Nice pub with a good pool table

Had an away day at Longridge Town, which is only 5 minutes walk away, 30 FCIOM supporters, catered for, looked after for two hours, really accommodating owners, football on tv, decent beer, food, pool table and lovely sun trap of a beer garden, highly recommend this pub even if passing through.

We visited this pub as part of a pre-match activity before watching our team FC Isle of Man play at Longridge. We were warmly welcomed, the owners couldn't have done more for us by providing food and allowing 30 something away supporters into the pub! Lovely staff and atmosphere - would highly recommend a visit to The Forrest Arms. Thank you for your hospitality!

Enjoyed drinks and watched Six Nations Rugby at the Forrest Arms. Clean, comfortable, and warm. Good selection of drinks.

We went on the bank holiday weekend in August, I live in longridge and I haven't been on the pub circuit for a long time, many of the pubs only had a handful of people in, I don't know whether this is because people are watching their money, or because people are still a bit wary of COVID-19, but the experience to be there with live music spoke for itself, it was an amazing night, the singer sang an elccelctic collection of songs from 80s til now, the pub was absolutely buzzing

Lovely beer garden and great staff. Toilets are clean and provide supplies for us women in emergencies. Never known another pub to provide women's essentials before. Top marks

Fab bar with a great pint of Flat Cap

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Watching Sky Sports Centre as the goals go in show, 6 or 7 tvs in the bar. Half of them on Scotland v Italy, rugby, BUT soon as England rugby match kicks off, every TV went on it. 4.30..... eh What kind of sports bar does that. I asked staff, come on surely you can put one tv on footbal, ...its final scores coming in. NO was reply Nobody watching the rugby I could see out of 25 customers in the bar. So place basically 10 % full. Sports bar no, I won't be back.

The new refurb has brought new life into this pub. It feels clean and spacious with areas dedicated to playing pub games or watching sports. The beer garden has been done to a very high standard and is a lovely place to sit in the spring and summer months.

Serves good beer. Flat cap and another real ale on pumps.fosters bira moretti. John smiths served.no food but all sports shown on tv pool table and wierd dartboard

Exemplary kindness from Alan - the landlord - who drove us home when our bus couldn't get through due to a road closure ! It was an emergency as we had left a chicken cooking in the oven and had intended to only be away for a couple of hours !
