there was no dipping sauce with the prawns

Food quality was exceptional, however extremely costly for a meal for 3, especially when one of the meals ordered was delivered incorrectly (beef instead of chicken). £70 for 3 takeaway meals is madness.

Friendly staff and great quality food with great flavour. In my opinion the price is high like all the other places in Great Britain

Nice place, easy to find, very traditional decorated, big enough to go with a large group of people. The quality is good and taste like in Thailand, the prices are fair. The staff is very friendly and if you speak Thai one of the guys could speak Thai. They have beer from Thailand and typical desserts from Thailand, though the mango sticky rice was missing from my point of view. If you are close to the restaurant and your are hungry this will be a great place to sit and have a good meal.

Really tasty food, shame it was cold when it arrived so needed nuking. delivery 20 mins late. This app cleverly won’t let me select how late is was. Hot/on time delivery would give it 5 stars!

Tom Yum was nice, the curry’s sent ed watered down and jacked the usual flavour. For 2 starters and two mains £56 is well overpriced for a take away and when the mains lack flavour which is the whole point of orderingA Thai meal this is really disappointing.

Went here on my own during a work trip. Very nice stir fried seafood with basil and chilli. Prawns and squid not over cooked and vegetables nice and crunchy and all super hot. Service was really quick. Was very pleasantly surprised as have been to much more expensive places with lower quality food. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We were in Hereford on a course and we were recommended the Thai Gallery by friends. Excellent all round. Great food with friendly and helpful staff. We were not disappointed- in fact we came back on the following night as well!

We had the set meal for two as the menu is so extensive and we had had a long day's drive. We were not disappointed as it was all delicious 😋 Well presented and plenty of it, served hot and our dinner plates came from the warming oven 😄 The restaurant was busy but the staff coped pretty well, some of the waitresses did much more than others, it appeared to us. We enjoyed it so much we returned the next night and were greeted warmly. The atmosphere was still good but there were less staff although it was very busy again. Our waitress was a real asset to the place, sorry I didn't get her name. The food wasn't quite so good this time as the beef was a bit tough not melt in the mouth as before. It was certainly perfectly acceptable though and we would return. The toilets are upstairs but on the second night we found out there is one on the ground floor, although there is at least one step.

Food is really good however, I find it a little pricy, parking is an issue with all the paraplegic parkings empty that can't be used, this the main issue why I don't go anymore, I can't find close enough parking anymore

Six of us booked this popular eating house in Hereford and were now disappointed. the staff were attentive and the food was excellent. We had a table near the back of the restaurant which meant that we could talk and catch up without having to strain to hear or shout to be heard - ideal.

This is an excellent, friendly Thai restaurant; with great service, who managed to find us a table on a busy night at short notice. So good, we went back for more for a take away on another evening. The food is superb. Be sure to reserve a table on busy evenings.

Very poor starter tempura veg greasy and soggy vegetables. Main course inedible and tasteless. Sticky rice tasted sour and was over microwaved. Avoid a very unauthentic Thai experience!! From the small amount of food I tasted now have raging indigestion.

Lots of menu choices. Fixed price lunch main course is good value. Food served on warmed plates and service is good. Relaxed atmosphere with nice decor and friendly staff. One of my favourite places to eat.

Lovely lovely food. Had a mixed seafood dish with noodles from main menu, daughter has squid and satay starter as a main. All fresh and lovely. Really tasty. There is a lunchtime menu which also looked nice.

A surprisingly authentic find in Hereford. Perfectly spicy and the Tom Yum soup was delicious. A real shame that they are massively overpricing on an unavoidable essential; rice. Pricing it at £3.90 (I think) is extortionate and really took away from the authenticity of the place, which was quite disappointing. Would be 4 stars otherwise.

Felt very rushed and not encouraged to sit. Food only adequate. Table clearly not been cleaned after previous occupants as sticky and dirty.

Great food and service BUT the atmosphere was sterile as seated in the back of the restaurant with stark, bright lighting. The front section of the restaurant looks really cosy, a shame they haven't made it all the same.
